Used the drive through. They were very nice and courteous. Didn't have to repeat my order a dozen times. Handicap parking up front.

I came to this location because I desperately wanted a burger and tired of the regular food chains. I hadn’t been to a Burger King in a million years. But these burgers sure are tasty! And they also have a $1 menu of items like this up to $3, which is great because sometimes I just don’t like being too full! I stopped inside because the long line. Hardly anyone inside.! The ones taking my order- young man and the manager were so nice! I was taken aback by their customer service and niceness! Wow! I’ll definitely come back! It was refreshing! Plus amenities! 🙃🙂

Stopped in for a bite. Food was good, bathroom was clean. But what stood out was the service. Fast, but most importantly friendly. The staff was in good spirits, laughing, doing their jobs well. I especially liked my cashier (see pics) I can see how her attitude can be infectious.

This is a great Burger King. They always get the drivethru moving in a timely manner. The food is always hot and correct.

I always go through the pick up window. They are fast, and every employee has always had great customer service. My food has been correct every time which is not an easy task, as every burger is different. About one of the only food places left that understand great customer service in this town. 👌

One of the workers was putting up her long,greasy pony tail right in the food prep area. She just kept running her hands through it...Did not wash her hands after. I told the worker at the drive through that that was gross. She just watched and it continued. I should know better than to get fast food in Brownwood.

I have actually been surprised by this Burger King. Over the past several visits during afternoon and evening shifts the employees have all been friendly and courteous, the food has been hot, fresh and correct. The place is clean. Never been a fan of the BK lounge but really, this store is doing great.

I have given this place many chances in the past, but every time I go there, they give me the wrong thing. Whether it be me asking for the Impossible King, but they give me an Impossible Whopper instead, or me asking for no Mayo on my chicken sandwich, but it's there anyways. These I can understand, perhaps there was some sort of miscommunication, but where I decided to stop coming here is when I asked for an original chicken sandwich meal, and a double cheeseburger with bacon, but what I got was just a regular hamburger and a quad stacker instead. I've grown tired of gambling here on if I'm even going to get the right thing, and I will not eat here ever again.

The workers were very nice. I have always had very good experiences at this store no matter what shift. Always very pleasent helpful and patient!

By far the best Burger King I’ve ever been too, super fresh- warm bun and Patty- cold lettuce and tomato! Kudos to Zayden and his colleague for providing service which surpassed all my fast food experiences ever 10,000 point guys! You rock
