The best speciality craft beer bar in Ireland by a mile. 20 taps continuously rotated and never the same beer twice. A craft beer lovers paradise. The staff are fantastic and will give you a taster of anything you want. Super spot and friendly atmosphere

Me and my girlfriend were regular customer from this pub. Until today, when my girlfriend was denied to taste one of their beers because we had “too many samples” (only two after two pints). First of all we are regular customer of craft beer pubs, such as Against the grains, Kodiak, Brewdog, Pmacs, etc and we had NEVER been denied of tastings. I can understand that there are stressful situations where giving samples could be problem. But in this occasion we were ALONE in the bar, just the two of us and the bartender. And he was rude and out of context. Never coming back again.

Great craft beer pub in city centre. Very good selection - always a few established craft breweries + some newer players. You also get a fair number of styles to chose from: IPAs, pale blond and red ales, stouts, sours and weisses, they're all in there. A bit pricey, but hey, that's craft beer for you.

We come here all the time. Chris, Barry and Paddy are great bartenders who really know their stuff. Underdog being so close to where we live definitely adds to our appreciation of the Dame street area, where we spend the majority of our nights out. If we're ever stuck for where to go, we always fall back here. Amazing bar.

Absolutely love the unique craft beer selection here. Barry at the bar was great to chat with and gave us recommendations that ended up being some of the best beer we've had.

5 stars to one of the many pubs in Temple Bar District? Well, when you just get the feeling of coziness after entering the door, combined with both amazing craft beer, special beers from bottle and a quick and competent staff, I simply do not know, how this can be done much better. Go there, for the last beers of the evening. This is, in my opinion, what this place is for, and you won't be disappointed...

underdog is the best pub for craft beers in dublin. i've seen them raising the bar every single week in their half year of existence. all around legends in service, ridiculous amount of amazing beers on heavy rotation, regular tap takeovers and unique launch events that give them recognition in global craft scene. great spirit selection and bites are available too. have i mentioned that they are the best?

Great little bar. Top real ales (Not calling them craft beers, that's just pretentious). Very friendly.

The latest location of this craft beer bar, with 20 on tap and a new big venue. Best range of craft beer in the centre, including some stuff you'll not see elsewhere, knowledgeable bar staff too. Look forward to another visit!

Awesome beers and service, just say a little bit about what flavour is on your mind at that moment and let the bartender suggest you. Both of the recommendations I tried where totally unmissable.

I would recommend The Underdog pub not only for the wide range of Kraft beers, but for the atmosphere, and the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Should you look for a pub experience in Dublin out of the touristic places, The Underdog is a must go. They are the sommeliers of beer !!

Craft beers served in a basement in Dublin. Very busy when we visited, the tap list on the TV was revolving so quickly could hardly make out what beers were on offer. Pressured by the batman to make a choice from a lot of very similar styles of beer. Just stayed for the one and then moved on.

Nice selection of beers in a nice chilled place. The prices can be asking to much. It's only grains and water not liquid gold.

No better craft beer bar in Dublin (from a Colorado craft beer guy.) Barry makes everyone feel like family - or better - and knows more about beers than most I’ve met. The taps are tops, but don’t miss the bottle offerings or you’ll be missing some of the most amazing beers from the world.

Great gem. They consistently change their beers with zero loyalty to any brewery, which is perfect if you want to try new beers

Get your growlers out! 19+ taps of fantastic curated beers. I've had some of my fave beers off these taps during the restrictions. Always a friendly face meets you too. Get down and support them. You wont regret.

Weirdly into their gin. I dislike gin, but the other half seemed to enjoy the place so it can't be too bad. They do serve other drinks here, so don't fret, you won't be pinned down while bar staff pour gin into your mouth through a funnel or anything. But yeah. Gin.

It is what it is, good pint but lack of air is a bit worrying when all the boozy punters start releasing vapours when you're stuck in a basement with no aircon

Great little place, new beers come on tap regularly. If you like your craft beers it's a really great spot to visit.

Went here on a Friday evening after a work group dinner. I don't really like craft beer but this was where the group opted to go, I went up to Brogan's to get a Heineken and when I came down the bar man very abruptly told me to get back upstairs with my drink. I asked him what he had said he again impatiently told me they were a different premises and to get back upstairs. Fair enough, they don't want their bar full of people who spent their money upstairs but like, I didn't realize they were totally separate (you have to go into Brogan's to go into this place) and there was absolutely no signage to say that you couldn't bring drink from the Brogan's bar in here, they could easily have this sign on the stairs. Tried explaining to your man I was here with a group of 14 so my Heineken wasn't gonna cripple the business but sure he wasn't having it, ended up having to stand upstairs. Your man could have made a small exception in this case, used his common sense. Anyway we left after the one, don't think we'll be back. The rest of the group were saying that the place reeked too, one of them said the smell in the toilet was nicer than in the bar (I wouldn't know, sure I was upstairs). TL;DR - Abrupt (somewhat rude) staff told me I had to stay upstairs, don't bring drink from Brogan's down.

👍👍 Fantastic indoor entertainment venue in Dublin that holds up to 13,000 people. It's really well marshalled and queueing is kept to a minimum for drinks, food, merchandise and toilets.
