😠 This hospital is horrible with priority of their patients obviously being a ER you would think they would try to handle the patients that are most critical first and make their way down. This hospital doesn’t do that they make you wait in “line” by who got their first. I was 11 weeks pregnant I went... People often mention hospital, staff, nurse, pain, room, care, hours, nurses, time, experience,

This hospital is horrible with priority of their patients obviously being a ER you would think they would try to handle the patients that are most critical first and make their way down. This hospital doesn’t do that they make you wait in “line” by who got their first. I was 11 weeks pregnant I went in with bleeding and light cramping. They basically had me miscarry in the waiting room. I waited 30 minutes just for vitals. I had gotten heavier cramps and heavier bleeding so we let them know. We let them know and they still didn’t do anything they just told me I’ll let someone know. I doubt they did. I had to wait another 1hr and a half to 2hrs. Bleeding out and having higher contractions. I miscarried in the bathroom! They don’t care they took me to a sonogram still bleeding and gushing out and told oh your bladder isn’t full so you think you can drink water to make it full really! I’m bleeding out having heavy-cramping and you want me to fill my bladder! Staff has no sense of what’s an emergency. I will never go back their I left thinking if they took me right away maybe just maybe my baby could have been saved. DO NOT GO TO THE ER HERE!

Do not bring your family members to this hospital. The staff at this hospital needs to be addressed by the board of directors from the nursing staff all the way up to the director of the hospital. They are very unprofessional, rude, and violating the rights of patients that are not knowledgeable of the way hospitals are supposed to be ran. Legal action should be taken against the negligence that is killing people. As the hospital does not allow family members to be present due to covid we have no choice but to trust our families in the care of the staff. In our personal experience the consequence of their negligence led to our family member coding and needing to be resuscitated back to life. When the situation was brought to the attention of the DOA he simply blamed it on a staffing issue and nothing was done. If this hospital cannot be ran properly due to a staffing shortage it should not be allowed to even be open.

Avoid!!!!! The staff are curt, rude, abrupt - they behave as if they could not care less. The respiratory therapist on the telemetry unit is a living doll, and while a couple of others were kind to my elderly momma, most were rude and treated her as if she had no cognitive skills at all - she is very hard of hearing, but her mind is a steel trap (assumptions and agism is a thing). The food is terrible, unless you happen to be a poodle. My mom waited for hours, daily, for bathroom services, and she did not receive a bath until FOUR days after admission. Providence "administration:" ALL people matter. Get your act together. Be humanitarian!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Everything about this hospital is wrong! My dad went to emergency at 12pm with extensive abdominal pain. After hours his pain was still extensive had to ask nurse 5 times to give him something stronger for the pain his blood pressure 210! 6 hours later in the emergency room still his blood pressure at 200 he got a fever that the nurse didnt notice it was us who noticed and asked for it to be controlled. No pillow for my dad because its the ER. He wet himself and didnt bother to change him even though I asked 3 times. We had to demand to speak to a Doctor. They said he has stones in his gallbladder and meeds surgery after 3 different scans and other exams Finally at 8pm (8hrs later) he will get surgery in the morning. The next day more exams more scans its 2pm and now they say they cant see the stones when before they had shown us in screen the stones. More scans still nothing surgen has not bother to see my dad or. Talk to us. We need ro know what he has! And if he will get surgery. Nurses dont explain anything know nothing really just the surgeon will be here soon and will let you know hours pass by and nothing. This is the LAST time I bring my dad or any family member to this hospital. DO NOT come here! Look at the reviews now I notice 2.8 stars this hospital Deserves no stars. I try to be patient and understanding but this is ridiculous and unacceptable. Staff is terrible and the Doctors are too. My dad hasnt been able to drink any water or eat anything for more than 24 hrs Because he can be in surgery at any moment then they say oh no it will Be till tomorrow still no food no water! Just a bunch of medication! They are making him sicker.

