This place is great! Everything I have tried here has tasted amazing. I can highly recommend the truffle Parmesan fries - it’s probably my favourite dish here! The portion sizes are extremely generous. There is definitely enough food to have a big meal or take some home with you. All of the staff have always been very friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend eating here

10/10 Delicious, flavorful and soft 500g Beef Rips with crunchy fries and coleslaw salat for very good price! The menu has a lot of options for every kind of taste. If definitely a place to go to and have a beautiful experience. The atmosphere around Christmas was super festive and cozy.

It gets a bit more ridiculous when they charge you 2.70 on top of the amount for coffee in order to fill your espresso with hot tap water and then bill this hot water as "camomile tea". Burgers are also not that good Do not recommend ***edit as a response to the owner's comment below: the menu does not have an "espresso + camomile tea" for 5.20 euro. A restaurant that charges for drinks they don't provide does not deserve clients at all

Mr. Ibo served us excellently and exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, especially the BBQ beef ribs were incredibly tasty - a taste experience you won't forget! Food was okay but the waiter (without telling us and without giving us the bill) gave himself an 8 euro tip. He just made us pay the amount and after wards when I asked for the receipt I saw that he gave himself more than a 15% tip WITHOUT EVEN TELLING US. Just be sure to ask for the receipt before paying and don't assume you're just paying for what you ordered.

I loved the ambience. You definitely need to try cocktails when you visit this place, loved them! Great pub!

I love that place! Visited it quite a few times and was always very satisfied with the food. The service however could be better.. sometimes it took forever for someone to come and take our order, and then was nowhere to be found when we needed something.. other times it was fine. But the atmosphere there is always lovely and the food very tasty. I keep coming back for that velvet tomato soup, it’s absolutely amazing

Place is amazing! Atmosphere is good. There are 3 parts in this resto the outside, the middle part groups and the bar inner part. Service is okay. You can do walk-ins but it gets crowded and full in short time so come earlier. Food is okay but not astounding. Theres so much good burgers around town. Love the vibes here!

Great food, but way to much, i meant you could split a portion in half with someone else. I think it is a popular place due to that fact that there were a lot of people having dinner. Also it is in the city center. You have a food variety from you could choose and if you are vegan there are also some plates for your taste. I will come back next time.

The unattractive old short-haired waitress was very unfriendly to us. At first it was a huge problem to sit for two people at a table for six in the empty shop to watch football, but then suddenly three men were allowed, even though the sign says only for four people or more. The music made us feel like we were in a club and the food wasn't good, it was all frozen goods. Never again!!!

The food at this burger joint was truly first class, but unfortunately my enjoyment was marred by the extremely rude service from the older lady. Apparently kindness is a forbidden ingredient here. Their behavior was so inappropriate that it was hard to enjoy the delicious food. It's unfortunate that the staff not only forget how to behave, but also that they forgot that the customers pay their salary. If you want to be served by a grumpy grandmother while enjoying a good meal, then this is the place for you.

My favorite and always safe choice, that whenever we have doubts about going somewhere, we decide to come here. The food, drinks, service, everything is great here. Without any doubt, they have the best Beef Ribs in Düsseldorf. Highly recommend.

Ribs were ok, the Cajun sticks and Stripes were very good with nice texture on the chicken. Garlic bread definitely needs work though.

Definitely a highlight at Carnival. Music is bomb and the cocktails are quite decent for the price! Otherwise rather touristy. I also thought it was a shame that I was immediately shouted at when I asked for a second glass of tap water (even though I even said that I would pay for the water too!)

After we weren't allowed in from the Ballermann 6 bar because of racist stupidity, we went to Louisiana and it was really cool. A big compliment especially to the DJ of the evening. Super cool music, we were the last ones in Louisiana on Saturday and would love to come back. We recommend!!!!

Loved the atmosphere and the vibe of this place, proper american pub. Friendly staff and fast service as well. Lot of seating inside and outside.

The hamburgers here were to die for. Nachos, wings and fries were average could have gone better with melted cheese on top. Overall it was a good experience and would come again just for the burgers.

Prepare yourselves for big portions, Lots to choose from the menu. Food and drink order quickly taken by friendly staff. I had the mixed grill which was nice a lot on the plate and i was unable to eat it all. Nice place for a quick bite to eat and drink.

