I was not happy with the quality of the make up academy. My eyebrow were rushed and no care or attention was given to how I wanted my eyebrows to look. I felt I could have done a better job on them myself it was not the elite eyebrow experience that was advertised online however it was elite prices. My eyebrows were left looking unfinished and bit bit scruffy when I prefer a tidy look. Given the price I would have expected a better quality service . It definitely appears the service offered is different depending on whether you an influencer compared to an ordinary paying customer. I won’t be returning.

Had a fantastic experience this morning with Leticia who worked wonders on my brows. So gentle & an utter professional. Such a lovely, calm and peaceful set up as well & the whole team are just so welcoming. Next appointment booked already for my top up when it is needed!

I have been going to Claudia for nearly a year now. I started going when i booked my wedding for September 2023. She got my brows into such amazing condition and alternated treatments to get the best results. She has been so accommodating and i left today with my wedding brows and i couldn’t be happier. The salon is beautiful and the staff are always so friendly.