My grandfather was checked in today for a choking. Although he could breathe he would have episodes of coughing and vomiting. We called a nurse to help and she said, "your RN is over there". This was an EMERGENCY. Although there are designated nurses for certain patients, as her job as a NURSE and her being aware of the EMERGENCY, she should've helped. Very awful service. Our designated nurse was wonderful, however, EVERYONE should be aware that if there is an emergency YOU need to help. This nurse was very selfish. Never going back again. Please speak with all of your employees and have then understand that this is medical and important. Don't be lazy in what you work in. You're supposed to help save lives. Remember that.

I was in the icu for about 3 days, Ilse and Brandon were my favorite nurses during my 5 night stay. They made sure things were done right and were very attentive. The nurses in floor 3 during Night Shifts were always super rowdy and loud. My door was shut and their laughter would still wake me up. Whenever I needed something and called a nurse they would take forever to show up. Sometimes I had to call twice to get their attention. I know it’s different than being in the ICU but these nurses were out of control. It felt like a party outside. There’s sick patients and you all are throwing a party. It was rude especially because I was surrounded by older patients

Changing my one star rating as they have overhauled their system. It appears they read the negative reviews and have worked hard to make the process better. Been here a couple of times(once for myself and other times for loved ones) and the waiting time is very good. In and out within an hour or so. Keep it up guys!!!

Nurses have no idea of what they’re doing or what their patients need. Took almost an hour for my wife to get help to get up and go to the restroom after surgery. Bad attitude from some of the nurses saying and I quote “you can just file a complaint later.” Had to constantly ask for things like food orders that never got put in. One nurse showed us how to run the IV pump so we would stop calling them in when the alarm would go off. Just overall a horrible experience. E.R. Was great but once they put you in a room upstairs you’re basically put on the back burner if not completely forgotten about, maybe even ignored.

Very dirty hospital!! Guy was painting in waiting area and washed his paint towels in the water fountain. Bathrooms are dirty no toilet paper or hand towels. Elevators are dirty we have looked at the same toothpick in the elevator for 3 days. Some of the staff have been very rude. Very disappointed .

This is a horrible understaffed hospital. My mother was in the emergency room for 16 hours waiting on a room upstairs. They starved her for two days with a promise that they would bring her something later and later. My brother had to go out and buy her food from their cafeteria because they wouldn't bring her anything. And she was allowed to eat with no restrictions. Finally when they moved her to a room she only stayed up there for 3 hours before being discharged. Never ever again will we ever go to this hospital. A million times even UMC attends to you 100 times much better than this hospital did.

One person here stated, "Don't bring your loved one here unless you want to say goodbye." I thought it was a bit dramatic until I went there - sadly, it's quite accurate. When a patient knows their own history, it's vital the doctor's listen to them and not develop their own fantasy world of the patient's best care. Sadly, the lead pulmonologist reeks of a god complex. He refused to acknowledge that he gave the wrong treatment plan. He refused to accept his errors even with irrefutable evidence. I would rather lie on the side of the road and die than relive this horrific event. In the words of another poster: "DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE EXPECTING TO SAY GOOD-BYE".

I brought my wife into the ER today. Not sure if they are short on housekeeping staff. Being a newer hospital, ER waiting room needs some housekeeping attention. Floors really dirty full of food crumbs and dirt.

Sad that I have to give it a star! On 09/15/23 I took my 6 year old son for a horrible pain that he had on his right side. This hospital is the closest so, I assumed it was a good idea to take him here. He was in so much pain he was passing out. He kept saying mommy it hurts please help me! When we got there the person in the front was not very helpful. I explained to him that my son was in pain that we needed help. My son was literally and visibly in pain. When we got called to get his vitals checked. I explained to the nurse that his in a lot of pain that his primary doctor advised us to take him to the ER for his pain. The nurse rudely responded we have no beds we are full, and even if we had beds we don’t take care of kids here so we can’t really help you. However, if you want to be seen here the wait is 5 hours. I was like seriously 5 hours his literally passing out in pain what if it’s his appendix, I asked? She continued to reply it’s up to you if you want to wait. At this point I felt helpless where is the oath they take? So heartless! I grabbed my son and we just walked out. My son was still in a lot of pain. I had to carry him out of the hospital with his high blood pressure cuff still on. Imagine the anger I felt, that you are in a hospital with your little one that’s in so much pain. Feeling so helpless because you don’t know what’s wrong with him.. You get to the hospital just to find rude, unprofessional, heartless human beings!! To make the story short. I ended up having to drive my son to the hospital on Oregon street. Crying on my way there as he kept screaming in pain. Thankfully at this hospital they took us in quick. The doctor immediately ordered an ultrasound of his belly. It turned out he had a bowel obstruction. They did what they had to do so quick. I was relieved that he was going to be okay. I hope no one needs medical emergency for their little one, if you, do don’t go here. Save yourself the trip, and the disappointment.

