    After completing the Cork Marathon I first went to Dara in DC Fitness due to leg, and hip pain. After receiving a sports massage, and getting advice from Dara the problem was resolved. I informed Dara that I felt I had plateaued in running when training for the marathon, and on his advice I booked a VO2 max test. The results from the test, and suggested training plan Dara provided has helped me obtain a PB in my 10km and 10mile runs (all within six months). Dara is very approachable, and friendly, and his knowledge is second to none. I would recommend anyone looking to improve their fitness, considering taking part in races, or recovering from an injury to go to DC Fitness Physio.

    When you love to exercise and the outdoor, it's key to team up with a good physio and after trying quite a few I finally found Dara who I have to say has been amazing! I can't thank him enough for looking after me the way he does when it comes to treatments, Pilate classes or putting together a running training plan. I was out running for 9 months, finally injury free and within a 5 months period he has helped me achieved another half marathon! So if you're in the look for a physio or Pilate class or Vo2 testing get in touch with Dara and you won't regret it...you might even end up signing for a race 🤣

    I have been going to Dara for years for physio treatment and he has always provided an excellent service. This year Dara designed a 40 week running plan as I trained for the Dublin marathon, Every Sunday I received plans as well as mid weekly check ins which was a very enjoyable experience, setting goals, monitoring them and with clear progress that helped to knock 16 minutes of my previous run. I look forward to the next one.

    I have been going to see Dara for a few years now with Sports Injuries, and this year, I started to work with him as my running coach in preparation for the Dublin Marathon. His coaching, treatment, and support over the years and especially this year with Marathon training and VO2 testing has helped me raise my running standard exponentially. Highly recommend to anyone looking to do their first Marathon or if they are just trying to up their running ability, Dara keeps it simple, and I can vouch that the process works! Took 50 mins off my PR for Marathon in Dublin 2023 🙌

    I have been using Dara as a physio since 2017 for long standing hip issues. Dara as a physio is top class and has always helped me out. Talking with Dara through the years I knew he was passionate about running, so turned to him as a running coach for help when I tried to tackle my first attempt at a half marathon. Dara suggested me do a Vo2 max test in his studio and from there he would be able to put together a personal 12 week training plan to get me in shape for the event, with weekly check-ins and advice. I couldn't recommend this approach or Dara as a running coach enough. I had set an ambitious time for myself to complete the race in, and with Dara's help I was able to exceed this. Thanks for everything Dara.

    I had ongoing knee issues for 2 years with running and went to numerous physios who would send me home to do exercises but the pain would always come back and I was getting very fed up. (I even splurged on insoles which did absolutely nothing for me) I came across Dara on Instagram and saw one of his specialties is running so thought I would get in touch and it was the best decision! Not only did he tell me what the issue was he also introduced me to Strength and Conditioning for runners which I attend weekly and I haven’t had any injuries or pain since! My running has even improved and I’m feeling stronger in my legs too! I recently got my V02 testing done as well and Dara was very thorough with the whole process ( I was very nervous) and explained how I can utilise these results to reach my running goals. I would highly recommend Dara as a physio and to try out the classes he offers , you wont regret it!

    Highly HIGHLY recommend DC Fitness Physio. I got in contact with Dara after a knee injury from running. Dara not only helped me through my treatment with exercises, dry needling and reformer pilates but also coached me to run my first marathon in October! I couldn't have done it without him.

    Met with Eamon over an injury I received before the Dublin marathon. . Checked my legs over and gave me exercises to do on the days leading up to the race. I was going to pull out but felt better immediately from the appointment. Eamon followed up over the next few days checking in with me which I haven't received from other physios in the past. Ran the marathon yesterday and felt great. Would recommend great service.

😠 The facilities are amazing and there is an amazing range of equipment available but unfortunately that's as far as it gets. We start from when they decided to "renovate" the spa area and never mentioned any expected date to reopen. Instead, they would always say that "next month" it would be ready...

🫤 Could be very good place to work out and relax but the price for monthly membership and joining fee ! It is rediculus ! Double the price then elsewhere and yes the other places I have been in Dublin had the swimming pool and saunas 😁