A big restaurant with a great atmosphere in the old city of Düsseldorf. If you go there, you will surely find a place to sit, eat or drink. The food is very delicious ( we tried two dishes) and the personal is friendly. I really recommend it.

The staff is very pleasant and friendly, you really feel welcomed there. The food was tasty and there was plenty of it. I ordered the smallest portion of BBQ ribs and still couldn't finish everything.

Pleasantly surprised. Not our usual type of place, but had our son with us and he wanted to go. Burgers were great. Chips crispy and delicious. Ribs were absolutely fantastic, beef ribs, melt in your mouth. The service was so nice and friendly and prompt. Prices were fair considering the location. You'd pay more for a burger at five guys. If I had one complaint it would be that the chicken wings still had some feathers on them and the ribs could have been trimmed better, there was a lot of silverskin on the underside which isn't very appetising.

The meat is not fresh Incredibly rude waiters. Except for one who was nice. Anotherwas giving all attention to his bf instead of customers and climbed a step next to my table just to show off. The other wiped her nose with her hand and brought food to another customer. She had an incredibly rude attitude while I ordered, even though I was kind, smiling and respectful. No sense of hospitality and they should just be strippers cuz the show he put today was better than his service or manners.

The vibe is nice and calming; however it can get very busy and getting the staff's attention becomes more difficult, it is understandable though. The food was okay, but the truffle fries were just regular fries, nothing special

Great atmosphere and American themed Deco. Relative fast and nice service, having in consideration the standards of Germany, food is also tasty and visually actrativ. Great place to go with a group. Local dark Beer it's also very good.

We have been here several times & as usual the food & service was excellent. Always a good vibe in a lively town. A bonus is that unusually for Dusseldorf they sell large draught lager. Lots of nearby places only sell 200ml or bottles... strange

We were 3, got 1kg ribs for 2 and lady breast chicken. Both the excellent . Service was very good. We concluded with cheese cake also very tasty comes with cherry sauce which u can definitely skip. Averall good food good service good experience

I usually never leave a review, so you know this one is bad. This restaurant is not tourist-friendly at all. A waiter yelled at my bf for fixing his mask in the restaurant and I got yelled at by a waitress because I didn’t understand what she wanted from me. As a tourist the last thing I want is to get yelled at, especially in german. This restaurant has a “contactless” approach with their menu. You have to scan a QR code to read the menu on your phone. You must have data for this, because the restaurant doesn’t offer free-wifi. (This concept is basically useless and makes no sense).

Great food, nice staff and a wide selection of cocktails. I can recommend the Flatbread and chicken strips. Will definitely visit them again next time I'm in Düsseldorf.

The food was good, but the service was fantastic! We were a group of 6 well-travelled tourism professionals from abroad, and we were all impressed by and grateful for the extremely friendly staff, from the minute we walked in the door until we walked out. Our waiter was SO patient and SO friendly. He made it easy for us and never showed any sign of annoyance at the extra work (special requests and splitting the bill). The other staff member were also friendly, greeting us and saying good-bye despite the busy evening they were having. That's what I call service and professionalism. VIELEN DANK!

Food is good, service can be improved. We asked for the bill, but after 20 minutes we still didn't receive anything. When we went to the bar to ask for the bill, they didn't even know if we paid or not. The restaurant is always busy, so if you want a table: arrive on time or make a reservation.

Had some burgers, which were great. Offer meat, vegetarian and vegan options. The fries were alright, a little salt/spice missing. Drinks were limited. Not many good beer options. Also Cocktails were limited to a few. Service was great!

Watch out (or don’t come) if you’re not german. We were told they didn’t have English menus and when we ordered they took profit of it. They charged us all the extras for each burger, extras that we could not see nor understand written in a German menu and that we weren’t warned about (and that included even an extra for the meat itself?) making a 13.5€ dish go up to 21€. They charge for sitting, which we were also not told, and you have to pay to use the toilets inside the restaurant. The waiters are charming, the place is nicely decorated and the food was good, but it is not worth it. The overall situation made us all feel fooled.

Great atmosphere, our waiter was super nice and fulfilled our every wish. The steaks were to die for... the whole meal was very, very tasty and hot. We will definitely come back, even if we didn't like the DJ's music. But that's a matter of taste. Thank you for the successful girls evening 👌🏻