worst experience I have ever had. staff left me writhing in pain and crying. the nurse did not do hear me anymore so she shut the door and left me there alone. I was in so much pain I started.to hyperventilate and could not caught my breath I called.out for help but no one came. took them over an hour to administer a.pain reliever. I will never go back to this place. when the nurse finally did check on me the patient next to me was crying out in pain and she just rolled her eyes.

If you or a loved one is having an emergency don't go to this hospital. They are not fully prepared for a real emergency. Go to Sierra Campus. Or Las Palmas Del Sol.

The nurses were terrible to a family member that was in the hospital. They also treated me bad when I went to visit her. Don’t go here please. There was a lot of negligence and malpractice that took place otherwise there’s no doubt in my mind that family member of ours would still be here with us. They also stole her belongings and never returned them.

I cannot recommend the transmountain campus emergency room. The facility is nice, the staff were nice. The nurse and PA were good. So why can't I recommend this ER? Billing. The hospital is in network, the labs was in network, the radiologist was in network.... But the ER PA was not! How can an organization allow a contracted group of doctors and PAs not to be in the same networks as they are?! They also had the audacity to balance bill me for nearly $2000! What am I supposed to do? Ask the ER doc before they touch me during an emergency if they are in network??? This is absolutely absurd. Now I have to spend hours trying to resolve this with my insurance company and the burden should really fall on the provider to fix. It is absolutely silly. And to think this occurred a month before the new balance billing law went into effect. Get your stuff together Hospitals of Providence and ensure your ER docs accept the same networks as you! Otherwise don't sign a contract with them! This looks poorly on you.

I just left Providence Transmountain Campus about a half hour ago. It was a 5 and a half hour wait, and I never even got to see a doctor. My brother and I were involved in a car accident over the weekend (we were not at fault) and wanted to see a doctor to get a check up as we had both developed bruising and pain. We were recommended to go here by a urgent care because we were told there was specific auto collision paperwork that had to be filled out and that could only be done by a hospital like Providence when insurance claims are involved. So, when we got there, it was standard procedure. A nurse took my blood pressure and told me, “we’re very busy today and it could be a few hours before you see a doctor. If you need to leave, you can.” How’s that for hospitality? He sent me back to the waiting room where my brother and I waited 5 and a half hours before we called it quits. A few others had walked out that had gotten there around the time we did too. I had taken a WHOLE DAY off of work to sit around in a waiting room. A woman had asked how many people were in front of her and the man and woman working the check-in desk told her people were being seen on a certain level of importance or based on how dire the situation was per patient. We were told there was only ONE doctor on staff tonight. If you pay attention to the news, you’ll know there are various nurse strikes going on and I don’t know if this hospital is under-staffed or its doctors/nurses underpaid, but what ever the case may be, I cannot recommend going to this place. This 5 hour test of patience seems to be a common thread in these reviews and I can confirm this. Yes, the hospital is shiny, new and in a posh part of town, but don’t be fooled because you won’t get any of that special treatment or service in return. I would hope a place run like this that has a thin veil pulled over the eyes of this community loses its accreditation. I don’t go to the hospital often, but this was by far the worst customer service of any kind I’ve experienced. This place is a complete waste of space and I (along with a lot of others in this review section) would not miss it if it was completely cleared out and made into the world’s largest Spirit Halloween Store every October. An embarrassment to the community and a blight on the medical field in general.

