Taking
my
business
elsewhere
going
forward.
I
have
in
the
past
gotten
my
own
glasses
here
and
my
daughters
glasses
and
being
a
customer
for
many
years.
This
morning
I
went
in
to
look
at
prescription
sunglasses
for
driving,
when
i
walked
in
a
blonde
haired
lady
came
up
to
me
and
I
said
i
just
wanted
to
have
a
look
at
the
sunglasses.
She
kept
saying
she
needed
to
take
my
details
and
this
confused
me
as
I
said
i
wanted
to
look
first.I
told
her
this
and
she
basically
said
it
didn't
matter
she
needed
my
details.
She
got
me
to
write
my
name
and
date
of
birth
on
a
piece
of
paper
and
went
off.
I
had
only
tried
on
one
pair
of
glasses
when
she
came
back
and
first
thing
she
told
me
was
you
haven't
had
an
eye
test
in
two
years.
I
said
yes
i
know
this
i'm
due
an
eye
test,
to
which
she
replied
very
abruptly
you
should
of
had
one
in
2021.
I
told
her
again
i
just
want
to
look
first
and
see
if
i
can
find
some
glasses
i
like
.
She
left
and
at
this
stage
I
was
so
uncomfortable
within
the
store
I
left.
In
order
for
your
customers
to
figure
out
what
they
want
they
need
to
be
allowed
browse
and
I
would
also
advise
you
to
not
treat
people
like
an
inconvenience
as
because
I
hadn't
already
found
the
glasses
I
wanted
to
buy
thats
what
I
felt
like.
This
lady
was
very
abrupt
and
unfriendly.
Not
once
did
she
ask
me
could
she
help
me
pick
out
a
pair,
or
invite
me
to
book
an
other
eye
test
,
only
to
tell
me
what
i
should
of
done.It's
obvious
as
soon
as
you
walk
into
the
store
your
number
one
priority
is
making
the
sale
then
and
there
and
it's
not
the
customer.
The
optician's
next
door
is
much
more
customer
focused
and
I'll
be
going
to
them
going
forward
for
mine
and
my
daughters
glasses.
