    I am a loyal customer of this food franchise, today 04/16/2022 I placed an order on the curside app, I received an erroneous order from another customer, I called the store to find a solution, the response I received is the most absurd that I have heard . I realized that it was not my order until I called home and the person who attended me said that the restaurant's policy is that I have to take the food to the restaurant so that they can exchange it for the correct one. I live 15 minutes from the restaurant, I have to go to the place again because of a mistake they made, but my biggest question is how hygienic is it that they receive food returns more in times of cov-19 and sell that food to other customers? if to think about what had to happen in the course that that food left the restaurant, it also does not seem to me a correct treatment towards a client

    HORRIBLE experience. Used doordash to order food, the bag inside was not only torn but drenched. Not ONLY were the fries SEVERELY undercooked but containers were only filled half way. Lastly, when I bit into my sandwich I had the unpleasant surprise of a piece of light brown hair. My hair is red. Overall, just an unsatisfactory experience. Tried calling the restaurant during their hours and was told to leave a message all four times because they were unavailable even though I called during the hours of operation.

    The food here is good and the staff here are friendly. I believe the staff here are doing all they can under the circumstances. However, the line of cars backs up all the way to the Safeway. The counter service is closed which was a huge disappointment.

    Look any Chick-fil-A gives excellent service as far as I am concerned. The employers must treat the employees really well cause the line could be in Timbuktu but you will wind up at that window expeditiously! I've always received hot and fresh food too. I normally frequent the RT 40 location

    Service is descent. Most of the employees are pleasant and professional, a few could use some personality training. And they definitely need to re-record the voice-mail greeting. The lady is talking so fast she starts to stumble over her own words. Then there’s my breakfast bowl from today, of which I asked for my sausage “well done”, as always. Not well enough for me and I’m sure if I’m missing some…back to making my own I guess 🤔

    Beware this Chick-fil-A location has no customer service, or respect for their customer, especially Manager Tiara. You cannot give me my food because you asked for my name and phone to identify that the food is mine, knowing fully well that I was at the right space #12 but you can give me a receipt for a refund for the same food you claimed was not mine. I wanted to talk and you said I was interrupting you. I walked back to the store to get the refund receipt and I was called an "African" by your staff to take it easy because I responded to you in the same manner were where talking to me.

    Don’t get me wrong I come here a lot and service is usually great but recently I’ve seen a spike in issues with my orders. I have done curbside ordering and the person couldn’t find my car. I have gotten my order completely wrong. I got fries stuffed with napkins and the quantity was just un-American. I love the food, but if service keeps counting to be bad I will go to Lansdowne or Columbia because they have act together. I recommend only if your in the area and are in the mood for a classic chicken sandwich.

    My favorite chick fila! Service is always great, sometimes a tad slow when they’re busy. However, they usually have 2 people outside taking orders which does speed things up. The servers are always friendly and the food is always good. Love this place!

    This location is going downhill. Can't wait for the Security Mall location to open up... hoping for better professionalism, courtesy and hot food. The quality of service I have received from the last few visits has been horrible at this location. Not sure if management has changed but quality of service definitely has.

    I ordered mini chicken-no butter.. i received mini drenched in butter.. Manager Wale was very polite. After i had to park car and come in store, making me late... the manager gave me a new order of minis but refused to remove the charge.. At McDonald, incorrect order is free..

    Did drive through, but this one was better than some other Chick-Fil-A drive throughs. People were friendly, it was quick, and I wasn't forced to be in the way of any other vehicles on the road or in the parking lot.

    Literally was in the mood for an ice cream cone from Chick fil a. Unfortunately the custard tasted old and stale. It was digusting. And I regret even stopping at this location. Not mention the young lady who prepared it was not wearing gloves and no one had on proper hair garments in the restaurant. Will not be returning this location.

    The food and service is good. But if you ever have a problem, good luck with Chick-fil-A customer service. I wrote to them about a minor issue and their reply was, "Sorry about that, better luck next time." Not what I would call a good response.

    Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Chick-fil-A. Ordered 4 ice cream cones for my family and received shockingly tiny portions, unlike anything I've ever seen from this establishment. The staff was impatient and dismissive, showing no willingness to address our concerns. Their response was essentially 'take it or leave it,' with a suggestion to go elsewhere if we had any issues. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially considering Chick-fil-A's reputation for quality. Our family left feeling frustrated and angry. Won't be returning anytime soon!!😡😡😡

    Today I ordered 3 pack 4 count chicken strips & salad ! It was drive through and its raining outside ! Lunch time , so after a long a wait I got to order my food! Unfortunately , I got 1 pack 4 cnt chicken and salad! Then I have to go inside for my rest of the order ! They did not even Say sorry for that! I feel so disappointed! I am a regular customer over there!

    Service is decent. Staff is always friendly. Although it's conveniently located, the line for drive thru is always long and the parking lot isn't really a good layout for it. Food is served fresh & hot. I hate that they have the regular ketchup packets vs the dip and squeeze ones

    It was the first time we visited the place, but it was a bad experience. We went as a family for dinner. They should teach the employees that customers respect each other even when you're in your free time. It seems that the friends who get to eat for free are More important than the people who paid for the food. I would never eat in that place again. I'm surprised because Chick-fil-A is the best company. We didn't finish eating because it was better to go somewhere else

    Overall pretty good! Chick Fil A food is good in general but the people didn't give us any straws, no dip for the fries (which we asked for) and gave us the incorrect dressings for our salads and 2 extra dressing things for some reason?

    Normally a huge fan and frequent flyer of this location. I have given thank you gifts to the staff here. Today I was given the wrong item in my order. I called and the manager there advised I needed to being the receipt ( no problen) AND the food item received in error within the next 30 days. Huh? I made sure i heard her correctly by repeating what she said. I needed to bring the food item back in error in the next 30 days and the receipt to get the correct item. That doesn't seem sanitary or customer friendly at all.

    This location was super fast. My order taker knew the menu and was able to process my transaction in less than a minute. There were 2 lanes to the drive through and the people running the other lane were having some difficulties, that lane ran much slower. But my modified order came out correct and speedy. Good luck choosing the faster lane!

    The customer service was great the team was personable and effect the …. The food however was pretty bad and the lemonade which was my favorite until now was watered down and didn’t have that sweet tangy taste… making this a less than mediocre experience ☹️

    So I went thru the drive thru this evening. I don't understand why your employees either don't listen or just refuse to go by the order. I asked for 4 Chick Fil A sauces and get 2. Honor the request of your customers. Don't apologize because I've heard one already. Tell the employees in the store to fill the order your customer request.

    This is one of my favorite locations. The food is usually fresh. The service is okay. I gave only 4 stars because items have been missed and once the server dropped 4 large drinks on my lap. But I’m forgiving🥹