Second mishap here, nice hospital but get your stuff together please! This place has potential if properly run. Won’t go back until I hear of improvements. El Paso hospitals are not properly run in my opinion. Our community hospital is poor and the private hospitals we have under serve and over charge. Expected more from this new “state of the art” hospital but it missed the mark for us, not once but twice!

I just visited the emergency room and had the worst experience of my life!! It's bad enough having a reason to go to the emergency room, but to top it off to have people who just don't care about the human being that is in front of them in severe pain is unacceptable. My wife who was in extreme pain and myself were waiting for about 4:30 hours waiting to be seen. The entire time in the waiting room. I repeatedly and as politely as possible asked if we were close to being admitted but was continously told we would be called shortly... that response after waiting 4:30 hours became unacceptable. I decided I could not have my wife any longer in this state and had to do something, we decided to leave. As my wife was attempting to gather strength to walk out she lost consciousness and collapsed in the waiting room. I screamed for help and she was put in a wheelchair. Someone came out to see her and they told us they would try to get her in a room but left us in waiting room. 45 more minutes passed and my wife who was basically unconscious in the waiting room. I decided I would not wait any more and wheeled my wife to my vehicle and left to another hospital. We arrived here at las Palmas and she was admitted immediately! It's incredible that they couldn't do anything to help her there at providence! Everyone is too caught up in just doing their jobs roboticly and forget that they are dealing with people in pain. Providence was always our hospital of choice.. but after this experience we will never be returning and trust me we will spread the word about this horrendous experience!

In the ER with appendicitis. Nurse has been MIA for over an hour. No pain medication and nothing for fever. Go somewhere else. Providence, I see you responded. How will you change the reality that left this impression? More staff? Truly how? The physicians that operated were great. Chantelle in recovery was amazing. But some never make it past the ER and it seems to be one of the most common complaints in the ratings.

The only reason I gave this facility an extra star is due to the fact that they have some genuinely knowledgeable and caring nurses. The rest of my experience here was an utter nightmare. I spent 11 days here for Afib, most of the time in the ICU, and it was a completely miserable experience. The beds are small and uncomfortable, the nursing staff is slow to respond when you need to be disconnected from your equipment to use the restroom, the staff is noisy and inconsiderate during sleeping hours, and the food is abysmal even by hospital standards. Side note: I was refused discharge yesterday due to my systolic pressure being too “high” yesterday morning. I was up at 5:30 to day and wasn’t seen by the the head Dr. until 11 AM who then informed me that he’d try to have my discharge paperwork ready sometime “around” 5 PM this afternoon. Another commenter said not to come here without a sleeping bag and a pillow, and that’s no understatement. I’d only recommend Transmountain if you’re one of those people that likes spending hours endlessly goofing off on your phone.

Service has been insanely slow for an empty lobby, no sirens and only 3 ambulance in bay and all local non emergent, no less. No code blues in fact no codes at all. Half the staff is kind the other half is rude and bitter. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service hands down.

My son was born there a few days ago. I was taken care of during my birth by Jocelyn the nurse (I forget if I'm spelling her name correct) and I am very grateful for the care she showed me before during and after my birth. She is very caring, encouraging, and professional and I'm grateful I got her. I was also shown great care by the anesthesiologist named Jose I believe it was his name? He makes you feel comfortable and explains everything and checks on you alot. Jose and Jocelyn also attended to me during my procedure after birth I couldn't have asked for better care. I apologize about the names I've never been good with them. Thank You so much. 6-28-20

Broke down on the side of the highway across from the hospital. It’ll be at least an hour until Uhaul’s roadside assistance can get here and I needed to use the restroom. Had a mask on and no one would let me in simply to relieve myself- even asked for a security escort since no one believed me that I needed to poop. Would’ve taken a dump right there in the front entrance if I had something to wipe with. Seriously though, why take my temperature and screen me if you’re not letting anyone in anyway? There’s no other buildings around within walking distance. I had a mask on. Get over yourselves.

