Great Gym with very helpful and knowledgeable coaches. A place with a very positive and supportive atmosphere where clients of all levels are catered for. Strength and conditioning cycles ran for all clients and can be tailored for individual needs. A really good spot, with a great bunch of people. Would highly recommend it.

Nice warehouse gym with a great atmosphere. Arnold, the trainer there, was great with his training advice and constantly kept in contact to track my progress. Highly recommend

New member and can't say enough good things about the experience so far. Excellent facilities, trainers and expertise - feel like I'm making progress towards real fitness goals rather than just getting a workout.

Very pleased that I joined this gym. The introduction is good and you can settle in according to your own ability, you aren't expected to come in and know everything yourself, anything you are asked to do is explained first. It's a good atmosphere to train in with really good instruction and like minded members. The format of the sessions suits me as it provides routine and structure. Also worth mentioning the strict policy around covid and the measures in place are top class. It's about as safe as any other activity thanks to the efforts made.

I and my husband join with Dave in last July. our experience have been wonderful. weight loss with PCOS has been tough on me and with covid things look very dark. But David is like that grandfather who don't give up on you. He would push your limits but at same time would motivate that you can achieve anything in workout. he has online classes which is an amazing experience. highly would recommend for someone who is serious to start weight training and conditional workouts.

I trained in SDSC for 2.5 years when I lived in Dublin. Personally I found the place to be the best training facility I have trained in, and sorely miss the place since I've  left Dublin. The owner Dave along with coaches Jason and Sarah have created a fantastic little community that is both welcoming and supportive. If you want to make a positive impact on your wellbeing and health and have fun along the way I wouldn't look any further.

I've joined the gym recently and I am truly enjoying the quality of coaching, professionalism and personalisation in the approach used. Have been to many good gyms in Dublin but this stands out for the reasons above.

I've been a member of the gym for 4.5 years. It has been the best money I've ever spent and has likely had the biggest impact on getting my life where I want it to be. Here's an email I wrote to the owner back when covid started, and the gym had to close temporarily. I'm still a happy member and working towards my next goal (a 5-day mountain biking endurance race at the end of Sept 2021) Hi Dave, Initially when I joined SDSC, I just wanted to stop my brain at 8pm. (Running a business and doing a part time masters in the evenings took its toll). I wanted to decompress and do something mildly physical without adding any pressure. I told you that, you came up with a plan, I did it and it worked. Then I wanted to get a little conditioning up so my migraines wouldn't be triggered so frequently when my heart rate elevated (which happened all the time; sometimes hospitalised because of the severity). Again, I told you that, you came up with a plan, I did it and it worked. Then I wanted to get back on my mountain bike and ride with the big boys. I told you that, you came up with a plan, I did it and it worked. Then I wanted to race. I told you that, you came up with a plan, I did it and it worked. I came 3rd in my first ever race. And last season I won a national series! Then I wanted to drop some fat and build some strength. I told you that, you came up with a plan, I did it and it worked. I'm a pretty proactive person, but I come to the gym because for an hour or two a day I don't want to be proactive. I don't want to have to motivate myself, I don't want to have a plan and execute that plan and figure out what will get me to my goals. But I do want to reach my goals, and your coaching gets me there. All that isn't as easy as it looks on paper, but I know if I show up and get support from someone who actually knows what they're on about and cares about who's listening, then I'll achieve whatever is next on my list.... and have a nice time doing it. Covid bullsh*t isn't gonna impact that.

Quite possibly the best gym in the country. Great programming, coaching and overall vibe. Definitely recommended for anyone who lives/works nearby. Would be a shame to miss out on a place like this if location wasn’t an issue.

😠 The facilities are amazing and there is an amazing range of equipment available but unfortunately that's as far as it gets. We start from when they decided to "renovate" the spa area and never mentioned any expected date to reopen. Instead, they would always say that "next month" it would be ready...

🫤 Could be very good place to work out and relax but the price for monthly membership and joining fee ! It is rediculus ! Double the price then elsewhere and yes the other places I have been in Dublin had the swimming pool and saunas 😁
