    Been there a few times but the customer care is bad, staff is unfriendly.     I don't normally shop in Chadwicks as I don't like their customer service. What makes it for me is when company staff are customer friendly, customer focused and customer orientated. I'm not saying these issues can't be fixed, but I always felt anxious about their customer counter service procedures. Anyway on this occasion I visited their hire all services, which wasn't a great experience, I'm sorry to say.

    Very helpful staff, they even cut a piece of wood in half when I explained it was fro my 87 year old carpenter dad, who can't cut due to his hands.

    Ello I'm back from. Chadwicks so happy how the switch smelled like lemon juice and I'm Really happy to a young man who helped me get my head stuck in the pipes outside I also like swimming in the puddle outside I got my bath cheers he also gave me a kid kat chunky

    I really have to give Greg from Chadwicks an excellent review. He was so helpful and professional, I was delighted he was looking after us as wasn't too sure exactly what I wanted or needed regarding wood panels and he was fantastic. Chadwicks is a great shop and well worth the visit also wheelchair friendly with lots parking.

    Completely redesigned and for the better. Modern, well stocked, well displayed showrooms and welcoming to the customer. The yard area much improved and a quick turn around should be expected on a visit here.

    Went here on a Friday ordered and paid for stuff to be collected Saturday. Went back Saturday to be told they didn't have 90% of what we had ordered and paid for. Very frustrating as we were heading to a job and needed to materials they told us they had and that we'd paid for.

    Customer service here is non-existent. It says "Open to the public" on the sign outside but the staff are unwilling to help unless you're a tradesman who knows exactly what you want. I came in to enquire about a piece of plumbing equipment and was met with short answers and total lack of interest in helping me (despite the shop also being empty). I won't be returning here.

    I went to another builders supply store to purchase radiators and got messed around. Walked into Chadwicks, made the purchase, the lads in the yard loaded them into my car and off I went,happy out. The whole process took about 15 mins. Top class service, friendly staff, highly recommend this company.
