I am confused, this place cannot be a 4 star hotel! Us and our friends were really not pleased. So many things were unacceptable: when we arrived, the receptionist kept us waiting a long time while he was taking 2 bookings over the phone, then he rushed us to the rooms, we were literally running behind him. In both rooms the shower cabins were leaking, the toilet seat was not stable, the entrance door- you could see out between the crack. The breakfast was included in the room price but you would only get eggs & coffee or tea. You feel you'd better not have breakfast included, as it is so poor! It took around 30 minutes to bring it, and my friend got an omlette instead of fried eggs. She ate it, we didn't have another 30 minutes to spare. However, the quality of the breakfast was extremely poor and tasteless, the cheepest possible produce. One more thing: the tables around us were not being cleaned up, the wind started carried dirty napkins around. It's funny that they have this luxury pretence, but they fail at basic hotel service. Wouldn't recommend.

Big modern room with comfortable bed. Great location for those in transit like us and late check-in if you need it. Very good breakfast in the morning and you can pay all by card. Also parking available. I didn't like the shower who was moving like I was in a detached box. This was in June 2018.

Good quality for a fair amount of money. It's recommended for those who indend to leave town very easily because it's very close to the Severin belt road. It's kind of noisy in the night the rooms are clean and well arranged

The location is perfect, quiet and spacious place not far from the main road. We did not have high expectations but the hotel amaze us with the excellent service. The girl at the reception was very nice and helpful, high trained staff. Next time I would like to come for longer time. We did not manage to try the restaurant but the breakfast was good. Finally I got a normal espresso.. The room was big, very clean and comfortable to relax. The complex has 2 pools and spa which we try next time. Also they have huge parking space. We really appreciate our stay at the hotel. Keep the excitement standard and see you soon.

Nice hotel, housekeeping could be more frequent however. Hopefully next time I can order a Gin tonic.

Lovely place great service, friendly helpful staff

As we arrived the palce looked promising, nice pool and terrace, large car park, well looked after building. Then slowly but surely it all went to hell. It took around 25 mins for us to get checked in, the room looked ok overall but the bed was horrific, I could feel one of the the springs trying to perforate my lung, the rubber seals on the door were non existent therefor one could see and hear exactly what was going on in the hallway. The shower cabin in the bathroom was leaking from underneath, there was no soap/showergel in the dispensers( they did provide separate soap bottles). The cherry on top of the slightly alterated cake was the inclued breakfast. One used to get this sort of breakfast maybe 5 years ago at a 2 star hotel. Another disturbing fact were the surrounding tables which had not been cleared and napkins were flying off them. These are only a few of the issues. I don't understand how this hotel is rated 4 stars. It is a pitty because there are positive sides to it but unfortunately money were spent on features that are not really necessary.

Our bed was disgusting. They put a folded towel on it sure, but there were yellow stains on the bedsheets along with HUMAN HAIR - not ours. We also had to make our own bed and the sheets were thin and scratchy. The bed was hard as stone and hurt my back. I felt like I slept in a sarcophagus. No windows in the room and the walls are extremely thin. I heard drunk guests stumbling around and dropping their keys in wee hours of the morning.

If you go on 197 Cicero street, you will find this wonderful place called Elite Hotel Restaurant. It is an amazing restaurant when you are looking at it from all perspectives. I like it because it offers a nice environment and delicious food, but also an excellent service from a very friendly and professional team. I really recommend this place for their high quality of services.

Good value for money! Very convenient rooms and excellent breakfast. Quite restaurant with a large menu. Good location and easy to find it. Highly recommended to overnight after a long drive.

The motel has clean rooms. Pizza elite has the taste of a homemade pizza. The parking space is huge and the service is great. They have an outside place where to eat for the summer periods.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and with the needed facilities. There is also an outdoor pool that can cool you on a summer day. The staff is nice and ready to help. During our stay, downstairs, there were 2 weddings, and the parking lot was full, without any spaces to park & the music was a little louder,but it didn't bother us so much. They also have a breakfast option, so keep in mind that there are no supermarkets nearby. It is a nice place, but only if you are here in transition and not having this hotel as a main target.
