The service here is always great their wait time is about 7mins max on a busy day. Keep your great work you doing soo much better than the Vincent McD’s. Well done!

This is what I got. Waste of money

Not much I can say other than I'd rate this as the best McDonalds in town. I'd willingly drive the extra 5 to 10km to come here rather than go to one of the other McDonalds to cure my cravings.

So disappointed in the chips I bought with a Big Mac you can tell they are from yesterday they are not fresh at all. The part that is supposed to be crispy is hard and so dry we can't even eat them.

Keep customers waiting while sending messages on a phone, then tell customer you will be two mins and walk off to get someone else to serve the customer. Your staff need more customer service training. Seriously bad experience.

Friendly helpful and 10 star staff. We hardly ever have an issue and if we do it is rectified so quickly. Best tasting macD food I ever tasted

My fiance treated us on Saturday to the best Mc Flurries ever! We also purchased a kiddies meal for our little shongolololo and he enjoyed it very much! Especially the toy he recieved. There was an instance when we baught the chocolate milkshake and it tasted slightly of tea. However we love them. It is more suitable for kids than adults with small portioned meals, but the Cafe rocks with their tasty desserts and ice creams. Thanks Mc Donald's for a great time!

I went for a breakfast. The staff were friendly and the service was speedy. The place was bear and clean, every table had a sanitiser bottle.

It's my happy place, I go there everytime I feel drained and stressed. The staff is soo warm and welcoming.

The amount of fries get less and less the orange juice is inconsistent one day too sweet the next too watered-down other than that the food itself is well presented and full of flavour.

Ordered the grand chicken meal with a coke. I cannot eat spicy food yet thats what i got. I never ordered it spicy. It was a meal gone to waste. I even paid extra for a regular coke and not sugar free yet i got a sugar free. Very disappointing. Not the first order mess up either. There's always something.

We have always loved going to the bird park. Love viewing the birds! They are exceptional creatures. The food is a tad pricey but I guess its to keep the doors open. So we don't mind. Some enclosures do need more water bowls and small ponds for the ducks. As the small enclosure that houses ducks, peacocks, Ibis etc. has very little water bowls and no pond for the ducks. The pond for the swanns need desperate cleaning! It's filthy! We enjoyed the show! We appreciate the work that goes into this park. I know that it has not been easy with past global issues. We will keep on supporting the park! The birds always makes us smile!

It's loadshedding and I just bought 2 happy meals (nuggets) for my kids and went through the drive-thru. We get home and only one of the happy meals has nuggets. I've tried calling the number on the slip and it just cuts. Now I dealing with a crying child and I can't contact the restaurant.
