Top ten u don't take longer after placing your order

It was a nice experience. When I visited it was not even packed. I waited for less than 10 minutes.

Very nice staff, one even asked about my experience while in the waiting que, the quality of their food is really up to standard.

If it were possible I wouldn't give them a star at all. . It is understandable that with the covid regulations there are only a certain amount of people allowed inside the establishment but that didn't excuse customers waiting outside for 30 minutes or more during cold weather and the worst part was that even though we had been waiting for a long time people from Mr D were getting attended to first although we were waiting there first. . .the service was very slow and it took more than 30 minutes for me to get mu order. Service very slow, staff has very bad attitude especially towards the third party delivery staff, treated like second grade humans forgetting that the delivery staff are also collecting and delivering food for KFC CUSTOMERS

I was served by an amazing cashier last night and felt really welcome. The music was amazing and everything started great. When it got about 30 minutes after waiting for an order of a sweet Chilli wrap and four dunked wings, I stood up so that I could be noticed. Fortunately, I was assured that my order was next. Only to find out the order of the wings that appeared on the initial screen did not pull through to the back. I still did not have an issue. What really ticked me off was the way the staff at the back spoke to the cashier when he went to go check with them, and sadly, it happened in my view. I was really upset that they didn't have the decency to acknowledge that it was a system fault and not his fault that had me waiting. I just disapprove of how staff sometimes speak to each other in front of customers. I'm sure the store isn't that bad, but staff relations and customer service will ensure that the store remains a great store.

Bad service. One cashier with 14 customers waiting to be served by the same cashier. Staff member who noticed that the queue was long, and decided to buy for a friend.

I ordered zinger wings and I feel like they took very long than usual

so so disappointed at kfc in vincent ... i ordered zinger wings and they were taste less and not hot ... dunked wings were super dry .. it is not the same ... so disappointing not to mention the dry coslow

Not an enjoyable store. It's in my KFC's to be avoided list. If the owner put he effort in and revamped to traditional presentation, monitored staff and generally just showed he cared about perception, the store would be more appealing to all.l - the product would improve as a result.
