I have eaten @ chipotle for years. This chipotle location is by far THEE worst. The tacos are always almost empty but the prices keep on going up of course. My entire office building complex has stopped eating here and all the individuals I know in the area have done the same. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste ur money here!!! Truly pathetic!!!

ordered a bowl, drove 20 minutes back home to realize they gave me the wrong bowl. came back drove ANOTHER 20 minutes from them to not even apologize, then tell us they don’t have even have white rice , so when we ask for a refund the other girl comes from the back and says just give them white rice , then they pull some from the back, the other girl was just being lazy to give us white rice . worst customer service ever . If I could give a negating star I would.

Chipotle is already a mediocre establishment. But this is easily the worst Chipotle in the world. I have traveled around the USA for many years so I have somewhat of an idea what I'm talking about. All the workers are very young high school kids who obviously have never prepared a meal let alone a burrito. Not once have the rolled the burrito correctly. You get a soup instead of the Mexican classic. Never will I go back.

Went in to pick up my online order which was behind the counter but couldn’t get the attention of the employees. Seems like the customers ahead of us were friends or employees as they were busy chitchatting and going behind the counter to give hugs and say goodbye. The “customers” left and the employees continued to ignore us. I actually had to get their attention for them to just hand me my order! Service is just not the best here, which is why we online order.

This specific location isn’t the best chipotle there is. I ask for double meat yet still manage to get the amount of one scoop. I think it’s better to drive a few miles than go to this location in ELMHURST. They just skip you out a lot on things like guac and meats. But the service is pretty good. Just average teenagers working who are super friendly!

Wow! This is the 2nd time I’m coming to order in person. I always get a bowl with white rice and chicken. Every time they fill the plate is usually 1/4 and I have to ask for extra! They will purposefully fill just enough the cover the bottom! Terrible! The prices have not gone down for them to do that! Not impressed! Save your money!

I’ve been going to this chipotle most of my life and I’ve never had a problem until today. Granted, I walked in about 30ish minutes before closing so I know everyone must’ve been tired & ready to go home. However, that never excuses unwarranted rudeness! Tonight I walk in and get my order that I get everytime. I ordered kids byo tacos. I swapped out the taco shells for a side, like I always do with no problem for the last 7 years that I’ve had this order. The meal is supposed to be $5 and the cashier somehow was charging me $15. She proceeded to get her manager to figure it out so that I wasn’t overcharged. The manager was nothing but rude from the get go, with snarky comments like “lets just get her out of here” talking about me, standing infront of the cashier waiting for them to charge me the right price. They were also out of the chips that come with my meal and whenever this has happened at every other chipotle, out of courtesy for being poorly managed and running out of inventory, they have given me the normal sized chips. This manager scoffed at me and in a rude and agitated tone says “well we’re out of chips”. I bought my meal and walked out feeling genuinely confused as to why the manager was so unprofessional and rude to me for simply asking them to correct the overcharge? I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 5+ years and not once have I brought my insecurities to work. This manager is clearly unhappy in her life and she was taking it out on me. Do better!
