Where do I begin. I’ve been here twice in a span of two weekends. And both times, this is underwhelming. The service is slow. The first time they had a good menu from The Dublin Pizza Company” but they don’t have a kitchen at a restaurant. They have it delivered which takes a good bit of time. The second time the food menu was not even there. The ambiance is very good. The decor and the drinks are top notch. The first time we were there, we were never told about doubles cocktail offers before 9 and when we asked the manager what the “flamingo” meant only then were told about the offer. When I asked could the offer be applied to the drinks which we had already ordered, our hostess was okay to do it and get the bill redone. The manger stopped her and his exact words were “I cannot give you the offer on the bill because you didn’t know about the offer” And the second time our reservation (this is a group of 8) was at 7 for which we were there a little later at 7:10 but there was no one take us in. At 7:15 we were received and were told that the table we booked was given away because we were late. Final thoughts, this place has great drinks and really nice ambiance for a night out. However, the service offered is poor. I would not be recommending this place to any friends. And many friends had similar experiences. So, yea.

Great spot for cocktails! Surprisingly, there’s a lot of seating spaces. The bar has a chic vibe to it. The cocktails were great and strong, you definitely get what you paid for. I wish they offer a bit of snacks with the drinks even some nuts or crisps as it was just quite plain or even offer some on their menu but other than that, we had a lovely time!

Great place to drink some delicious cocktails and to get in a party mood! The bar is a bit hidden as you need to take the stairs down to get there. The staff is very kind and the bar looks fabulous with the tiki theme and cheerful music.

Really nice staff who offer you a Hawaiian lei to wear for a bitta craic when you enter, all dressed trendy but on theme. Cool decor and gorgeous cocktails. You get water and a bowls of nuts n bits to your table and the service is great. Definitely recommend.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!! Went on Saturday for a friends 21st and can confidently say, 100% the BEST drinks in Dublin (and at good prices too). Every single one of the staff members were genuinely friendly, chatty, and attentive, despite it being so busy (mixologists and bouncers included). Rare to find a bar in Dublin that plays actual music to which everyone can dance and sing along (70s, 80s, and 2000s classics). Amazing place overall!

Aesthetic cocktail bar with tiki theme. Cake here with a couple of friends for drinks. Such a nice vibe and atmosphere here and staff are so welcoming. Felt like you were talking to one of your friends rather than your bartender which makes you feel comfortable. Reasonable prices and the drinks are good too. Multiple seating areas including some outside. Unisex toilets also. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bar in the area. Will also definitely be coming back!

I went here with my boyfriend and the cocktails were amazing and they were cheap compared to other cocktail bars prices- only €9-€12, staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was amazing. I will definitely be coming back here.

Great place to party with friends, had a great time, staff are amazing really helpful if you are not sure what to order, drinks are really tasty, 2 cocktail for 15€… me and my friends went there on Halloween, if you are in a big group they also provide a pizza menu from Dublin pizzaria. Also one of my friends had a bad experience with a drunk guy who just slapped her 🍑and the security asked the guy to leave🙌🏻

The coolest place I've been in Dublin finally something different 🥳 could not recommend this place enough. The most friendly staff who will actually have a chat with you, good vibes, good drinks, good music. Win win all round. Have recommended to many people already and will be back

The barmana are amazing, really go there because the cocktails are good. DJ : horrible, selfish and like a professional worker in the nightlife between Berlin, Zürich and Dubai (I am working with Tomorrowland, OstGut, Diynamic and Live Nations). We are working with Tiesto, Ben Klock and Chris Brown. Differents music industries and never see a selfish like that before. So DON’T go there for the music 😓

If you like pina colada, and getting caught in the rain, no if you like pina colada don’t go to this place! They close at 2:30, when usually clubs close at 3:00 and not knowing that I ordered a gin tonic at 2:28 so I had to choke to drink my 12 euros gin&tonic while the bouncer was kicking me out as they had to close! Never again!

