I can't even begin to tell you how frustrated I am. Trying to order pizza and not being able to speak to anyone is just ridiculous. I pave a large order and my amount has been charged twice. Called store to speak to someone and have been on hold for over 20 minutes. Also tried so called customer service. That's just a joke and no better. I don't know what's worse, waiting over 2 hours to not get the pizza or not being able to get a phone call through to the shop to see what's going on, or getting through to the call center (where they take orders) and them not having any control over checking orders and giving a simple ETA? I understand if the place is understaffed and there's a work shortage or if the shop was literally closed yesterday....But there needs to be an update on Google, on the app/online where you cannot place an order if the shop isnt able to fulfill orders at the moment. Now my card got charged for an order that never showed up, so i have to call my bank to reject the charge because noone is picking up the phone.

1 star because of this... I'm extremely upset about this checkout process in this store.I don't carry cash in these pandemic times (you can't disinfect cash properly) (Since I was there to get food for High Risk seniors I'm carrying for) I was told that the credit card machine was not working, so they asked for my credit card information which I HESITATED, this EXPOSES CARD INFORMATION TO THE HANDLER & HIGH POTENTIAL EXPOSURE TO COMPUTER VIRUSES USED IN THE CHECKOUT REGISTER WHICH COLLECT CARD INFORMATION AND SEND IT TO THE DARK WEB FOR FRAUD ACTIVITIES! This has happened to me personally twice after another store entered my card information manually and it was either COPIED OR COMPROMISED & was EXPOSED TO FRAUD! It was a MAJOR headache to resolve & I'm out of a card to use. Most importantly the FRAUD was traced to the store that entered my information manually (not this Domino's store to be clear) but nevertheless the HIGH RISK OF EXPOSURE is there! I'm asking The management needs to Remedy this Right away or I will not return of this is still rectified. I'm sure other people with the same very Valid concerns may not return as well until it is confirmed rectified. I will change my review promptly once this has been rectified and no extraneous fraudulent charges arise since this is the only store I hesitated but reluctantly allowed this to be done. Trash .. can’t cut a pizza in slices or square . Can’t cut cheese bread in straight lines Like seriously you have a whole tool made for cutting… & ITS MADE FOR 2 HANDS ! Smh .. Second time this week, we've ordered pizza and it's just been difficult. First time we ordered it took almost 2hrs for delivery. For the middle of the week, I feel this is excessive. When it arrived, you could tell its been sitting for quite some time as it wasn't hot. Last night I ordered again. It seemed to go smoothly this time until it went to the 'quality check', It was there for over 30 minutes. Once it went out for delivery, granted I know I'm not the delivery person but he was stopped at one location for 15 minutes then another for over 10. The pizza and wings finally arrived 1hr and 35 minutes later. I ordered and vegetarian pizza and received the meatlovers. I did take a picture of the pizza and receipt as I'm sure people try to manipulate the system but this has remained unacceptable for a company of this size to continue to make these mistakes. I've had similar issues with this location in the early part of this year but didn't take the time to write a review, until now.. I rarely order out but please make proactive changes as I know I can't be the only one this is happening to.

Worst store I ever see. I made an order last night around 9pm and I was waiting till 12 midnight, I didn't get my order at all. I was calling to get a status and no one is picking the call. I started to call today morning and one is picking and it was an hold for an hour every time. I wonder what they do other than delivering food or picking call. Such a irresponsible members. I lost $16 and I didn't get my order at all. I would never recommend this store at all.

The food presentation is ALWAYS horrible. I don't know if they are not letting the pizzas cook all the way through or if they are tossing them around while driving. The pizza is NEVER cut. They never follow the special cooking instructions. The wings are barely cooked then they squirt sauce on top. I've had to call up there so many times and it seems like it's just getting worse by the order. I HATE this is my only option for Domino’s. I wish I could give them 0 stars. ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!!!

We ordered the NYC style pizza, the cheese was runny and looked like someone put their fingers in it. It was not edible. The wings were just squirted with sauce on top, not even hand tossed. Called to complain, I've been on hold for 20+ minutes. One person answered and said they were transferring me to the store, which is the number I called. When I asked where did I call then? She wouldnt answer and transferred me. I'll m still on hold. The ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE EVER. This was the first time we decided to try Dominos in years. NEVER AGAIN. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER LOCAL OR ANOTHER CHAIN.

I order one pizza online. The tracker was never updated. I went to the store an hour later to get the pizza and it was not ready. There was another costumer in the store who ordered for delivery and after 2hrs went to the store and the pizza still wasn’t ready. The white fat girl making the pizza named Aubrey, was rude because I was upset it wasn’t ready. I said “this is ridiculous” Her response was “either you’re getting it or not leave or I am calling the cops”. Myself and the other customer left without getting anything. I will be calling corporate and will not patronize that location again. The service is always slow and the workers are rude.

Pizza is good and the $5.99 and 7.99 prices for medium and large two toppings are family friendly. The wings are pricey for the size you get (small wings); $1 a wing is outrageous! I would rate a 5 star, if when you qualify for a free pizza, that the free pizza you get is actually well made..each time I've got a free pizza, it was terrible! Hardly any cheese and the toppings were nearly half of a "paid" pizza. One obvious and clear observation: When there are women making the pizza's, the pizza is ALWAYS outstanding 👏!!

