Today i went with my friend for a beverage and she asked for a change of their order (green tea for black tea) and the person who gave her drink said to her that "she was annoying", just because she order a different tea type. So, its illegal to ask for a different tea? is too much work to do? he could just said No, we cant change the tea. but he prefers to be rude with a costumer.

I paid for hot chocolate, but they gave me water. When I told them they got my order wrong I got attacked by 2 of their staff members, I think their names were Kevin and Patricia. The Barista named Kevin proceeded to throw punches whereas the one named Patricia decided to drop kick the both of us while yelling “250kg super kick”. We ended up rolling over the table, all of a sudden the entire Starbucks team hopped over their counters and surrounded the two of us me and Kevin. The Barista Patricia did some Eastern European black magic and summoned a chimpanzee that went around manhandling the customers. The whole incident took over 1hr, in end the all my clothes got ripped and the barista named Kevin was for some reason hulk smashing on the ground while the barista named Patricia was beating up some old lady because she asked for a extra sugar. In the end I didn’t get my hot chocolate or the water because it got spilled.

Not bad, but what's the policy for giving proper mugs when you are eating inside or the paper cups? I explicitly stated that I was going to sit and still got the paper cup. 🤷

Great for takeaway coffee but in-store experience lacking. seating area usually full and upstairs closes 5pm despite all seats being full downstairs.

I like the fact that this place has lots of space to accommodate lots of people in and it has a very comfy furniture and relaxing environment. The coffee is amazing and the staff are very friendly and efficient. When I go into town to meet a friend for a coffee, this is one of my "go to" shop.

Lovely location! It's a classic of coffee shops, it's not the best food and drink but it's lovely and worth it to sit and relax. This location has lots o places to sit and the staff was so lovely that made my day!

Of all the Starbucks in Ireland I must admit this is my favourite. The staff and menu selection are just like the others, very good and what you would expect, but it's the location and view from this shop which makes it stand out. It looks over the heart of Dublin City and even has an upstairs for an even better view. If you want to grab a cuppa and stare out over the people going about their daily routine then this is a great place to do just that.

I always enjoy the coffee from this place but I absolutely loved the drinks with pumpkin, those were my favourite. I wish they had it all the time.

The best thing about this Starbucks is that the staff seem to enjoy their jobs and the company of each other. Great to see. The staff at this Starbucks are great

The person taking orders tries to guess what you want, made me confused. And the other girl (the barista), starts making your coffee as soon as she hears your order, I wanted with oat milk, but she pretty much had the coffee done when I was paying.

A lot of cups, not very clean. There are baristas, that are not doing much at the moment, so i'm sure that one could take care of the floor. And the coffee was really bad, I've ordered pumkim spice late and iced caramel machiato, and it tastes just like milk with water and as for caremel machiato it tasted like instant coffee without any caramel, they should focus more on the pouring the caramel right. Other than that, they should ask if a customer wants it with a whip cream on top or not. Really dissatisfied. Please train your barista named Kevin.

I ate a gluten free Turkey and Cranberry toastie.. I can tell you for a fact I had a reaction... Seeing how it was put in the oven its clear the worker did it without cross contamination. Whoever made it or the factory obviously f'ed up becuase the reaction wasnt even mild. Very disappointed as I had previously been sick, lost many work days over christmas season AND had to work thr same evening, I felt fine when I walked in and when walked out my vidion was blurry and my dyscalculia and memory became terrible... I had a very embarrading day at work... There is no one to complain to, I really dont think starbucks takes welfare seriously from all the media reports, of Ireland HSE rules on allergens... So I am speaking to you the public to think twice before concluding their product is gluten free. I was actually surprised in fact I didnt expect it, my reputation workingnas a chef now is damaged and I cannot tell them it was starbucks or that I have dyscalulia which affected how I percieved the numbers of food items at work which led to a grilling byba seniour coworkers for not knowing we had two! tubs of tomato sauce for hotplate canteen pasta. There was a number of other inconsistencies... I also dyspraxia. I have gotten used to the fact that Ireland is not allergies friendly country and that I cannot have a normal life... Its a good thing I do not operate heavily plant or drive a car, I cant do those thing here perhaps anyway due to risk of impairments.

Very nice place with a very nice staff but the music is really too loud, very inconvenient to study or to have a conversation.

Blonde lady behind the counter is very rude in communication with me, both verbally and non verbally. The bartender is the same. Very rude when I come to pick up the order. I already stated that I will sit here and expect a mug, but still given a paper cup, some random customers get a cup. Worst starbucks experience ever. First and last time here. I visit at around 10.30am, Feb 23rd, 2022.

I had a bad experience here. I ordered a coffee and the blonde lady with tattoo she took my order and she treats me badly. Also, when I asked floor staff to wipe the table he got angry. Actually, I don't even want to give a star.

Starbucks would be my favourite coffee shop but the poor attitude of the female assistant made me want to leave immediately. She seemed thoroughly disappointed to have customers. No please or thank you. Rushed me on only to summon me back because my CC transaction failed. When I placed my card into the machine that upset her??? And I took particular exception to having the receipt thrown at me. Terrible way to end a weekend break in the city. Shame when there is so much choice.

There are better ones, like the one at henry st. In this one they often close the upstairs and there is no place to sit, besides, there is no standard in the preparation of drinks . I've bought hot chocolate many times, sometimes it's very strong and sometimes it only tastes like milk.

Friendly staffs, clean environment. Staffs are very good in checking Covid certs for dine-in, which some other places doesn’t.

Typical Starbuck Franchise, clean restaurant, good choice of food and coffee , sandwiches and snacks . Helpful Staff . But the restaurant lacks a certain atmosphere.

Disgusting level of cleanliness been to Starbucks all over the world and this is in the bottom ten. Staff unfriendly unhelpful and very lackadaisical. Drinks were on the cold side.

Blonde lady behind the counter made me a grande latte that was literally just a pint of milk and so watery! I came in the next day, which was yesterday to be stared down by two lady's from an Asian background who were rude, passive aggressive and unwelcoming. I felt so unwelcomed that I had to say it was for take away even though I wanted to sit down and do some work. Coffee made by them was absolutely burnt to the soul. Most tables were actually unclean and greasy. I don't get it!!

Previous people’s comments here about the staff says it all. Young Guy with Black stud earring is scandalously ignorant. Was almost afraid to ask him for anything extra as he made it out to be such a hassle. Asked him what the code for the bathroom was and just answered me in such an ignorant manner. Also a blond girl there in her 30’s was nearly as bad as him. To top it all off the coffee was awful . Some joke