A great and unique addition to Dublin's bar scene. Good music, friendly vibe and great cocktails. Good selection of beers and spirits as well. Lots of different spaces, room for dancing, quiet corners for talking.

Cool concept for a bar and nice decor but they need to sort out their service. Went in on Friday evening and while it was busy, it wasn't packed. Ordered drinks and 25 minutes later they still hadn't arrived. No one checked on us during this time despite lots of staff walking around, seeminly doing nothing. Ended up leaving without drinks. Not a great experience.

We went in for the cocktail making class and it was brilliant! Adrian went through all the different options, he discussed them in detail, and it was a great laugh - Ryan also helped keep the atmosphere going! Would highly recommend to anyone for a good 2 hours out!

Excellent Tiki Bar in the heart of Dublin serves highly creative cocktails. Young and vibrant management and staff complete an experience that celebrates warmth and ‘welcome’ in the spirit of its name ‘Ohana’ which means family. Five stars.

Best Dublin club we’ve been to in a while. Super friendly staff, very accommodating. Amazing cocktails, best Pina Colada ever!!! The music was so cool, a mix of disco and pop, finally a DJ who’s actually mixing the tunes not just playing them. Great Tiki vibe, and love the extra flower necklaces. Keep up the great work OHana!! Hope people won’t ruin it!

Unique place in Dublin for great cocktails with a huge selection of rums. Nothing like it in the city I was really impressed. Attentive & friendly staff who are knowledgeable and ready to bring you up to speed if you're not too familiar with different rum types and brands. They also have a fully stocked bar of draught and craft beer for the less adventurous with the usual suspects of pouring liquors as well. I recommend the Pina Colada, best I have had in long time, made the right way! Such yum! We booked a table on OpenTable but they have room for walk ins. Go here.

Nice location with a Hawaiian vibe. The neon lights inside are potent which give the bar a strong funky look, almost 80's disco feel. Really like that and the drinks are good too. The bar tenders are helpful and friendly 👍

I was here last night with a group of friends. From the moment we got there the staff were so friendly, the vibe was really good, the music was great, it was a nice mix. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here and a special mention to the bouncer who was absolutely a gent. Great experience.

It's a great little gem on Harcourt Street. It's very easy to miss this place as it's in the basement. The serving staff is very polite and give great advices. The cocktail selection is exquisite and reasonably priced. I would definitely be going here again. PS- The music could use some improvement. Although I didn't mind that as I was chatting away with friends.

  • 3/5 Neal C. 1 year ago on Google
Overrated! The ambiance is good with loud college crowd mostly. Most importantly, I would rate the cocktails as average. I have had a lot better cocktails in London in similarly themed bars.

I loved it! Me and my friends visited Ohana tiki bar and we had an amazing time! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about cocktails. The decor is beautiful, and the Wheel of Rum was such a great fun! They don’t have a kitchen there, but the staff ordered pizzas for us which was just perfect. I highly recommend this place! My favorite cocktail was "Back to the Caribbean". A memorable experience! I’m 100% visiting again! Thank you guys!

I went to Ohana with a group of friends, and what a blast! I'm not a big drinker, so I asked the bartender for a mellow cocktail, he was super friendly and whipped up the best cocktail ever! The staff is crazy friendly, and the vibe with the Hawaii decor is just awesome. Oh, and my friends had a go on the Wheel and they got to taste some top-notch Rums for €6! Totally recommend this spot for a fun night out with friends!

I'm a regular at Ohana and every visit is consistently fantastic. Me and my friends recently celebrated my cousin's birthday there, and it turned out to be the best decision ever. It was a last minute decision and even without a reservation, the staff went out of their way to find us a comfortable spot. The cocktails are delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Despite not having a kitchen, they arranged for pizza for us. The Hawaii vibe added to the overall great experience, just visit this place!

I was invited to my friend's 21st at Ohana. She bought us all ticket on Eventbrite for their cocktail class to start the night. We each got 3 drinks for only €30 and got to go behind the bar and learn to make cocktails! The staff were AMAZING. I also tried there wheel of Rum, I paid €6 and got the top prize (a rum worth €38). Drinks were top tier and I now have my birthday booked there! We then got Pizzas, they order them in for us and they were unreal. Would highly recommend!

