Went there after work, it was morning time. I saw a woman go into the store and purchase something and come out, I got to the door and they denied me entry claiming it wasn’t opening time when i just saw a woman buy her food. I am a black male, the woman I’m referring to was white, racism is still strong in this country

Almost all of the order machines were broken and so there were huge line for orders. Service was slow. I think there is lack of staff. Also the place not feels so clean. Tables were full and they also closed the cafe section so we needed to take our order out. Prices were normal as expected, location was fine, but the place was bad.

First, the lady with the striped shirt was so rude. She insulted our culture because we told her that our command was wrong. She was super rude and super disrespectful even if we approached her with a nice smile. Don’t encourage this place. Second, we have to pay for using the toilet. The toilets aren’t even cleaned and the lady at the door is so rude. We were here to have a good time in Frankfort and this place literally ruined the last hours of our trip.

It's nice can get full sometimes and there aren't enough places to sit

Located in the basement so it’s stuffy inside and WCs (50 cents) are not very clean. Standard McDonald’s meals.

I ordered a CHILLI cheese burger and all I got was a regular double cheese burger do you want to fool me ? I was shocked when I opened my McDonald’s bag. Shame on you we got 5AM.

Had ordered their plant based nuggets and Cappuccino.. the nuggests were soaked with oil and did not taste good.

Its was nice and the dessert was fresh and lecker, but was as usual very crowded, aber my children love come there because the Mitarbeiter are very nice and friendly

Order at the kiosk and pick up at the counter. The nuggets and jalapeno cheesy bites is a good combo. You can add caramel or chocolate syrup to your milkshake which is nice.

It's a good and solid McDonald's Restaurant. Really nothing negative to say about it. Simply enjoy your meal while being here with friends and/or family or even alone.

A normal McDonald's. The place is relatively clean and the food was served fast and fresh.
