This was a terrible experience!! I ordered 2 sourdough breakfast sandwiches and neither one of them was toasted. The guy also didn't give me my receipt but that's my fault for pulling off without checking. Anyway I called to let him know my bread wasn't toasted he began talking fast and unintelligible annnd hung the phone up. I was not in a position to go back to the store because I had to be at work. Rude, poor customer service, annnd had the nerve to give me plain bread for 2 sandwiches that should be toasted. This Dunkin Donuts does not deserve anybody money!! I have always had an issue at this Dunkin’. The simplest drinks are always made wrong somehow, the food is sloppily thrown together while still being cold in the middle, the drive thru line takes forever, and the staff are just plain rude. If they get your drink order correct, there will always be so much ice that you only get 1/4 cup of liquid. So much sugar you’ll feel like you’re eating the sand grains a child threw in your face. Yes, it’s close to the highway, but if you’re going for quality, go to the Dunkin’ on Bloomimgdale and Army trail. Avoid this Dunkin’ at all costs!

They seem to mess up every single order they take. No matter how many times I go, they always end up getting something wrong or being sold out of product. This is the closest Dunkin near me, but I will go the extra distance to avoid this one.

This is by far the worst dunkin dounuts I have ever been to. It’s the closest one to my house so now I drive and extra 5 mins in the opposite direction in the morning for my coffee. People are rude everyone that works here seems like they don’t want to be there. If I order food it’s either burnt or stale. The coffee is so random sometimes it taste like normal dunkin coffee and then sometimes it is terrible.

I ordered 25 doughnut holes half chocolate half glazed old fashion. They gave me 7 powdered which I didn't order then they were rock hard like powdered rocks. I called to complain and the guy tells me he is busy then hands up on my. It's 10:30 at night. How is he busy. Time to call corporate.

Terrible service! Terrible food! Overcharged and didn't put receipt in bag. (I should've checked) Did not even toast the bread on my sourdough sandwich. And when I called to say hey, my sandwich isn't toasted, he began raising his voice and talking in a manner I couldn't understand.... The icing on the cake...hung the phone up after all of that. I don't know who governs DD, but I will be reporting them everywhere!!

Love this location the people are actually nice and they listen to what I want when ordering.

Stay so far away from this dunkin. First I came way before the remodeling they didn't know what a frozen coffee was. Everytime after they tell me they don't have it or don't know what it is. The employees are rude. Now they are remodeling and tell me they don't have the frozen coffee cause of the remodeling

Depending on who's working that day decides if you get everything you ordered. If it's a competent employee they'll get your order right. If it isn't which usually happens later at night cause it's a 24 hour location, 9 times out of 10 they'll mess up your order.

They burnt my bagel.. Coffee was good though.. The speaker system needs a good tuning. Kool stickers on the pole near the drive thru window! The gentleman at the drive thru window had great customer service skills. I'll stop by again when I'm in the area.

They forgot my mocha swirl and they put a hair on my doughnut🤢🤢

I eat donuts from Dunkin all the time (different locations), but at this location the donuts were not fresh at all. Beside that all the team members were peeping inside my car at drive through, that was little creepy.

I waited at the counter for someone to come and take my order for 5 mn before any of the three clerks noticed me. Then they told me that they didn’t have napkins! How do you run out of napkins?? This Dunkin looks like a very disorganized place. I never seen a Dunkin Donuts like this one before.

I'm here like every day on my way home from the night shift. They are fast and always get my order right. Coffee is always fresh and people always pleasant. The only thing I wish they would do is put garbage cans out because people always throw trash all over the lawn since there are no cans. I mean if ya gotta pick up trash people leave, Maybe take the hint and put out trash cans.

Open 24 hours and DID NOT HAVE HONEY. Tea starts my day, with honey NOT SUGAR. Bagel was hard not fresh and barely toasted. I asked for roasted!

Early morning guy is super lazy. Says manager tells them not to stir any coffee.. lazy but they want 15 bucks an hour.. STIR EVERY COFFEE LAZY AZZ

Been going to this place for about 5 months now and I just realized they have been double charging me. Not all the time, but at least 3 times a month. I won't be going back and I notified my bank.

Terrible customer service. They act almost annoyed that you’re there. I went inside, and no one was waiting in line, but it still took almost 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me.

This is the best Dunkin in the area. I’ve tried other ones multiple times and this is the only one I’ll go to now. The staff is nice and the guy this morning was putting in effort to make sure I got what I was wanting and I appreciate that; I wish I got his name. You guys are awesome and appreciated, thank you!!!

I just bought 2 order of 10 munchkins and they came only 9 (NINE) in each container. Why did you not discount the 2 less from my bill. BE CAREFUL with this store, they are stilling your money. I want my money back! Worse experience ever with Dunkin. I hope the manager will be a serious person and contact me.

Worst dunkin I have ever had. Can't even make a grilled cheese correctly. Just put a peice of cheese and didn't even melt it. And Ice coffee tastes like toilet water. Absolutly terrible.

Just came to pick up a small delivery order. First I went to the door and it was locked. Was a little confused but it’s about 8 pm so thought oh well maybe it closed inside already. Went thru the drive thru and it wasn’t ready for pick up yet and the hours say till 9 pm drive thru 24 hours.
