Buffalo wrap is must try. Everything about it was cooked to perfection the several times I have had it. They are even happy to modify items for special requests. Ask to sit in Larry's section!!!!

I went to The Main Event's Farmingdale location with my co-workers for lunch this week, and it was an all-around excellent experience. The parking situation at this location is magnificent, and the ambience is very welcoming. As I approached the entrance, I could already smell the amazing barbecue aroma in the air, and from that very moment in time, I knew that I was in for a great experience. We ordered the Olympic Sampler and World Cup Sampler for our appetizers, both of which were amazing. I ended up going with the All-American Burger for my meal, and then the Reese's Peanut Butter Cake for dessert. We will definitely be going back here in the future!

We have not even had our event yet. But I would recommend 1000%. The customer service is top notch and the family run and setting is the true meaning of feeling at home. The minute we walked in to discuss our event we were asked if we needed a drink, food or anything. They were willing to work with us without a second thought. The look that you see when you walk in is breathtaking. Totally love the place and the managers that I dealt with.

ordered buffalo chicken tenders to go, got just breaded chicken. nuff said place sucks! standard frozen chicken tenders too wendy's is 100x better, thank god i had zesty buffalo sauce from chick fil a who has better chicken also! never again!

Not too busy when I went for dinner. Got seated quickly and the food came out pretty fast. Everything was fantastic! All the food was fresh and delicious.

Great food, great beers on tap, & great atmosphere! I was recently there for an adult surprise party and even on a Saturday night we had our own corner of the restaurant, with our own tvs to display a photo montage, and our own private food station with private bar! Definitely a great option for a fun all inclusive party!

Much better food than one would expect at a sports bar. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Service for a scheduled 80 guest event was fair at best. Cash bar at this event had slow turnover. Coffee and tea were even slower. The cake was amazing and tasted like a Devil Dog

Great place for food and drink. Has loads of television's and nice place to watch the game. Food was awesome. Had a delicious Surf and Turf. Definitely recommend!!

From the outside I had no idea how nice this place is. The server was so good and the food was delicious. We visited mid week and there was a trivia night happening. Our group didn't win but we did have fun. Seating comfortable, table roomy. Not too loud in the building. Plenty of TV's everywhere for the sports enthusiast.

I used to visit this location pre-pandemic. I recently went back and to say I was underwhelmed would be an understatement. Not only was the service horrendous and the food horrible (which it never was) but the bartender had the audacity to add an extra tip on my credit card when I tipped in cash. Only visit this excuse of an establishment if you like terrible food, worse service and will welcome getting your credit card over charged.

My son had a birthday party with a lot of guests there. Sports was on every TV. Good open bar service. The food was a solid pub grub buffet. It was a Saturday night so the place was packed with other parties.

Food was good, a bit pricey. Automatic gratuities on 5 people was interesting...

We decided to dine here as they participated in restaurant week. We arrived around 6 and were greeted and seated immediately. We were waited on by Matt who was gracious and had a pleasant demeanor. I wasn't expecting to be impressed by sports bar food but I was surprised! We ordered bake clams, crab cake, and broiled salmon and had oreo crunch ice cream for dessert. Salmon was well seasoned with a nice crispy exterior and moist inside. I cant stop singing its praises. We tried the Chilean sea bass but it didn't agree with our palate. Overall 2 thumbs up to the Main Event!

Great place to dine in, I mostly do for business meetings, food, service and the environment is great!

The food was on point for a pub/bar. However they forgot to put half of our order into the kitchen. So half of us ate while the others watched then they ate. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was very clean. Hopefully next time we go the order will be out at the same time.

The drinks are fresh and so is the food. The owner, having owned seafood businesses, is featuring seafood on the menu. The stuffed sole is great as are the burgers. These are the only 2 dishes I've eaten, but based on the food quality, I'm thinking that everything is pretty fantastic. Oh, and the bar staff are experts and easy on the eyes

I've eaten here several times. It's...fine, food wise. Nothing special, and a little pricey. You're not going to get a disaster on your plate, but it also certainly wouldn't be worth coming here just for the food. Waitstaff is always lovely, but the sports theme is try hard and a pain. They have the most irritating siren imaginable go off when big goals are scored on TV.

