I can't recommend O Sullivan Optical enough. They are have equipment that you don't find in a hospital, so this makes their tests really thorough. They take time to explain everything to you. They treat you really personably and follow up on all your care. They are not at all money grabbing. Just opticians who love what they do and love their patients.

Have been attending O Sullivans since my son first got his glasses when he was 4..he is now 13. My husband and I also go there for any eye tests etc we need. They are absolutely brilliant. So professional and the follow up care is amazing. Would never go anywhereelse

Went today with my bf to Clairehall and have seen O-Sullivan Opticians. He was looking for a frame for glasses. Inside the shop was just one lady , she came to us and ask if he have appointment. He told her no, he dont have appointment he just want to buy a frame (he already had prescriptions but need it just a nice frame) as he spotted some nice frames in the window. The answer was he need appointment. No costumers in the shop and not any desire from the lady to sell frames.

My eye test was extremely thorough and everything was explained as we went along. Staff are very helpful and don't give the hard - sell. Any products i bought were suggested to me and not forced upon me. An all round pleasant experience although i did need glasses. Highly recommend this opticians.

Excellent optician, very thorough. I have been tested by both opticians, most recently Alice, and was impressed.

The best opticians I've ever been to. Excellent service and after sales service. They picked up on things others had missed, sorted everything out and made sure all went smoothly for me. I can't praise them enough.

Place run by appointment only. A joke. Don't recommend if you're only looking for normal shopping experience like in any other modern optician these days.

Refuse to sell you glasses unless you take an eye test despite insisting my prescriptions are just fine. No email contact. Will be switching and not returning

I've been going to O'Sullivan Optical for a few years now. The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. They couldn't be more thorough with their eye exam and they take so much time helping you to choose glasses. Highly recommend

Cannot rate these guys highly enough. Really lovely people and go above and beyond to help you. Particularly good with children.

Germaphobes ....get over the pandemic....this place is a joke....they obviously don't like dealing with people as the shop front has a rope to stop you entering ....masks on as if they are brain surgeons....absolute joke...go upstairs to the new opticans where you can walk in and try on glasses.....Very expensive too ....got my child's lenses half the price in Northside SC plus they sent off for the HSE voucher unlike O'Sullivans who charge you and reimburse you when YOU get the voucher....Poor customer service

Attended today for the first time in a few years for an eye test as I'm overdue having my eyes tested. Have to say that I thought the service provided was exceptional. A very thorough eye exam, with all tests being carried out very clearly explained to me and the staff were all very helpful. Could not recommend more highly.

Really friendly staff! My Dad went into get his glasses fixed today and the staff did it free of charge because he was a loyal customer! We will surely be back and would highly recommend anybody Thinking of getting new glasses to shop here!

The attention they have given my 3 year old from when she got her first glasses at 1 year old to now has been amazing. So thorough. Brilliant brilliant service.

Very professional and thorough service.Staff are attentive and you don't feel rushed. There is a real sense that they care about your vision and safety on their premises, they have still got strict covid restrictions in place so limited people in & masks worn & hand sanitisers & cleaning constantly upheld- very reassuring.

The friendliest and best optician I have tried in the local area. I would highly recommend a visit here. The staff are gentle and very thorough. They will take time with you and make sure you are happy before leaving.

I got my glasses from a different opticians. They didn't sit right and they were so uncomfortable. The opticians I bought them from didn't seem to know how to fix them. I called into O'Sullivan's to see if they could help and three different opticians were eager to help me. They fixed my glasses in a few minutes. They were miticulous with the fit and the standard and so attentive. I'm blown away by the lovely helpful staff and high quality. I couldn't not recommend them enough.
