Cheguei
às
8:20h
da
manhã,
com
minha
mãe
de
84
anos,
e
fui
atendida
com
muito
carinho
pelo
atendente
Marlos
na
recepção
que
me
encaminhou
ao
primeiro
andar,
local
do
exame.
Já
era
9:40h
e,
em
virtude
da
demora,
reclamei
com
a
pessoa
que
havia
me
atendido
sobre
o
atraso
do
exame
e
os
pacientes,
de
horários
posteriires,
começaram
a
reclamar
também.
A
funcionária
Keila,
responsável
pela
densitometria
saiu
da
sala
e,
em
voz
alta
e,
de
forma
desrespeitosa,
disse
que
não
queria
"arruaça".
Ficamos
todos
constrangidos,
dissemos
estar
apenas
reclamando
o
direito
dos
idosos.
Minha
mãe
ficou
nervosa
pela
forma
como
fomos
gratuitamente
tratados
por
alguém
que
sequer
conhecíamos.
Nosso
comentário
era
pela
questão
estrutural
e
não
pessoal
e
a
funcionária
tratou
a
todos
de
forma
incisiva,
inadequada
e
desrespeitosa
querendo
impor
alguma
forma
de
poder
e
constranger
os
que
esperavam.
Fiquei
com
sentimento
de
indignação,
especialmente
pela
forma
de
tratamento
ao
público
presente.
A
sala
de
espera
estava
cheia.
Lá
dentro
minha
mãe
relatou
que
ela
reclamava
lá
dentro
que
estava
"
fazendo
seu
trabalho".
Por
motivos
de
radiação
a
funcionária
não
me
permitiu
entrar
e
procurei,imediatamente,
a
supervisão.
Fui
atendida
pela
supervisora
Sara
que
entendeu
a
minha
reclamação
e
a
de
outros
presentes.
Disse
que
levaria
o
caso
a
superiores
e
solicitei
a
ela
uma
retratação
pessoal
da
funcionária
mesmo
que
tenha
que
vir
em
outro
horário.
Sem
mais,
aguardo
providências,
posto
estar
requerendo
direitos
de
idosos
que,
por
medo,
silenciam
a
voz.
