I always stay here. 150Q for a clean room with good wifi in a great location. Quiet and low key. Friendly staff and comfortable beds. What more can you ask for?

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s got the essentials. Bathrooms can be a little tight for some, but I’ve become used to the small bathrooms in the antigua hotels. The rooftop is stunning here. Unfortunately they lock the gates for the rooftop after 9-10pm. I disagree with the rule. There should be a quiet rule after 10pm for the rooftop (which there is) and after 1 strike (for being too loud) you should be asked to leave the rooftop.

Fun place to stay! Clean rooms. Different experience than any other hotel I have stayed at. Feels like a house that was converted into a hotel. The rooms on the main floor are essentially bedrooms next to each other, with their own respective bedrooms of course. Has a rooftop which is great to watch the sunrise!

Comfy bed, great toiletries, beautiful rooftop and super nice staff. They have a kitchen, free filtered water and the space is very beautiful

I have stayed here different time for many years. Very friendly and accommodating to individuals and even especially groups. One can sit on their comfy rooftop and watch the volcano erupting most any night.

Very nice hotel conveniently located in Antigua. I am torn between three and four stars: The hotel is very nice, very pretty inside, and the staff are very helpful and nice. Unfortunately, there is very little to keep common area noise out of the guest rooms, so if there is a large group, there may be a lot of noise at times. On the plus side, the staff do a good job of keeping the group noise down in the evening, so I went for four stars. If you stay here, do not miss the rooftop terrace for looking over the town and Volcano Agua. It is especially nice in the morning when the air is clear. Next door is Kaffee Fernando, which has excellent coffee and breakfast.

Wonderful staff. Very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean. Had a nice roof top area with a great view. The place felt safe. Nice area to walk around.

Outstanding hotel and staff. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We only stayed here overnight but it was a delightful stay. The receptionist waited up for us. (our bus from Copan Ruinas was very late ) beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is sooo good. The morning staff were happy and very helpful.

Great location. Friendly service. Great quiet policy to rest at night. Beautiful courtyard, rooftop and common areas. Drinking water supplied. Great value and comfortable stay. Highly recommend.
