Just like to make an inquiry regarding your restaurant in ashtown Around half 4 today there was a disturbance in the restaurant with loads of youths running a round.Trying to eat a meal there today,the 21st of July.Said it to staff,so rang the police myself. Loads of electric bikes outside. Not very safe in there, need security,bits of things coming in and causing trouble.Don t tell me your sorry do something about it please.Your staff has a lot to put on with. A alot of these youths have been drinking,under age,it was like a play school in there.Coming in taking over the place,and also the danger of falling over bikes,they are out side your shop.And very sloopy in there,having to ask to get the table cleaned.

The quality of Romayos has dropped significantly since I moved to the area, in line with prices rising. We have been given some duds recently but we received this pizza on Friday that was cremated and dry. To top it off, the chips were burned and hard too. Very disappointing, won't be ordering this again.

Will not be ordering from here again. First they messed up the numbering on the bags so I got the wrong order. I had to contact the shop to get in touch with the driver to back and swap orders which would have been no bother, I understand it was probably busy but I ordered a doner kebab with extra kebab meat and I counted 9 pieces of kebab meat. There was litteraly more salad than meat. I called up to ask what the story was and was told that extra meat was put on it and nothing they could do about it. Shocking customer service. 10 euro for a lowsy soggy kebab with barely any meat.

Went to Romayo's Royal Canal Park on September 25th 2023. New Self-service machines where payments doesn't work. Ordered a Pizza and asked for little cheese, Pizza came out swimming in cheese like lava from a volcano. Staff are clueless. Avoid where possible!

Good place fresh food as always. However portions of meat are too low.

This can be a very busy restaurant. I find food is at its freshest when you go in to order at counter. Deliveries the food can be very hit and miss. 8/10 times its delicious 😋 staff are friendly and welcoming. Some parking outside you can also use their app to order ahead for collection.

Just received an order omg 😳 what a disappointment, Luke warm , chips reheats and burnt . Last time I'll be ordering from this establishment food has been not up to scratch this past while 😔

This is by far the best takeaway fast food service in Dublin. If you want fast greasy food or a monster sized kebab of high quality. Roymayo's has you sorted. Not over priced but not cheap it's the middle ground for an easy meal in a rush. Atmosphere is 4 because it could be a little nicer inside with the music and seating etc but for most places it's way better. My only complaint is they don't serve falafel kebabs. That would be amazing. Please bring this in!!

Used to be the best takeaway in the area hands down, but standards have dropped so much recently. Food completely over cooked and burned. Last order went straight into the bin and no refund offered.

Brought back a chicken burger as the chicken was still pink and a chicken baguett as it had hairs in it. Asked them to open in front of me to show it to them but was refused it. Then she came back from the back and said they could not see the hair as clearly you can see the hair in the picture. Offered a refund but i just asked if they can recook the food i was refused that aswell.. makde a payment by card but the refund was given only cash... glad to say they have lost another customer... VERY poor management as stating that the customer is not right after showing them the picture of the hair that they could not see still stating there was not.

Chipper that opens late. When hunger hits after dinner, it's a quick dash for food. Service normally fast, hardly have to wait. Food is chipper quality, everything smells deep fried. Chips are cooked well, not soggy and we like the pieces that are crispier. So far we tried their fried chicken and goujons, those are good. It's a convenience and fast place to get late night food.

Told on the phone by romayos they don't take bank details over the phone the delivery man will bring card machine, when delivery driver arrived he had no card machine explained to him what I was told on the phone was very rude and complaining that they didn't say that. Had to run down to a neighbour to borrow cash.

Why do they advertise fresh food? The chips are always bad, recycled. Portions are terrible and the staff can't comprehend English, even when it's their native language. Shocking.

They make the best garlic cheese chips ever I am truly flabbergasted 100% recommend

Ordered pizza for my local GAA team after our final a few weeks ago. Chris was a pleasure to deal with, he was extremely efficient and pleasant. The pizza was delivered on time, very tasty and Chris gave us a great deal. Great food and excellent customer service.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered food at 7 on their app, it arrived at 8:15 stone cold. Rang the shop at 8 after waiting an hour & was told the driver had “left 20 minutes ago”. I live less than 2km from the chipper, & they allegedly took 45 minutes to deliver from there. We had requested contactless delivery as we are isolating with COVID. No apology from the driver, he didn’t even get out of his car to deliver the food & made us come to him a couple of hundred metres down the road from the house. Have ordered from other Romayo’s (Clonsilla & Ongar) in the past, & have never had such a woeful experience.

Good food, good services, fair prices.

This is a decent Diner/Chipper. Seems very clean. The seating and toilet area have always been clean when I visited. Service is fast, the food is good and they offer good value deals/ meals.

They keep shoving menu leaflets in my door but when I try to place an order the app tells me I'm too far away. So why does your leaflet drop extend to my address if your delivery routes don't? By the way I'm in Dublin 7 as are you so if your deliveries don't even stretch within the same post code why bother?

Nothing bad to say food is amazing, the pizzas are on par of been as good as a pizzeria. The grilled chicken burgers are lovely and my favourite deal is the big 5 enough to fill 3 people's bellys. Not a fan of the donar kebabs although

Ordered food from here got a bag of chips and I could not believe the size of the bag and the funny thing is they have put the price up as well absolute joke these takeaways are robbing people.

We're ordering here on regular basis. Quality of the food is really good and the extras (add cheese, no sauce etc.) are generally followed. Prices have gone up a bit lately but this has been the case for almost every take-away place we've looked at. Update (06/2022): Unfortunately this is no longer a 5 star take away in our eyes. We used to order there a lot (3-4 times a month) and were generally quite happy and impressed but I don't know if the management changed recently or what happened but 3 of the last 4 orders had issues. We normally order for 4 people so if almost everything for 1 person is missing that's disappointing. Had to ring up every time and were promised compensation (didn't happen the first time) or the driver was sent out again (again, not ideal if 1 person has to wait). Prices did go up but service unfortunately has only gotten worse.
