    (Updated review below) --This Whataburger seems to have some Management problems. They weren't busy, but it still took 12 minutes to get my food. I had only ordered a Chicken Fajita Taco meal... Not difficult. The dining room was not clean. I had to search for a clean table. This location always seems to be like this. My though process is something like this, "The location on Broadway is always much better. Do I have time to drive over there instead of eating here?" Unfortunately, today I didn't have time... I always hope they will be better, but it has been a couple of years since this has been a good Whataburger. ---- Update from previous review. Months after the last review, o am sorry to say that this location has not gotten any better. There are rarely any clean tables and the trash cans are all overflowing, even at 3:30 pm on a weekday. I just don't get it. It is like the management, and Whataburger, don't care how bad this looks.

    It’s a roll of the dice with this store, either it’s smooth sailing or a train wreck. I ordered via the app for curbside and the first time went great but the second time I ended up having to go inside and grab my food after waiting about 20min and they didn’t even acknowledge it was a curbside. Another time I pulled up to drive through at the normal time of about 5:30pm and nobody was working drive thru and even after I circled the building and saw people inside STILL no help. Kevin is great though he gets 5 stars!

    Waited 20 minutes for my food to given to someone else and me to given another tables food. I had to wait in line 20 more minutes to get my food remade would not recommend.

    It's not the food. Or really even the people. It's the speed. I've spent more time waiting in the drive through line then I've spent in any other drive through line in my life combined. It's terrible. I think maybe they are growing the cows they need to make the burgers or something. It's a lifetime just to get a breakfast burrito. I wrote this entire review... While sitting in this drive through line. 🤷‍♂️

    Stopped on a road trip and ordered breakfast. The jalapeño cheese biscuit is so good! Combine that with biscuits and gravy and you have a meal. However it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get your food.

    Cameron was great since it was my first time going to Whataburger. He walked me through their items. He even gave me a taste of their Banana Pudding Shake, which was AMAZING. restaurant was very clean. I got a southern spicy chicken sandwich. If you like spicy, it is spicy. Also, a southern double cheese burger. They had a sauce on it that was good. A little messy, but worth the napkins. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the food was for the fries and onion rings. The fries were shoestring fries don't hold heat. And the onion rings were not crispy. If I a Whataburger in Nebraska, they would be high on my fast food list. But Oklahoma is where I was at.

    I have to say the employees is outstanding and very polite and respectful. The food was amazing and I must say the parking lot made me wanna go in and order some food it was so clean. Also the bathroom was marvelous it was clean and smelt really good the worker Billy, was so polite and respectful. I really appreciate the fact he was keeping the trash and the food tray's clean for the customers. BILLY is a hard worker and very polite and respectful as I was eating my food. He asked if there was anything else I may need. Billy is truly a hard worker I value his work ethics. Good job whataburger on the food and overall. I will recommend whataburger for a good meal and the cleanliness of the restaurant good job Billy!!!

    Stopped here with a school bus load of students one nite around 9 pm. Orders were taken and filled in a timely manner. Was very impressed with the service.

    I just tried to order $300 dollars worth of food for a customer and the kid that answered couldn’t figure out how to work a head piece. Asked for my card 3 times. I’m never had this type of trouble from this location. Hopefully they can figure it out.

    Sunday, and kinda busy, 4th car online, ordered a $9.50 chili burger (!) And waited 12 minutes to pay window. Paid, and waited another 4 minutes at window. Biggest problem was the burger was ROOM TEMP! At best! Was already back on i35 heading another 6 hours home, and had to toss the burger. I understand bust, but do not understand making guest wait a total or 16 min order to delivery and STILL give COLD FOOD! Well-not going here again.

    Seriously really needs to get better at the service. For a fast food place it should not take 15 minutes for my food in the drive through at the least. Management or staff clearly need new regulations.

    This was my first time at Whataburger and after hearing about them for years I finally had the opportunity to try them. Sad to say it was a big let down for me. I ordered a single cheeseburger and tots. The burger was such a thin patty I could barely taste it, I should have gonefor the double. I do have to say that the lettuce and tomato were fresh. The tots were nothing special, tots are tots. In all fairness, I will give them one more try when I get the opportunity, I try to do that with any business.

    We went at around 8pm. We decided to dine in. We got our food which is usually always good. The French fries were good this time which was surprising because usually they are the problem. I just don't care for them normally. They are cold and floppy. Almost stale. More often than not. This visit they were awesome! Hot, fresh, cripsy and the right amount of flavor. This visit left me feeling meh because our burgers weren't even warm. The cheese wasn't even melted on our burgers. We still ate it and went on with life but it is noted for future visits to make sure the food is hot.

    Out of the last five times I've been to this location, I have received a very pink hamburger 3 times. The flavor of the toast tastes fine. The French fries were good. But I was very disappointed with getting my hopes up to have an uncooked burger. I had hoped it was just a fluke.

    Whataburger is my husbands favorite fast food restaurant hands down. He how to stop at any Whataburger we see when we're going down south. He especially enjoys the burgers and fries. It's definitely one of his favorite treats because he doesn't get it often.

    This location has always been slow, but today they were in rare form. I waited about thirty minutes to receive my food after ordering it. Same as all those in front of me. Once I did get my food, my burger bun was soggy; giving me the impression that it had been sitting for quite a while. It will take me a while to get over this dining experience. Very disappointing.

    I’m so late in posting this! I’m so sorry Kevin!!! He waited on me in my mom through the drive through and he was so so incredibly kind and apologetic for anything and everything!!! It’s very seldom these days that you find a person, especially one that works for a fast food place, that is this kind and truly loves his job!     Has customer service completely gone out the window? I pulled up, the lady on the intercom said that she won't be open for another 10 minutes. You are a 24 hour restaurant! I parked in the parking lot, as a respectable person would do. 20 minutes later she still can't take orders!What is going on? Nobody cares anymore! Especially these people! It is a long time to wait to spend $15 on a burger and fries and a drink! Just saying!

    I absolutely love the buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich they offer every now and then. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to snag my first one in months, and it was a chance to get photos. Yes, the sandwich is messy, and a tad too spicy, but the buffalo sauce and buttermilk ranch blend together beautifully in my opinion. The chicken wasn't dry, which is always a bonus. They had my food out to me in no later than ten minutes after ordering, which doesn't happen often. The most, and only, disappointing part of this experience was the French fries I was served. I'm aware I paid for a medium fry, but not only were they barely warm, but the container was hardly half full. Their fried need improving. Badly.

    We ordered a large teachers breakfast and their customer service was outstanding. We had made a mistake with our order and they handled it with grace and kindness. This is a place where customers are treated well, even when they make mistakes! Very impressed with the management. Our teachers LOVED the breakfasts. Whataburger was a great addition to our Teacher Appreciation Week.

    The food I believe was cooked to order, it did take about 7 mins for the food to come out. We had 4 meals, 2 adult and 2 kids meals. The bun was kind of hard, not from being stale but just over baked? The patty was good though, it wasnt dry but maybe a bit toouch mustard. But it looks like they were trying to warn us of the burger quality though...
