We’ve done the Power Climb and Power Run classes and they are amazing. Some of the best classes I’ve every done. Top quality equipment and the trainers are brilliant. They put so much effort into the classes and they’re different every time. Regina and Emma are so knowledgeable as trainers. Will definitely keep going back!

FIVE STAR GYM IN DUBLIN ***** I stayed at the Mayson for a few days and tried both the Power Climb and Spinning classes, which were top notch with great instructors. The facilities are beautiful and the equipment is very well maintained (you even have massage guns for the post-work out recovery!). In addition, you have nice cold towels waiting for you after your workout and every staff members I met during my stay was extremely welcoming and took the time to show me around. The gym also has a Boditrax machine which is extremely useful to measure progress (fat percentage, etc.). I had a small issue with a purchase I made and the Power team helped me fix it promptly. Really outstanding customer service!!! Power Gym was one of the highlights of my stay in Dublin and I hope to be back soon :)

I attended power gym at the Mayson. Excellent gym, facilities are amazing, staff are very nice and helpful and friendly, Anthony McDonnell a worker of power gym is amazing, very polite and a great instructor. I attended a spin class which Anthony was in control of and really made it energetic and fun to be apart of. Anthony made sure everything was of the correct adjustment on the bike and you where comfortable before starting, great guy and great gym.

I had an incredible experience at PowerGym, and I can't say enough about trainer Michele's pedal class for our corporate team. Michele's energy and expertise were truly outstanding, making the workout both fun and challenging. Loved the music, too. Our team was pumped up, and we left feeling motivated and energized. PowerGym is a top-notch facility with dedicated trainers like Michele who go above and beyond to ensure an amazing fitness experience. Highly recommend!

Good gym option. It is not cheap but the perks that come with it make it worth the investment, for you truly get a one-of-a-kind, personalized experience.

I am absolutely thrilled with the gym facilities! The pool and the sauna are wonderfully relaxing, and the gym floor is well-equipped with top-notch machines and weights. But what truly sets this place apart is trainer Michele. He is the best in both classes and personal training – his expertise and motivation have taken my fitness journey to a whole new level. I couldn't be happier with this gym experience!

What can I say but a five star gym ! The facilities are exceptional and the staff are excellent. Anthony a trainer at power is a great addition to the team who teaches an unbelievable spin class and definitely puts you to the challenge in his climb class which is something very different to anything I have done before . Anthony made me feel very welcome and his knowledge of all things gym is superb . I have recently started PT with Anthony and look forward to the challenge each week !

Excellent gym, facilities are fantastic, modern equipment with a good atmosphere. Staff are really nice and helpful and the classes they put on are tough and a great motivator.

Could be better if more classes, currently only 2 classes normally at 9 am to 10am, no class on Friday. Better check out their schedule before going. Was told the Membership can only be used in one location, need to pay extra money for different locations.

POWER Gym at The Mayson is an excellent gym with fantastic facilities. I attended the Spin class and it was energetic, inclusive and the trainer Emma was an excellent instructor. The gym is clean, neat and tidy with a wide range of equipment.

Amazing facility. Every one is so helpful. I was so happy with the way I was looked after :) I want to personally thank coach Dennis as well for the great tips He gave me during the pedal class. I was finally able to understand well how to set up my bike and It makes such a big difference. Thanks to all the team, I will be back soon ^^

Power classes are fantastic, a complete different level to classes in other gyms. Power climb is one of my favourites with Regina. Relaxation pool/ sauna is a great way to finish off a workout too!

Stayed here for a weekend with my bestie for her 27th birthday, and the POWER gym made the whole stay. The pool and sauna were incredible, we never wanted to leave. The gym had everything you'd need to get a good session in and the people working there were so lovely. II can sometimes feel stressed going into a new gym, but all the trainers were so lovely. Big shout out to Regina for being so welcoming!

Exceptional gym and services. I tried the climb class, the instructor - Peter was super knowledgeable and the class was really good. Facilities are also super high quality.
