Definitely the best pizza we ever had!!! And super friendly staff! So sad we not local cause we would eat here all the time!!! But will definitely come back for more every time we pass through East London.

The best pizza I have eaten in the whole of South Africa! Service can be a bit slow but the staff are very friendly and the pizza is out of this world. Vulcano pizza is our favorite ! Am yet to try the other foods.

I have been to Ciao Bella many times, and each time I have not been disappointed. The staff and owner are incredible friendly people, who really go above and beyond to ensure you are having a great time. Not to mention the stunning atmosphere that always manages to feel like you're coming home after a long day at work. Highly recommend.

Definitely again. Being from out of town for a quick stopover, we did a Google search and up popped Ciao Bella, not far from where we were staying. While waiting a local was having a drink, got chatting, so also stuck around and had a drink. Changed our order to sit down, had a most enjoyable evening. Shaun is very hands on, a good sign and clearly why he is running a good operation. We loved it so much we were back the next evening for another sit down, this time with one of his favourite house wines. Well worth it ! Thanks for your hospitality Shaun.

I enjoyed the little restaurant. The cheesy pizza was good. Friendly staff. They need to improve on the time they take to bring your order though But overall definitely worth giving it a try.

Well positioned restaurant and good parking to the side. We had a breakfast and the meal was good, the coffee was great and the service was commendable. Unfortunately, good spots like this don't last too long in East London but this restaurant should stand the test of time. Thank you for a good meal!

Very nice pizza, service great. Pizza crispy base, and toppings unique and well balanced.

I had great experience in this place even though I came in late and I was left with little time. The food was good except for the chicken strips I added to my meal, felt a bit off. But the service was amazing and their chocolate/caramel cake was superb.

Absolutely the best pizzas in East London ( ask them not to burn them) very friendly owner and his front line staff are helpful, a nice vibe in the evening and very quick with your orders, a very underrated establishment and more people should try them, you won't be disappointed.

Best Pizza's in town and by far. As a vegan I found them very accommodating which is rather refreshing. Lovely and friendly staff. Love the spot. I would give them 4 and a half stars.

Shared a pizza for lunch. The base was thin and crispy with adequate toppings. The std trio of garlic, parmesan and chillies were also on offer.

Lovely coffee and atmosphere. Low pricing. Bookings for supper I have to definitely go for pasta evening. Friendly staff.