Hospital staff is good (unfortunately they have to follow orders). If you are going for neurology - stay away from Dr. Benson. He kept my husband for "observation" but did nothing for seizures (had 25 today before being discharged ) did not allow him to eat, did not let him out of bed until seen by PT (which caused him to wet himself before staff cathed him as urinal wasn't working for him), but discharged him without him being seen by PT.

i had a very bad cyst and was in a lot of pain. my nurse CHRIS (an old lady) was my RN and was the worst nurse i have ever dealt with. she never checked up on me and when she did it was rare i would be in so much pain and she was take up to an hour to get to my room. i understand that sometimes the hospitals get busy but while i was there all the rooms were mainly empty so it didn't make sense. if you go here just try and ask for a different RN. abril was amazing just don't ask for chris

My experience was with the ER on the evening of 12/23/19. I got in quickly and the team of doctors and nurses were excellent. They were kind, thorough, and genuinely cared about my comfort and well-being, as well as follow-up treatment. The only complaint I would offer is the bill, which was roughly equivalent to the price of a new car.

I went to the ER two days ago. I was experiencing a lot of pain. I went in hoping that they would prescribe me something for the pain, and in hope of getting some sort of explanation of what was going on with me. Long story short, I was admitted into one of the rooms, nurse came in asked what was going on. Told her about my situation, and said ok doctor will be right in. About an hour passed by, and doctor came in asking what was going on, once again. (it gets exhausting to keep repeating what you are feeling, especially when you are in pain). Told him about my situation, and proceeded to press on where it was clearly hurting. This particular doctor proceeded to make fun of my pain. This immediately made me regret going to the ER. These individuals were just working robotically. In my time there, I did not experience not an ounce of humane compassion. My problem was not solved, I went back home the same.

Absolutely the worst when it comes to calling for family member updates to the emergency room. Ashley specifically refused to tell me if my mother was there or had been there and mentioned she was never there at some point. She was extremely rude and makes the entire hospital look bad. After 4 calls with her she finally transferred me without saying anything but putting me on hold.

Try to go to this hospital as a last resort. I sadly experienced poor care from this hospital. I felt judged by many of the nurses. When I went there they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with me, went to another hospital that same day and luckily they found a reasonable diagnosis. I’m lucky I got a second doctor’s opinion.

Honestly everything has been great so far, it sucks to be here on Christmas but glad my mom is being treated right. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is due to the security guard downstairs being rude, I tried explaining to her that my mom is from out of town who came to visit me and my wife here in El Paso due to us not being able to go home since we are both military. Security guard literally turned her face away from me while I was talking and explaining to her everything, she said my wife wasn’t allowed to go upstairs with me to see my mom because visitor hours are over. I’m just glad that my moms nurse made it happen so my mom won’t be spending Christmas alone.

My mom went in for emergency surgery, not even a full 24 hours later, we were having to help her move around. Nurses take 5 to 10 minutes to answer the call button and another hour to come into the actual room. The catheter she had, wasn't on properly and caused her to have an accident. It took an hour and a half for nurses to come in to change her sheets, AFTER they were called twice with 30 minutes in between each call. They do not listen to concerns we have or care to explain things so that we may understand. We DO NOT work in the medical field so we rely on them heavily for assistance and for better understanding. DO NOT use this campus.

My mother was finally able to go home after having to have 2 surgeries and we have yet to be notified by any doctor on why the first one didn't work. My mother was sent home without a home health care provider being set up. She was sent home with no discharge information regarding her surgery and how to carr for it since they didnt set up the home heath care. My mom has been out 4 days now and has had to visit the ER twice. And we still do not have the prders for home healthcare after requesting them multiple times.

Horrible experience, nurses and staff are rude and never check up on you. I ask for a nurse and waited 4 hrs for the nurse. The staff is extremely cold and upset if you ask for the nurse. I patiently waited one hour every time before I reminded them the nurse had not come by. Then I started hearing the staff raising their voice to badmouth me in the hallway. These rude comments could be heard all away across the hall. Overall just a bad experience. No shame!

