Worst
IHOP
ever!
Ordered
my
food
via
the
website
and
selected
curbside
pickup.
Food
never
came
out
so
I
went
in
after
20
mins
of
waiting
for
my
order
upon
the
host
checking
in
the
kitchen
the
host
told
me
it
would
be
5
more
mins,
after
20
mins
I
asked
for
a
status
update
and
I
was
told
that
the
food
is
ready
but
I
had
to
wait
until
they
bagged
the
orders
in
front
of
mine
which
is
the
normal
process
(I
was
fine
with
that).
Once
I
received
my
food
I
proceeded
to
the
car.
When
I
checked
my
food
the
pancakes
were
undercooked
and
the
sirloin
tips
were
a
cut
up
burger
🤮.
I
went
back
in
and
asked
for
a
manager.
I
was
told
that
the
manager
Trayonna
was
cooking
on
the
line
and
that
it
would
be
a
wait
(I
patiently
waited
while
others
around
me
fussed
and
cursed
due
to
bad
service).
The
manager
passed
by
me
twice
and
didn’t
acknowledge
me
until
I
asked
her
are
you
the
manager.
I
waited
a
total
of
one
hour
and
she
asked
me
to
come
back
for
a
refund
when
I
said
no
she
asked
could
she
call
me
at
2-3pm
when
service
slows
down
(l
was
fine
with
that).
I
called
her
at
3:50
because
I
never
heard
from
her
and
she
tells
me
the
GM
is
working
on
my
refund.
Now
it
is
6:30
pm
and
I
decided
to
go
back
to
check
on
my
refund
because
I
haven’t
heard
back
and
I
didn’t
get
a
written
agreement
that
she
would
process
my
refund.
Here
I
am
again
waiting,
it’s
been
20
mins
and
the
manager
Trayonna
hasn’t
came
out
to
acknowledge
me
she
had
the
staff
relay
the
message
that
she’s
working
on
it.
The
GM
was
never
here
so
she
lied.
This
could
have
been
easily
resolved
if
the
manager
has
better
communication
skills.
I
would
love
to
talk
to
the
GM’s
Ron
or
Nya.
