the obvious - great selection of merch, good prices. not obvious - very friendly staff

Good KSP location easily accessible by walking from the hotel area of Eilat. The staff speak English and are extremely helpful. Definitely book an appointment prior to arriving as the place is very busy. Parking is also available nearby

Customer service is really good, although there is great pressure from people buying products during the holidays, the workers were really patient and helpful:)

First of all I could like to point out that the serive in this place is really gotten a lot better in the last year or so. Customer satisfaction is soring and it shows. The only down side is that this place is not business Friendly, meaning if you own a business and want to buy supplies for there they can't give you a proper tac invoice.

We got great service, quality laptop, and will be ordering more items through them. So far we have been happy with our purchases.

1. Prior to Your visit, always check Google's "Popular times" on Google search desktop site. Then decide which branch is less busy. 2. There's new automatic POS machines inside the store, they allow You to pay for the product, the just fetch it from the sales representative. It was very convinient for me to buy this way - saved me a lot of time..

Sadly due to the pandemic people have to wait for their turn outside in a very inconvenient place on stairs. What really was annoying is that the representative didn't explain me that I'm allowed to buy only one item of what I needed while I needed 2, instead he told me they only have 1, which made me check another KSP store for nothing, at least there I got the explanation and just bought 1. The store isn't the one to blame for the limitations but I'm sad I didn't get the explanation right away

I'm a regular in KSP, and I was surprised. They opened early without unpacking new goods, so only one service station was available, and the rest of the workers were unpacking, even when more customers arrived. 3 people were unpacking and one gave service. Very disappointing, even though it's usually a lot better.
