😠 É inconsebivel médico Psiquiatra e neurologista não tem formulário de receita retida. Levei meu filho e nenhum dos dois tinha . Ainda tive que escutar o médico dizer que não tem porque tem preguiça de ir ao centro do RJ pegar o formulário.
