Great location to visit Dublin, nice hotel, well furnished, very clean, comfortable, well organized and so relaxing ambients. Lovely rooms, so quiet for a great quality of sleep. Very good the quality of food & drink. Huge high quality breakfast (really good). The staff is even prompt to support the customers in a very professional, kind and friendly way. For sure, I will keep it in mind for my next visit in Dublin.

A lovely stay at a wonderful hotel. Very nice rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and good gym/fitness facilities. Very good value for money here! My only issue is that it can be quite noisy at night sometimes. Decent location, too

Had a lovely stopover here for an evening before a family wedding. Had a terrible flight over so was a huge relief to drop off all the bags and catch up with family in the bar. Staff are very friendly and efficient (special mention to Frank and the bar team, who were lovely), room was lovely and modern, bed was comfy and the food was superb.

Best hotel in Dublin! Excellent service from all the staff. Starting from reservations andthe staff at reception, always willing to help and going the extra mile. The breakfast is delicious and the breakfast and bar staff is also very helpful. Rooms are spotless and housekeeping is fast, big shout out to the accomodation staff as well. For me is a 100/10. Would super recommend!

Great hotel. Stayed here for a stag do during a very busy weekend over St Patrick's Day and Six Nations. Service was excellent. Javier and Glen looked after us really well during breakfast and Amy was really attentive on the bar.

I recently stayed at the Clayton Charlemont Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend the Charlemont Hotel and would definitely stay there again in the future. Shout out to the bar and restaurant staff who made our last night staying in the hotel amazing!

Ireland 🇮🇪 is a great country with great history, there is lots of places to visit. Clayton hotel is in a beautiful location, that’s why I chose it. Close to the city center, almost everything is a walking distance such as temple bar and the old Guinness factory if you fancy a good Irish beer. Shopping area is a walking distance. The view is lovely in all means, beautiful canal just out of the window and the seagulls are flying around making a nice atmosphere. Hotel staff are very nice and polite. Helpful in every way. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds and nice amenities. Breakfast is complete with everything and all food was delicious. We enjoyed our stay. Would love to go back soon.

The breakfast Experience at Clatyton Hotel was fantastic, and the waiters Emilia and Javier provided exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly and attentive. They ensured I had everything I needed throughout the meal and fantastic conversations about suggestions on what to do in Dublin. Overall, a delightful breakfast experience with top-notch service!

The Breakfast Team was incredible. I woke up in the hotel on my birthday and they brought me out a little muffin with a candle and sang me a happy birthday song. Made me feel very special. Clean hotel and lovely staff :)

We stayed for two nights in this fabulous hotel which is a stone's throw from everything you want to do in Dublin. Luas is right beside the hotel for anyone who doesn't fancy walking. Stunning decor, excellent customer service and the food is superb. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dublin.

This is my first time in one of your hotels, I certainly hope it will not be my last. Spotlessly clean and spacious was my initial thought. The hotel is modern and very guest centered. all of the staff were so very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were spot on, catering to dietary needs, I filled up for the morning on the beautiful Buffet and delicious coffee. Helpful and knowledgeable receptionist staff really helped with my day out choices. I usually stay at a Radisson, I am happy to say that the location and service of this hotel has me won over

What a brilliant hotel. The staff are so so special - from checking in at 9.30 am “yes of course we can let you have your room NOW!” wow to checking out. Nothing was too much trouble, huge can do culture. Special shout out to the Christmas Day barman who was so jolly and the breakfast team led by Joana (amazing buffet breakfast plus anything else you cared to order). Fantastic location just up the road from the tram. THE place to stay in Dublin.

I enjoyed an excellent extended stay at the Clayton Charlemont; I was warmly welcomed and found the staff to be polite and efficient throughout my time there. The room was clean and pleasant, with good amenities and the room was kept clean and mostly well-stocked. There were a couple of minor inconsistencies with things like getting coffee refilled in my room, but in general, everything was well maintained. The breakfast options were excellent, catering for multiple dietary preferences and the table service each morning was very good. The bar food was very good, as were the choices available locally for dining out or ordering for delivery. The bar staff were very friendly, Cian in particular made my stay memorable, going out of his way to provide wonderful service. He's an asset to the hotel. Will definitely stay again when I'm back in Dublin.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Clayton Hotel Charlemont twice lately with two friends. We availed of the bar service and ordered delicious food and amazing cocktails. The staff were absolutely incredible, each and every one of them. I've never received service as good as we got it, they went out of their way to look after us. 10/10, we will be back and thank you to all the staff who made our evenings exceptional.

I recently stayed at the Clayton for 4 nights, and it was great. Everyone was very nice, the room was good, and the breakfast and food was always good. Frank at the bar was very nice and always helpful right away! I look forward to staying again someday and I have recommended this to my aunt who is planning a trip soon!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It's in a great location, walking distance from all of Dublin's tourist sights The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was pretty much imaculant inside and the room was cosy and clean. We had excellent service throughout and the Covid safety was good. The most impressive part has to be the food, amazing dinner and fab breakfast! Well done to the Chef. :-)

We had a lovely dinner on the Clayton last week. First we had some amazing cocktails with Oliver, the bartender, who is not only highly skilled but also super charming, and then we moved to our table. Once sat down, our waiter Razvan helped us decide and we ordered a three courses dinner. Everything was delightful!

