๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Im a professional Mma fighter and go to SPI for all my strength & conditioning. The coaching is second to none and Kevin always has me peaking right in time for fights. Seeing his teen classes & competition classes in work is great too. Always a fun, friendly enviroment while everyone being pushed... People often mention Kevin, great,

I've been training here with Kevin for just over two years and he has turned my life around!! I'm fitter and healthier, in mind and body, than I've ever been..( and I'm no spring chicken!!). In SPI you get the best of training, support and brilliant encouragement from everyone in the gym no matter what your age or ability. Kevin always encourages and pushes you to push yourself but always safely with an emphasis on correct technique. I can't recommend this gym and its unique family atmosphere highly enough! So much so that my two teenagers, 18 and 16, train here too ...and they love it !!

The strength performance institute has to be one of the best gyms in Dublin. Kevin Hendrick is an unbelievable coach who has personally changed my life and the lives of my family. They cater for everybody's needs weather your a beginner or a professional athlete. The coaches and members are so supportive and friendly it really feels like your part of a team at SPI. I cant recommend them enough

SPI is a fantastic gym which offers that personal touch often missing in your big corporate gyms. I've been going here regularly for just over 2 years, which is about 18 months longer than I've ever lasted in any gym prior to this. The classes are great, suited for all levels and there is a lovely mixture of members young and old, male and female, who all work together and encourage each other fantastically.

SPI is the best gym around. There is a variety of classes for all ages (adults, teens & 9yrs+), males & female for any fitness level. Kevin is an unbelievable coach who gets the best out of each member at every class. I am nearly 8 months training with SPI with relatively no gym experience, in such a short period of time you can achieve so much physicallly and mentally with Kevin. I have made some brilliant friends in SPI, between the family atmosphere and your personal progression you genuinely never want to miss as a class.

By far the best gym on the North side of Dublin. I've been a member of big box gyms most of my adult life and this is the 1st gym that has ever pushed me or given me the determination to reach my full fitness potential. Kevin is the most dedicated coach and having a background in physiotherapy is a stickler for technique. Its a no frills gym and you really feel part of the SPI gym family.

I've been with SPI for a long time now, Kevin Hendrick is in tune with his members individually and knows how to get the best results while insuring the safety of his members at all times. It's a fun environment I've made some great friends in SPI. I look forward to training and setting myself goals that Kevin always helps me to achieve. No matter what level of fitness you are at SPI can cater for you, if you want to get fit and healthy in a safe & friendly environment then I would highly recommend SPI

๐Ÿ˜  The facilities are amazing and there is an amazing range of equipment available but unfortunately that's as far as it gets. We start from when they decided to "renovate" the spa area and never mentioned any expected date to reopen. Instead, they would always say that "next month" it would be ready...