This place has to be within my top two of places going out to eat. There is a huge menu, never had a a disappointment in the food, and service is top notch. I always recommend the main event to my friends and anyone I know. I cannot recommend this place any higher! Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Went for lunch and had the burger. Cooked to my liking and the bacon, mushrooms, and onions were good quality. Bartender was good as well. Would visit again.

Went here for dinner with my husband and son. Was the best! Service was amazing!!! They greet You with a smile. Katie was our server and took such great care of us !! I had the Santa Fe wrap my son had the mac and cheese and my husband had the steak Tibets. Everything was to die for !!

Amazing food awesome Atmosphere !!!!! My wife had the filet of Cod and she loved it I had a burger and it was Great Thank you to the Staff for being so nice we will definitely be back 👍👍 oh and their baked Clams were outta this world 👍👍👍

Went here for the first time today. Wasnt very crowded at the time I went which was good. Food came quick and the service wasnt bad. Your typical sports bar foods available so I tried the sampler with mozzarella sticks, nachos, onion rings and chicken tenders. I thought it would be equal portions of everything but its more like ordering a plateful of nachos with a half side of everything else. 3 mozzarella sticks is an insult when sharing what you gonna do split the 3rd in half? And only 2 chicken tenders and 4 onion rings. My suggestion, less nachos and more everything else. Then... as i was driving home I started to have really bad stomach pains. At first i thought it was my stomach digesting all the food I had just eaten but ended up being BAD FOOD and I got extremely sick. Won't go into detail but yeah...basically your typical food poisoning symptoms from both ends. It was horrible! And to top it off, it's my birthday!! I'm almost positive it was the nachos. Whatever mystery meat they are using in that, just say noo!! Won't be coming back here again. Only gave 2 stars because the waitress really was nice.

I went to this place a long time ago, watching the FIFA games here, it was nice!!! This time I went to try out dinner by my self, it did take a while for someone to come by. I saw some people got there later than me, got their drinks n food before me. It was cool though, still nice restaurant

It's great to see they have a dedicated gluten free menu and take food allergies seriously. Went twice in a week and will definitely return. Our waitress was impressive as she not only took exceptional care of our table (and my allergies) but also ran around and tended to each table the same. Wish I got her name to give some kudos.

I love this place. They have a great menu and their seafood is terrific. They own a seafood market I am told which explains why it is so good. It is a restaurant that is great for dining. They have a bar with lots of tvs in case your spouse wants to watch the game and ignore you :) while you enjoy the food. The menu has a lot of good choices and they have a nice selection of appetizers. The best part is they are not expensive.

Place was very busy and our waiter was very nice and always check in with us to see if we needed anything for my wife's Birthday Party, which was a party of 11 for drinks.

They have A LOT of menu options. It was slightly overwhelming, but it was good to know that there are options available for everyone. Food was good, it could use a little bit more seasoning though. I got the grilled chicken plate, and my sister got this lemon chicken meal. The meals both came with a salad to start, which was great for me. The portions were huge! Definitely a good value. Also, the staff is very nice. This would be a good place to watch the game or just chill with friends.

They accommodated our large party on short notice and were so helpful. The servers were excellent and quick, and the food was great. Everyone in our group was happy!

Invited to an office party here. Staff were on the ball, friendly and professional. We both had the bavarian pretzel and french dips - made perfectly and absolutely delicious! All in all a great time.

The environment was good, we are a big sports family so someone suggested trying it here for a casual dinner. Service was kind, but it was relatively slow when we arrived and the service was slow as well. Not sure we'd want to go back for a game when it's busy.

Had the lobster bisque and burger. Thought both were really good. Burger cooked perfectly to my med rare liking. only small downer was my Stella was flat. I'm sure I could have returned it but didn't want to bother... really shouldn't have to..beer looked flat when delivered. But food was real good and that was more important to me.

I just had my husband's funeral luncheon there this past Monday, 1/17. It was always one of his favorite places and we always liked taking the kids there or even a bunch of us would go for happy hour after work at the Huntington Quad. As usual - the food was delicious and the service was terrific! I will ALWAYS give this place 5 stars - it's totally a hidden gem on Route 110 - you have to check them out!!!
