Would highly recommend Thérapie Clinic for many different services. They're so professional, friendly and informative. Any time I book an appointment I'm always very happy with the results and advice afterwards. The staff are so lovely and recommended some nice skincare products which I'm excited to try. Dr Roddy has been really great and I would 100% recommend booking a consultation with him!

Had appt in South William St and met Will at the front desk..whats not to say! All in all he's a bundle of the perfect customer experience. Stay away from that clinic (Malahide) especially when it is about injections in your face I did Botox and the doctor totally ruined my face and even I’ll the review she claims to see nothing . My right eye lid Is falling totally down still after a few weeks and my eyes look more sad than before but she was supposed to open them more. I will try to post photos later. Even my own doctor back home said this is a nightmare and I should sue them in court. Which I will do because the management only said sorry and that’s all! Stay away there the doctors are not properly trained at least the one I saw and additionally they don’t give a ... about a rounded face. I did not get any refund fir This only sorry but that only from the manager not from the doctor. I am serous stay away from them if you appreciate a nice face and don’t want to waste money for untrained people. She showed me the after picture and said that was before. Another doctor told me that she can see what I am upset about but didn’t put it in the report so nobody could track it. Fraud!

I had such a fab experience in Therapie clinic South William Street the other day when I walked in to see what treatments they had available. Was greeted by such a lovely guy at the front desk called Will. He couldn't of been more informative about all the treatments they have on offer. Explained everything so well. So excited to start my journey with them and to look 10 years younger

I'm not happy with my Botox's result, I have attended different treatments at Therapie and they have always been very kind but this time the treatment was disappointing. I applied botox a month ago and I didn't see many changes, I had a revision 15 days later and they applied a little more but I didn't see changes again, but I waited 15 more days, yesterday I had a 2 review and the response was different like drinking enough water, age, skin changes... Dr told me that I would see my frown smoother within 3 months... "that's how long botox lasts here at Ireland" I told her, she told me yes, but when you get the next 3-month botox treatment, you will see that it'll begin to look smoother... ??? My frown doesn't have a strong wrinkle and if that were the case, I would understand... the problem is that I have movement in my eyebrows and much more in my frown, it seems that I didn't put any botox on... Dr calls it a natural look... .??? I told her every time that I don't like to get the frown's wrinkle, it's not the first time I got Botox, but it's the first time it doesn't work.

Dr Rhua is so knowledgable in relation to what the client needs and how to best treat an area. She puts her client straight at ease, I never feel rushed and she answers any questions I have. Her after care is brill! I really recommend!

Friendly welcoming when I arrived and had no wait time. The clinic itself is presented well and the staff are always open to answering questions and helping with your queries. The clinician who saw me for the treatment really got an understanding of what I wanted and what I wasn’t happy with previously. She was very supportive, welcoming and professional. I felt comfortable during the treatment and confident after seeing her. Will see how the results are but so far I’m really happy.

I love the timekeeping and warm reception at the clinic. Dr Camilla does an amazing job, she takes her time to explain all the available treatments and recommends what's best for the patient, without pushing any of them. She is gentle and comes across very knowledgeable and passionate about her job.

Punctuality was excellent. Information shared was thorough, well informed and delivered in a very personable manner. Treatment plan was devised having reviewed previous appointments, so the doctor was very well informed on prior approach and quantities. I’ve attended 4 practitioners in different countries and Thérapie is the only option I have returned to time and time again.

Had a really enjoyable experience today at my first ever time in therapie clinic in south William street. I was greeted by a guy called Will at the door and automatically felt welcome and at ease. I was seen to by Dr Jing and had only booked in for a consultation for Botox. She was very informative and answered all of my questions. In the end I went ahead with the service and was so happy with how calm and easy it all was. Dr Jing really made me feel very calm and made sure I was happy with everything. I’m looking forward to returning for my two weeks review. The guys also spoke to me about all different products and gave me a little low down on skin products and routines to help with my concern. Would highly recommended this clinic and Dr Jing for anyone looking to get treatments done especially first timers who are nervous

Used to be a lot better. You're just told to go sit downstairs. There should be a water fountain where someone can get a glass of water. Years ago there were refreshments like coffee and an odd chocolate. I preferred service from years ago and felt really welcomed and looked after then and in molesworth street. The treatment itself was good and a lovely lady who administered the injectables, Kirstin. She was so nice and was quick and not too painful. Years ago there were options to even be offered numbing cream or hold a scrunchy ball for anxiousness. It's in and out basically. Just maybe be a bit more attentive to clients arriving and offer them a refreshment as you don't know if people are nervous, it would feel nice to be put at ease. Also a bit more advise verbally on what to expect should you experience pain or headache (like now) and an aftercare sheet maybe as it may have been a long time since a previous procedure. I didn't even bother then to ask about loyalty cards or referring a friend and just paid and left. Work on actually welcoming and advising the people paying money to come in and take care of them.

I had a great experience getting dermal lip fillers at the south William st clinic, the procedure was painless and very quick and easy. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and the clinic was very clean. All safety measure were clearly taken to ensure the safety of the clients and staff. Will definitely be returning to this clinic for future treatments!

5 star ⭐️ I got my forehead done today by Sarah, she was amazing the whole treatment including the chat before hand took only 10 minutes 😊 there was NO PAIN at all and I hate needles and I have zero pain tolerance. If your thinking about getting it done, DEFFO DO IT!!I feel absolutely fine after the treatment and I will definitely be back again.

I visited Therapie clinic for my first Botox appointment. If I could I would visit this clinic every week. Dr. Barinda is not only an absolute gentleman, he is so professional and so experienced and knowledgeable in his work. He is attentive and listens to what it is you want and can achieve, without miracles taking place, naturally. The front of house girls are amazing, so helpful, you never ever feel like you are being rushed out the door. Amazing all round, just love everything about Thereapie.

I would just like to say that I had a wonderful experience in Therapie on South William street. I spoke to the manager Fiona and she couldn’t be more helpful. She explained all about the Injectables and she had me sold. Also she has a wealth of knowledge in skin too. I was well impressed and she recommended a facial for me in their other clinic on Molesworth street which is only a few minutes away. I left feeling great coming out as I was unsure and was a bit nervous about getting them done but she reassured me and answered every question. I’m chuffed I did it. Laura was another girl I spoke to. She was so lovely too and again very knowledgeable. They were just brilliant. I be back soon can’t wait.