My wife was an impatient at Providence Hospital where the care was horrible. The ICU was great but once she was on the floor the care was one degree above torture. She had diarrhea due to antibiotic therapy. The staff let her lie in bed for six hours without cleaning her and when they did she was treated so cruelly that when she came home her skin was broken in two places in the shape of a thumb print and they told her was problem for them When a home health care nurse saw her I, the husband, was reported to adult protectivece agency for abusing her. So crazy ironic and there is more. Pray for all impatients please

Went to have outpatient lab work. Processed expeditiously, no issues. Moved into draw area along with another patient. Room is too small and I was uncomfortable being in the room with the other patient, pretty sure he was too, and 2 lab techs. One tech proceeded to draw patient's labs, using gloves, placed tourniquet, searched for vein, unsuccessful. Then with same gloves on, searched thru lab supplies for butterfly, moved other supplies around, including needles, tubes, etc. Then opened all of the drawers and cabinets looking for the butterfly, ultimately using the phone to call someone to bring a butterfly, still with the same gloves on, contaminating everything she touched, while the other lab tech watched. Not sure if this was proper procedure, but when I last worked at Providence over 30 yrs ago, procedure should have been for lab technician to remove gloves before touching other supplies, then reglove for the other patients draw. I probably should have said something, but I did not want to alarm the other patient. QA process should be reevaluated and only one patient in the room at a time. To add, it wasn't busy when I went, so only one patient in the room at a time should have been reasonable.

Unless you want to stay for unnecessary amount of time come here. This hospital is money hungry and will keep a patient just to rack up the bill. We were told my mom would be discharged in 20 minutes that was almost 3 hours ago and now it's going to be more than 2 hours before we can go. My mom is fine she's eating walking talking and asking to be sent home. But do they care NOPE. Forgot to mention how we first went to the horizon location waited there for 5 hours waiting to get transferred only for them not to transfer any of my ppw. We will be going to UMC from now on. Plus I use to work at this hospital and I have heard nurses say well is the patient dead no okay she's fine.

My wife brought my 2 year old daughter to the ER and waited 4 hours. 6 people come after my wife and got seen before my daughter A 2 YEAR she had red spots all over her body and we couldn't even find out. I called the ADA coordinator and he was completely useless basically saying FK your wife and hope your 2 year old dies. Plus there was a guy with blood dripping from his hand and no one at the ER cleaned it, isn't it suppose to be a biohazard? Moral of the story don't bring your kids to these useless FKs.

My brother in law has been very sick the last few years. He’s been to the hospital a few times. This is his first time to this one and they have been taking great care of him. We have great hope for him to make a fabulous recovery. Extremely professional doctors and nurses.

They never answer the phone. Always short staffed but never hiring. 2 weeks now and I can’t reach anyone in scheduling. I had to cancel my doctors appointment twice because I can’t get the test done.

My father has been in the care of this hospital and we are absolutely disappointed in their level of care. They do not advocate for their patients at all! No one knows what's going on there. We CONSTANTLY had to REMIND them that he is a dementia patient yet they continued to use the excuse "I asked him and he said he was fine, clean etc" when we questioned why he was in unacceptable circumstances. Everyone has different information on their patients there. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied and disappointed in this hospital!!!

4 hours for a lip laceration. 6 sutures later i owe 5,600 dollars even with insurance. I work at an FQHC and we are in the business of improving access to quality and affordable health care. Why are hospitals in the business of exactly the opposite? I am sad to say I will never refer a patient to Tenet hospitals again.

Don’t even waste your time going to this hospital it’s pointless. I’ve been there several times because it’s the closest to me but you might as well drive to the main hospital on Oregon or go to another hospital. I took my 7 month old baby they didn’t even give us a room with a bed they had us on a chair Doctor Gonzalez didn’t even assess my son but he tested positive for RSV. Not once did he listen to his lungs or anything. I’ve also have for myself n they make you feel like you’re a bother to them by going there. They don’t pay attention to you or resolve your emergency.

