Yesterday
I
was
with
you
for
the
first
time
since
the
renovation
phase
and,
to
be
honest,
I
have
mixed
feelings.
On
the
one
hand,
it
was
nice
to
be
with
you
again
and
to
see
that
a
lot
of
time
and
love
was
put
into
a
performance,
but
on
the
other
hand,
I
wonder
whether
it
was
seriously
possible
to
arrange
the
seats
differently,
even
if
there
were
more
than
two
years
to
be
rebuilt?
I'm
normal
height,
but
yesterday
I
still
had
the
head
of
the
person
in
front
of
me
directly
above
the
dolls
and
had
to
look
at
them
for
1
1/2
hours.
Seat
cushions
are
all
well
and
good,
but
then
the
person
behind
sees
even
worse.
With
such
a
long
break,
in
which
we
really
had
enough
time
to
work
out
a
sensible
concept,
why
didn't
the
seats
be
slightly
offset?
Everyone,
really
every
visitor
would
have
benefited
from
it.
I
wasn't
the
only
one
who
kept
shifting
around
in
her
seat
to
get
a
better
view.
That
really
doesn't
have
to
be
the
case.
Other
theaters
do
this
much
better.
The
second
deduction
applies
to
the
digital
ticket
ordering
system.
It
simply
still
doesn't
exist.
Instead,
you
have
a
colleague
(apparently
still
new
and
not
properly
trained)
sitting
there
who
isn't
sure
about
a
lot
of
things.
Phone
calls
are
often
a
big
source
of
errors,
which
is
why
I
never
use
them
to
order
tickets
and
of
course
I
want
to
choose
where
I
sit,
which
is
why
this
“online
reservation”
simply
misses
the
point.
This
is
a
really
big
criticism
and
makes
me
not
want
to
come
back
any
time
soon.