Stayed here for two nights with my family and the breakfast service and diner service was fantastic. The staff were super lovely and accepting for my 2 year old. The staff at the bar restaurant, even let her choose her straw colour. Fraser was very pleasant and friendly. Food was great and the rooms were pleasant and peaceful. Thank you

Great hotel,.great location and excellent staff. Only issue was confusion about cleaning the rooms. Card was left to let reception know if room needs cleaning when on "do not disturb". We did but room wasn't cleaned. Following day similar issue. Both times issue was resolved and the staff were brilliant.

What a great hotel and experience - well done! Everyone was pleasant through out the hotel. Breakfast was great and the service as well. Rooms were very clean and thank you to the housekeeping team. Thank you for a great visit. Keep up the great work!

Lots to like about the hotel itself. Remarkable steps taken for Covid safety, energy efficiency, etc. I strongly recommend skipping the restaurant however- one of the worst meals I've had full-stop and rather pricey given the shocking quality. That said, there are plenty of nearby cafes, so don't let that be a barrier to staying here.

Great location close to the Luas. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very quiet. Probably the quietest rooms we have ever stayed in. Miss the buffet breakfast but that's not the hotels fault. Valet parking was a nice touch and took the stress away from finding a car park.

Perfect hotel when visiting Dublin. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean room. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need for a good start of the day. From the hotel it's an easy minute walk to the centre.

Excellent location, nice room, quiet at night which is great as it is so close to city centre, we actually took a bus into Goeorge's st which was only 4 stops. Staff very helpful and friendly. Definitely would stay there again.

The 28th of December in 2021 we have stayed in the Clayton hotel Charlemont Dublin, till the second of January. In one sentence, it was an exceptional experience with all the nice staff. Lots of times we have used the facilities in the hotel (restaurant and bar). But the bar was especially great. The bartender en all the other staff are verry friendly and are always ready to make you a perfect time. So, if you are getting to Dublin, make sure your getting to the Clayton hotel Dublin Charlemont. It will make your staying legendary.

Best hotel experience I've had in my life! Perfect location - super close to the Luas station, and also just a 20-minute walk to the city center. Breakfast is exceptional, service extremely good. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and just wonderful overall. Can't wait to go back!

Good staff, restaurant overpriced but nice. Business focused. Room super nice looking and well equipped with space. Only massive downside You will never have a good nights sleep with thin walls. Been here 12 days and not slept well at all

All the staff from the front desk through to the wait staff were very attentive. Kitti at breakfast even remembered my wife liking fried eggs from another morning and checking to see if she would like some more. This is the sign of great customer service.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. First time I was charged full price even though a family member had to have an emergency operation and I explained this. I stayed again this week and had a cigarette outside the window. €150 was taken out of my credit card without my permission for this despite their being any signs stating this can not be done. I recommend you to NOT stay at this premises under any circumstances. They have now taken €329 extra from my account.

Nice, smart hotel. Friendly staff. Not very busy but I expect that is just because of coming out of the pandemic. Had dinner, and the food, chicken and presto penne pasta with beens was delicious.

We have stayed in the Clayton Charlemont for three nights. It is a very new hotel close to the city center. Workers are helpful and kind people. I would like mention two points, the reservation was agile thanks to the professionality of Raquel Martinez, the reservations agent. She also gave us some tips to make the most of our travel to Dublin. The other point to remark is the breakfast which is really good and with variety of food.

First of all the rooms are amazing. Very bog and the bed is so comfortable. We slept very well for the first and the second reservations, I am writing down this because we had 2 different rooms and the last one was really big with shower and bath. Thank you also for the kindness of the workers.

We really enjoyed our stay here at the Clayton. All staff were friendly, efficient and very professional. The rooms are small but very adequate, the bed was very comfortable. The only small issue was at breakfast. We felt you had to ask for everything, tea, toast and fried eggs etc. the buffet was well presented with lots of choice however I felt the hot offerings were overcooked and slightly cold. The quality of the produce was really good though, especially the sausages. All minor issues that can be easily rectified. We would definitely stay at the hotel again. A good location for exploring the city.

The staff at the hotell were very helpful and welcoming towards us during our stay. They were quick to help us when our toilet suddenly stopped working. They were also very kind and welcoming towards everyone i saw during the entire stay. The room were big and clean, bed were comfy and the food was also very good. I would recommend this hotell to anyone.

We had a two night mid week break at the Clayton Charlemont. We stayed in the James Bond suite (room 007). Had a fabulous time. The room had everything we required and the beds were so comfortable. But what really made our stay was the welcoming staff. In particular I would like to thank Carmel who made sure we had a lovely breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. You won't be disappointed. 😃

Myself and my daughter stayed in your hotel over the weekend. A very relaxing weekend we had. The room was beautiful. Breakfast and dinner both days in the hotel absolutely perfect. My compliments to your worker Frank in the restaurant/bar was so nice and hopeful. Couldn't have done enough for us. Will definitely be back again.

Had a great stay at this hotel over the weekend. Upon arrival all of the staff were very friendly. The rooms were great and had everything we needed. A huge shout to two men in particular razvan and petru who when heard about my birthday brought over some sweet treats whilst we enjoyed our cocktails. We weren’t planning on eating in the hotel at all for dinner but the friendliness and the relationship with the staff brought us back and the food was delicious. A truly memorable experience. Thank you so much. We’re planning on returning to Dublin soon, and with no doubt will book here again.
