Had a beautiful meal here. The owners were super friendly and they have a very well behaved bulldog! The calmest bulldog I've ever come across! I had Preens Protein Boost and the regular one was more than enough for me. The ingredients went surprisingly well together and the sesame yoghurt sauce just topped it. I loved that they added a little bit of sushi rice on the bottom of the bowl. For those who may be concerned about the portion size. This will fill you up! It kept me going for hours afterwards. I'll definitely recommend this place for a healthy and quick meal out. And I'll be back when I'm next in town.

Wow, I'm loving this. Never seen a concept like this before. Diet is always a struggle when on holiday, but during my visit to Düsseldorf, hitting my proteins was never a problem. All the products I had, tasted amazing. They were just as much a treat to me as all the 'Kaffee und Kuchen' in town.

OK, first things first: if you want something sweet and unhealthy like pancakes with lots of maple syrup, whipped cream, sprinkles and chocolate ice-cream on the side, you shouldn't be looking into this place at all. Now, as far as healthy protein bars go, it's one of the best. I did stop by in the afternoon, when it wasn't crowded, but I suspect it would be packed with people from the nearby gym at peak times. The offerings are off three varieties: smoothies, protein oatmeal and protein cream. I tried the latter two (the smaller sizes on both) and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of flavours and toppings available to each. Whether it's nuts, dried or fresh fruits, seeds, crunchy cereal, you'll definitely find something to trigger your fancy. Speaking of fancy, I liked the playful touch of adding stickers on your cup (eco friendly, biodegradable plastic) with a colour corresponding to your "availability status": green for singles, red for those in a relationship, and yellow for the complicated/mysterious ones!

I had a lovely chicken wrap, which i would have again. However the highlight was the tropical smoothy, absolutely great. I would definetely come back here when i am craving something tastey and healthy.

I ordered via Lieferando. Scheduled delivery time was perfectly delivered on. Chicken quesadilla was nice, but fell apart a little. Tuna wrap was also quite nice, but all the tuna and salad were split in left and right. So you always had a tuna bite and then a salad bite, but not at the same time. Still, I can recommend the restaurant. I would order again.

I wholeheartedly recommend Preens for anyone looking to enjoy a quick, healthy, and scrumptious meal.

Best healthy place for me. Delicious wraps for various tastes for great price, also sweet options for that sweet tooth. There even are macros written on the menu - amazing if you're on a diet but want to include a protein cheat. Super friendly people and you can collect stamps for free stuff! Have been many times and will also come back more and more 🩷

Just what I was looking for, a quick high protein snack between appointments. I had one of the protein cream snacks, Black Forest. Very creamy and not too sweet. Very filling! I recommend starting with a small portion. If you’re still not full, there are enough of other high protein alternatives. Really wish there were more of these stores in my proximity. Also a big thanks to the friendly staff and their consultation. Will certainly drop by again when I’m nearby!