Is it Barbecue chicken or fried chicken with a a drizzle of Barbecue sauce. When I order Barbecue chicken, I am expecting a chicken covered completely, no actually I sm expecting chicken SMOTHERED AND drowning in BBQ sauce. So when I pick it up, the BBQ sauce is dripping down my fingers. Well instead I got dried fried wings with sparse amount of BBQ sauce. The pizza was blaaaaaaaah. The service horrific. They almost didn't process our order because order online and chose the option to pay at pick up;however they called us stating unless we pay over the phone. They would not process the order. After speaking to management, they fulfill the order and we paid at pick up. No. I would not come here again

Get the thin crust pizza for my son & chicken carbonara pasta every other Friday for me & my son . Noticing new manager & new workers . Glad i checked my order . Pizza was trash burnt no sauce . I was told that they previously overtopped and now this is standard !!! 2 pieces of chicken and no sauce . Not accommodating at all ! Made me wait 15 mins for a refund . Will definitely go to a different location. Sad because I’ve been coming here for years ☹️

Absolute trash. We ordered thru the app. Said it would be delivered at a certain time and that time continued to shift. We live 5 minutes away and we were checking our drivers location and the time for delivery would shift 15 mins. The order ended up taking 2.5 hours, for a pizza. Our 10 year old is a fan but his wiser parents will never order from here again. Hopefully they shut down

Disgusting pizza. I do not recommend eating here. I woke up 3 hours later sick. I threw up and had a bubbly stomach. The stomach pains was the worst. I felt like I was literally dying. I strongly suggest you do not eat here.

Today I order buffalo chicken pizza and it was so delicious. Service was amazing. Jason always greets me with a smile and always make the best tasty Pizza. Very friendly store. I am very satisfied with the service and food!

My and my family orders from domino's almost every week or every other week. We usually go to the falls road location which the are always perfect with your order. However, recently, we have been trying the johnny cake location. We have gone to this store three times and each time the pizza is burnt. The pizza is never fully cut, or cut in weird slices.We order multiple pizza each time we order, we have a large family, and literally each pizza is always burnt. After ordering from this store three time and having the food be over cooked each time, that lets me know if a staff issue. Then this go around they gave us what i can only assume to be old wings. The wings were dry, even the sauce on them seemed like it was soaked and dried into them. This is by far the worst location for domino's.

We ordered a simple pizza-pepperoni and onion with extra sauce. We got a pizza with no sauce at all and figured no bigge-we'lll just call and they'll fix it... We finally talked to someone who then left us on hold for over 16 minutes after initially telling is they were inquiring about it. Not a typical experience for domino's, but thought this would be helpful for someone not wanting to spend $20 needlessly. The dog got to eat sauceless pizza crust for dinner.

App said it was out for delivery. Called the store after 40 minutes, placed on hold for 10 minutes. Was informed driver is still out. Still have not received order after an hour. Tried to contact corporate and are unable to reach a human being. A 20% off coupon doesn't help when you don't even receive your order.

For the price you can't beat it. The taste is decent as I've tried the pizza of course, pasta Primavera and the wings. The always have a coupon or special available. Service is pretty good too.

Just received my order and although I’ve had a decent order from this location before, this was disappointing. I ordered a 10” pizza hand tossed. It was not hot and the crust on a hand tossed was very thick, more like bread and not much sauce. Also, I ordered a salad which they forgot and had to bring back, but I’m not going to eat it. The salad greens are old and not fresh at all. I’ll think twice before ordering from this location again. Wasted my $8 on this salad. Really not happy

I had not been to any Domino's for over a decade, and they KILLED IT! Fantastic crust, not too buttery/salted/etc. with fresh ingredients all promptly cooked to perfection! Oh, and they were the only local pizza place still open after 10:30pm on a Saturday!

7/11/22 Very disappointed. Placed an order at 3:30pm, it's now 5:10pm, no pizza, no contact. Called several times with no response after waiting 10min to try and get a refund. Very poor service 😢 update 7/12/22 been on hold for 20 minutes for a refund and no one will pick up the phone to assist. Reporting to corporate now and will be showing up at the store for my refund in the morning. They should not be allowed to steal our money and should be SHUT DOWN!

First off all its not even cut properly. Second I asked for light sauce, it is drenched in it. Gagged just opening the box the sides I got were no better.

$7.99 for a large 3 topping pizza you cannot beat it. The only problem is pizzas are so fattening. But if I am going to indulge this is what I get

That store #158 is selling pizza that has been seating on their shelfs for hours.Every time I call back trying to reach the manager on duty he hang up on me.So I forwarded my complaints to the Coporate Office . Customers Be Aware !

This location is carryout or delivery. It is small but very efficient. They have great service. I like being able to place an order online then immediately drive to the location and pick it up fresh from the oven. They always have the best prices online so take advantage of it. You definitely will pay a lot more ordering in the carryout. My favorite is the thin crust pizza with sausage or bacon, onions and green peppers. Delicious.
