    Very poor drive-thru service. Gave me soda and told me to pull into space #1 to wait for food. Waited for what felt like 10 minutes. Then, short guy with ponytail came out with my food and gave me a lot of back talk when I asked him for sauce for my spicy chicken nuggets. He said I didn't ask for sauce when I ordered. I then asked can I have some sauce for my nuggets since I didn't ask. He said next time, ask for sauce when I order (with an attitude). He went to drive through window and got BBQ sauce and brought it to me. Mentioned again that I didn't order sauce with an attitude. I said, "Sir, please remember I'm the customer". He began to mumble something and walked away. Very bad experience. Maybe it's to be expected at McDonald's these days.

    I waited over 30 minutes for my curbside order and after calling the restaurant they say that curbside is closed and they can’t send anyone out because the door is locked (although I was able to place a curbside order on the app). Then a young lady went on to say that I should’ve known that when no one came out for so long. I wasn’t about to have a back and forth so this review will do.

    I was in the dining room today trying to feed my daughter. I go up to the register but before the cashier can take my order the manger comes over and tells him to run a drive through order out side. The kid apologized for not taking my order but the manager said nothing to me and walks back to bagging drive through orders up. I'm left there standing still waiting for someone to take my order. I call out to the manager he ignores me, so I say Hey can someone take my order? He finally looks at me again and says use the kiosk then goes back to bagging drive through! Since when does the customer gets treated like this!?!

    Thanks for wasting my time. Came for an interview, was told that I was hired and had to wait for an orientation day. The store manager couldn’t even introduce himself, he made a shift manager interview me instead. Then I was told that I would be notified about the orientation date and location, it’s been 2-3 weeks? I couldn’t even contact the store because their phone is cut off. I can’t even get in contact with the store manager to get an explanation as to why they basically ghosted me because he didn’t even the decency to give me his number. Very unprofessional and not reliable whatsoever, especially in times where people need jobs. You guys basically “hire” people, then go ghost.

    Just an FYI they force you to spend more money here by saying you can't order individual items you HAVE TO order a large meal. Oh and don't even bother asking the manager for an explanation on this rule. SO RUDE. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT COME HERE!!!!! THEY WILL NOT BE NICE TO YOU AND TRY TO ROB YOU!!! WASTE OF MY TIME!!

    After 11PM they always try to get you to purchase “Large” meals only. Where does it say that they do not serve regular/medium meals after a certain time? This is ridiculous, why are they taking advantage of customers. What number or email can be contacted to put in a complaint?

    My main gripe about this location is they "always" give you a half container of Fries. With prices so high at McDonalds, they should at least fill the Fry containers. I always look in the bag before I leave and I have to ask them to please fill the container. They then fill the containers, sometimes with nasty looks. Some of the looks almost prompt me to ask for my money back.

    This place is complete garbage I put in a curbside order because the drive-through line was extremely long coming outside of the parking lot long and I literally waited longer than the last person in the drive-through line to get my food and I had to get out of my car and go in and get it myself while my food sat cold on the counter they refuse to give me fresh fries and fresh food is absolutely ridiculous and trying to get a refund good luck with that one

    Says 24hrs but at 3:30am pulled up and no one came to answer the speaker for 10mins, pulled up to the window and the girl told us they were closed and only open for DoorDash???? That's highly odd and if that's the case change your hours online so you don't give people false hope

    I don't always go to McDonald's but I was in the area and I needed to get something to eat for health problems. What I enjoyed was the frozen drink good job the chicken sandwich was okay didn't like the dress I think it was mayonnaise that was not a good fit.

    Went through the drive through to grab some oatmeal. It was yummy. The condiments for Fresh too. Diced apples, with a pack of Craisins to go inside of my maple brown sugar oatmeal. Scrumptious. There was no line and the service was fast.

    McDonald’s has went down so much. It’s not the same. I remember being a kid and couldn’t wait to go to McDonald’s. I can’t believe that McDonald’s is worth billions/trillions now and they charge 10 cents for extra pickles. Or BBQ sauce. Thing’s like that. Is that 10 cents really gonna make a big difference for your trillions you already have. The attitudes I get when I go there make me feel uncomfortable. I wish McDonald’s was still the same way when I was just a kid. Now they are greedy. Ketchup packets, I just got 4 large fries and I am only allowed to have 4 packs of ketchup. Come on millionaires!!! Stop being so greedy with your customers when they are spending their money.

    Food was fresh hot the service was friendly and polite most importantly the bathroom's was clean and so was the dining area. Thank you God 🙏🏾🙏🏾 the managers and employees at the McDonald's here in Baltimore City can really take a few lessons from.

    The staff changed and they are racist They always talking in spanish and talking and laughing at customers. Since the staff changed they put the sweet tea in the back and leave the sodas out. They are the same way with the napkins. I understand cost, but the attitude is poor when it comes to people of color. The male manager is very rude. Alphonso is a sweetheart. Change your attitude or the same way you treat others you will soon be treated the ssme

    They charged $4.50 for 2, slices of bacon...seriously. I also asked for quarter pounder patties and they gave me scrawny small hamburger patties that were nuked. Usually McDonalds is very good. Not this location. Will not go back.

    I'm a grill veteran of McDonald's they had a strong crew in there this Wednesday night! It was straight packed in the drive thru but I know from experience it don't mean you have to wait long they was pushing it right through I never had to put my car in park good job tonight!

    Very unprofessional on December 18th, 2021. Doors were locked with I’m assuming staff and their families happily eating and watching customers as they tried to come in or proceed through the drive-thru window. Tried going through the drive-thru and there was no operator to take my order there nor the window, even though lights and people were inside. Will definitely report this location to a consumer’s department to see immediate staff turnover for misconduct while business was open.

    Clean, spotless. Even the bathrooms. My mom and I wanted breakfast, but arrived a few minutes after they stopped serving breakfast. However they made an exception. They even delivered it to our table. I wish all McDonalds were like this one.

    Ordered a large fry and large coke, sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes with three people ahead of me and they gave me a Diet Coke instead of regular. They had half an hour to get two items correct and still got one wrong

    BAD, BAD, BAD!!! LOCATION is bad, food is the usual. Service the same as every where. Drive thru is the same at all fastfood restaurants. This is one location that should have either been moved or they should have purchased the land around it to expand away from the busy main route road in this area. Not sure that when they decide on a location to build, they think of how much the area will expand. Unless you are truly hungry and you don't want any of the other stuff in the area, I would avoid this one.

    Earlier today, I went to the drive-through to order a couple of meals for me and my son. He ordered a happy meal with a Mango pineapple Smoothie. The smoothie they gave me was leaking because it was filled beyond capacity. I requested a few more napkins to clean it, but that didn't help. The cup continued leaking. I asked the young lady in the drive-through to please wipe the cup for me. She told me to use the napkins, then she shut the drive-through door and proceeded to ignore me. I have never experienced that level of rudeness from a place of business. #NeverBuyingFromThemAgain. No longer deviating from Chick-Fil-A.