My mother had a total knee replacement at the hospital and had to stay the night my mom literally had to take herself to the restroom where she kept requesting assistance and was hardly checked on she complained about the pain and never was brought any medication or attention. By the morning she had not been brought any breakfast we had to take my mother lunch to the hospital because they were not able to remember she had not been checked on and even the nurses were giving my mother attitude regarding her standing up to use the restroom herself when she had been asking for help. Basically was discharged without a walker due to her insurance not covering it while making her wait for almost 2 hours just to tell her they are not able to provide a walker.. my mom had my dad help her out the hospital with little to no assistance.. later on during the day a hospital staff came to the house to drop off a walker. I honestly recommend to go elsewhere what a mess.

I took my 88 year old father to the ER there after a car accident and Dr Ali Ahmed had the best bedside manners! The way he spoke to my father was like if it was his own dad. I couldn’t believe it. This is rare because ER doctors are always in a rush and at some point forget how important the human component of the interaction is. My recommendation is to do what it takes to keep him working for your company. He is a true asset!!! I’m recommending your location just because of him!! Thank you Dr Ahmed!!

Dirty and understaffed. This hospital may be the dirtiest I have ever seen. The cleaning person just came in to throw the trash. When we asked for her to clean the restroom, she grabbed a cup of water and splashed the floor then she grabbed the liner of what appeared to be a swiffer and dried the floor with it. No cleaning product was used. The elevators are filthy as well as the floors. The little staff they have can barely do their jobs since it appears that they are there for many shifts at a time. Overall terrible experience for 5 days. Surgeon who operated on my mom never went by to check on her after many messages were left at his office.

Went in on Monday December 18th at around 8pm. With chest pain, cough, body aches & fever. Got tested for Covid, strep, both were negative, flu was positive. During my visit all I was given was ibuprofen, that’s what I was taking at home already. If I would’ve known I would not have even gone. I wasn’t sent home with any prescriptions at all. Tuesday comes around my fever is still high, I had to call my Dr. and explain to him what happened, he was able to give me a prescription for medications. If it wasn’t for MY DR I would’ve probably been sicker than a dog still. They are rude in the emergency room, they seem to not want to be there doing that job. & I will point fingers, because it is only the women who have attitudes, and seem to hate their job. They need to be retrained.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My sister's experience here was AWFUL, I'm writing this review all the way from Los Angeles that's how disheartening all of this has been. RUN! Go elsewhere PLEASE! If you are having any mental issues, Providence as a whole, is tragic. They absolutely do NOT know how to professionally get a handle on the psychological spectrum. How dare you Providence! I'm taking this issue much higher. So please save your very generic, auto-corrected "apologies" I saw the pre-cursor text you already have as a "response" you all can't even handle a response with your soul. All computer automated which validates the awful handling of ANY Psychological practices. My reviews are very valued and I will be taking this to a higher level but I just need everyone to know the truth. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

The worst hospital to stay and also they Balance billed my father's account. They use a 3rd party for their billing service. No one in there understands insurances and also what an EOB means. I hope one day this hospital gets in trouble for violating the Surprise Act Law that was implemented last year. I called 5 times on different agent and none of them understand billing terms. I am disappointed in this hospital and hope there would be another hospital next to them who can provide better service and not violate the law.

$24,000 for a 4-hour stay that included a CT scan, a nurse who couldn't find my vein and had me hooked up to an IV that wasn't actually doing anything, and an antibiotic. I am speechless. That same nurse asked me, "Are you white?" I said, "yes". She said, "Oh, so you know what it's like to be the black sheep." I didn't know what to say to that -- such a weird comment. Rest assured, Transmountain Campus, you'll be hearing from me this week about my bill. I don't have $3,000 to my NAME, let alone to pay you. Thanks for nothing.

  • 1/5 Trent R. 4 months ago on Google
They charge more for services than most health care facilities, and when we requested an itemized bill, it had things on it that had nothing to do with our visit. When we called they said that our amount was correct but they put the wrong items on and would send us an updated bill. They then immediately sent the bill to collections.

The Hospital smells Amazing - clean, refresh and well maintained. This was my first time going to this Hospital :) There was only one issue with a young lady named Athena in the 2nd floor to prep you for a procedure, She was very rude to our family and still inside with my daughter. I was really surprised on her actions.