  • 3/5 Jillian D. 4 years ago on Google
Staff are very nice but this felt too glossy and slick for a tiki bar.

  • 3/5 Mary O. 4 years ago on Google
So much potential to this place but my friend and I left disappointed. We waited at the bar once we got served, genuinely expecting the barman to top the half-filled glasses up with juice or something. Having ordered the same thing, I got a bit more in my glass which left us further feeling ripped off. €12 for half a cocktail wasnt cool Other than that - attractive interior design, youthful and vibrant crowd, music in the main bar way too intense (little cave was perfect tho!)

This is prob the best bar going in the county. Classy interior plus the staff have been very friendly to our team as we went out for a night out in O'Hana Tiki Harcourt St. Certainly going to make a visit each time we are in the area. Thanks guys from all the wallart team and see you very soon...

Went to check out this new cocktail bar as I have been told about there amazing cocktails and that it was the first ever Tiki bar in Ireland ! We were greeted at the bar by a bartender named Emmy, she couldn’t of been more helpful as she went through all the cocktails and recommend what would be best suited to us based on our past experiences with cocktails. As the cocktails arrived there were very well presented and so many different flavours , I couldn’t of asked for more. Based on the drinks and service I will definitely be bringing the girls back here again. 10/10, It’s trish

Really cool chilled out bar, very friendly staff, great & quick service! Table staff always making sure we had a drink and table service is a great idea for the chilled vibes! The cocktails are lovely, the only disappointing thing was the size of the cocktails were very small for what you pay but still tasted great! But there are other drinks to choose from other than cocktails!

Really wanted to try this new bar, arrived at 9 and the bouncer was lovely and explained we needed a reservation before 11pm which was understandable and was told to come back so we went to another bar to waste time went back and qued again, there was an additional bouncer this time and let around 20 people in first Infront of us without checking ID, when it got to me and my friend we were asked our age which we replied 21 and he said it was 23s tonight (Saturday) I was a little annoyied considering they never checked anyone's I'd and first bouncer never mentioned the age restriction and we waited around, left feeling unhappy.

Great spot for drinks, really unique and nothing else like it in Dublin. LGBT+ friendly too - the bouncer and bar staff at all really sound. Great selection of cocktails and spirits too!

  • 2/5 Jo K. 4 years ago on Google
Good concept, only ok execution - cave room could use speakers for music from the main room as otherwise the noise from groups echoes badly in a small space. Fortunately we were able to move to other seats. Service could do with some work- we waited half an hour for our second round of drinks and then just gave up and got the bill.

Such a cool bar. Like walking into a different world, there’s a few different rooms and spaces that you wouldn’t expect, insane attention to detail. The rum collection is unlike anything you’ll see in Ireland and the drinks are just excellent. You can tell they’ve handpicked their mixologists. Absolutely brilliant place.

Dont understand all the good reviews of of having a great rum selection. I was there last night and was handed a cocktail menu with maybe 8 cocktails on it. I asked for a rum menu but was told oh there is no rum menu yet this is the only menu you can order from! I then asked can I order from the bar and I was told its table service only. Irelands best rum experience doesn't allow you to order rum?

Delighted to see a Rum bar finally in Dublin city. Long over due. Ohana brings a touch of class and fun to your night out. The bar staff are so friendly and knowledgable about the Rum and cocktails they are making. You should definitely make it part of your party plans going forward.

Arrived on friday at about 9.30pm and was greeted by the first bouncer on the door. Was told that unfortunately it was reservation but to come back at 11pm to come in. We said that was fine and walked to another bar to have a drink. When we returned at 11.15, there was a different bouncer on the door who asked for our IDs straight away. He refused us saying that it was 23s tonight, as both of us were 21. Felt very disappointed as we wouldn't have bothered walking back to the bar if we had seen anywhere that it was 23s or had been informed by the 1st bouncer.
