Fantastic , specially if you've ordered smoky pizza. It's a delicious creamy sauce. Try to dip a slice in ranch sauce and you'll reach the sky. The offered jalapeño is really wonderful as well.

Really, brands stand on the shoulders of its staff. Although the weather is terrible hot, the electricity has just come back after 15 minutes off, and the shortage of staff is obvious; but the store manager did all the roles by himself and served all the diners very well, managing the staff in the back area, taking the orders at cashier, delivering pizza to tables, following up with the customers opinion of their meals, and rapping up the rest of pizza for take away. I went to al-hegaz's branch, ordered 2 offers of 3 medium pizzas was one of the worst pizza I have ever ate. The pizza was dry toppings were very small I didn't even notice like I was eating stale bread with cheese on it. Even the 6 cheese pizza wasn't exploding with flavour like it was just mozzarella cheese and the chicken *ranch* has a drop of ranch on it + high price with no reason. The crust was the worst of it all was hard chewing no fluffiness whatsoever

Pizza quality is not as good as it used to be at Papa John's. We've got 3 pizzas only one was very good chicken ranch, but the other two were poorly prepared. Value for money is ok. Service non-existent as they served the pizzas with the take away cover. No ketchup was provided. You have to ask for ketchup to get couple of sachets!

Friendly staff, clean place. Great dough as usual. Toppings quantity leaves a bit to be desired, should be more. And the BBQ sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. Otherwise, great pizza.