Although the cleaning staff had been about a three. The nurses have been excellent , the food service has been really good and gone the extra mile to meet all my needs. The doctors can be a little abrupt and don’t necessarily spend enough time with you. But not all of them. Overall I would still give them a full five stars .

I went to the ER because I was feeling "off". The ER staff did a bunch of tests and turned out I had internal bleeding. I was in the ER for several hours before I was stable, and at all times there was someone with me whether it was my nurse, tech, sonographer, nurse practitioner, on call OBGYN, or even the AOD. I will never forget how wonderful and attentive the staff was during this terrifying experience. I was hardly ever alone for more than a couple of minutes. At one point my blood pressure tanked and within seconds the staff was there. The AOD came in several times throughout my stay to check on me. Once I was admitted upstairs he even went and got his own personal phone charger so that I could charge my phone when it was on low battery. My nurses went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly, they brought the best out of a truly terrifying experience. I am very thankful for those who tended to me and I'm not so sure I would've made it without them.

I brought my son in today for a head injury that happened at school. The nurse called to informed me my son had fallen head first from the top of the slide and he should be evaluated by a medical professional so I brought him to the ER. The nurse from his school stated he had nausea, and needed assistance walking. So I rushed to bring him to the ER. On arrival the hospital staff was friendly and really helpful except the Nurse Practioner Amanda Winton came to evaluate my son and asked what had happened. When I began to explain to her what the nurse had told me she rudely interrupted me and questioned what I was saying. Before I could respond she proceeded to ask if he had any symptoms and when I began to explain the symptoms the nurse had made me aware of she said “but when did that happen and you don’t want anything to be wrong with him” then she asked him to run from once place to the other at which point I became upset because my son is very clumsy if he didn’t have a brain injury before he would definitely get one if he bumped his head if he fell. Then she asked what time did he fall I told her at 11:54 am and she checked the time it was 1:07 pm then she said “it’s been 2 hours if there was something wrong with him we would know by now” and the. proceeded to discharge him at 1:11 pm. It had not been 2 hours it’s been 1 hr and and 17 minutes and now he’s sleeping. The nurse practitioner Amanda Winton completely disregarded my son and his potential injury. She blew my son off as a waste of her time. I understand the hospitals are overwhelmed right now that doesn’t mean she gets to hand out an automatic diagnosis without even making a proper evaluation. She didn’t even bother to order a CT scan or X-ray if his head. I just hope my son is ok and he in-fact does not have a brain injury. NP Amanda Winton is by far the most unprofessional medical professional I have ever felt with. Would not recommend for anyone to be seen by her.

I took my 2 year old daughter to this ER on Monday and from start to finish we had a very good experience. RN Damaris C, and RN Alex B took very good care of her. They were very patient and understanding and when she would cry they would comfort her as best they could. This ER is busy because it’s smaller than most other ERs. However, they still checked on us regularly, were efficient and kind. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby in our time of need.

I guess im the exception to the rule because they treated me and my family very well. My son hit his head at school but had no symptoms so i took him home. Later, he complained of a headache so i took him to the ER. There he threw up so a CT was ordered. Turned out everything was fine. Better safe than sorry, i always say. The doctor (she had blonde hair) was very nice, as well as the nurse who checked my son's vitals.

I gave birth here recently and had a good experience. I was checked in immediately taken to labor and delivery and right away the nurses started prepping me. I loved the room set up and that my husband had somewhere to sleep instead of a chair. My day nurse Tiffany was awesome and just made the experience overall less stressful and was so helpful with my recovery and my baby. My OB team in the OR was awesome as well and the anesthesiologist was on it when I communicated to him while In surgery. The food wasn’t the greatest but I did receive all three meals. We had a one night stay and discharged the next day, could of stayed another day but it wasn’t necessary since me and baby were progressing well enough to go home. Only complaint we had is that our trash piled up a lot and waited for housekeeping for cleaning but didn’t come till we were almost discharged and the food trays weren’t picked up from room service everytime they brought a new tray.
