We
went
to
eat
dinner
here
last
night.
The
taxi
had
a
hard
time
finding
it,
but
locals
gave
us
directions
and
they
were
very
helpful.
When
we
arrived
we
got
seated
in
a
small
(
closed)
room
with
an
opening
to
ask
for
the
waiter/waitress.
The
menu
card
was
huge
and
they
have
a
lot
of
nice
dishes
to
offer.
When
we
tried
to
order
it
was
quite
difficult
in
the
beginning,
we
couldn't
see
anyone
from
our
seating
area.
Then
we
found
out
that
we
have
an
automatic
button
to
order.
That
worked
and
there
was
someone
at
our
table
very
quickly!
We
ordered
pan
fried
potatoes,
sweet&sour
chicken,
and
two
kind
of
noodle
dishes.
I
expected
the
dishes
to
be
smaller,
but
they
were
really
big.
I'm
a
big
eater,
but
sadly
I
couldn't
finish
it
all
eventhough
it
was
yummy.
A
surprising
fact
about
the
noodles
is
that
they
were
probably
hand
pulled.
At
first
they
looked
just
like
spaghetti
noodles,
but
when
we
looked
closely
we
could
see
that
each
string
of
noodle
doesn't
exactly
have
the
same
size.
The
chicken
was
really
sweet,
but
it
was
good
combined
with
the
other
more
tastier
dishes.
I
feel
like
the
most
authentic
dish
were
the
pan-fried
potatoes.
Each
slice
of
potato
was
coated
with
seasoning
and
little
pieces
of
Sichuan
peppercorn.
It
was
quite
spicy,
but
it
tasted
the
most
unique
because
of
the
spices
used
to
make
it.
I
felt
like
the
potatoes
really
bring
out
flavors
from
the
Xinjiang
cuisine,
unlike
the
other
dishes
we've
tried.
I
would
recommend
this
place
if
you
want
to
try
Chinese
style
food
while
you're
staying
in
Cairo,
I
can
recommend
this
place.
