Brilliant gym. Massive space, full sized basketball court (NABA academy), full length Astro section. Gym area with state of the art resistance machines and free weights. Upstairs Studio area, cardio equipment. The coaches are all very friendly and very well qualified. The membership prices are extremely good value for money compared with what else is on offer in the area. Some rival competitors have smaller gyms with less facilities/equipment and charge extortionate rates. The classes are great also for anyone at any age a bit daunted by starting the gym. The advantage here is that with your membership you have unlimited classes plus use the gym anytime you want. Other gyms charge separately for these and if you want both you’ve to pay a premium! 5 stars

I recently joined on a special for 225 Euros for an annual membership, which I thought was a very good deal for the time. The manager, Eoin, was super helpful in answering my questions and I found his PT session perfect especially since I have a injury. I've gone during peak hours and have always been able to use the machines I wanted. The gym does a great job of filtering traffic and air, it made me feel much safer than I have in other gyms.

One of the best value gyms around. Huge space and I like the track and weight sleds. They also have a full basketball court!
