I discovered this restaurant via Google reviews. And we really really enjoyed the food and the service. The chef (the one who looks like the advertisement photo 🙂) came out and recommended his skewed meals. And he is right 👍 I think we will come back for pita. The price is good w/o any service charge.

If you want to enjoy local great tasty food this is the restaurant you should visit. This is not a tourist restaurant. The owner is very professional and he uses only high quality ingredients. We have been eating at this restaurant every time we are in Istanbul for several years. The owner and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. We can’t wait to get back again!

We were looking for a place to have dinner with authentic Turkish flavours, and we're so glad we happened to come across Chef Ramo. Honestly, besides the outstanding service, the food was the best we've had in the whole of Istanbul - taste, presentation and preparation time. Everything was flavoursome and delicious. Chef Ramo was very friendly, attentive and down to earth and it was a pleasure meeting with him and the lovely staff member serving us. Will definitely visit you again next trip brother In sha Allah! We were a bit suspicious initially about this restaurant as we could see 1k+ reviews in Google Maps, and only 22 in TripAdvisor. However we decided to give it a try. We went for Adana Kebab and Chicken Casserole. Adana Kebab was good and met my expectations of how it should taste in a decent restaurant. However Chicken Casserole that my wife ordered was simply amazing! So nice bland of spices! I wish we found it not on the last evening in the city… I am going at least to order that dish for a takeaway to the airplane on my way back home. As a nice bonus we got two complementary Turkish teas in the end. Final bill was also as per menu (without service fees which started getting popular in Istanbul recently).

I arrived in Istanbul and was looking for a restaurant to have my first meal and I happened to come across this restaurant by chance. They are located beneath Fatih area, easy to locate yet far from crowded places that makes the restaurant more cozy and serene feeling like a home which strikes me the most. I was welcomed by their friendly staff, all smiling and willing to help. The menu has great selection of dishes. As I was new in the city, the Chef recommended some dishes to me and it was beyond my expectation! The foods were full of flavours and worth every bite, not to mention the quality of meat were very impressive too! From the starter to the dessert, the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. Also, hats off to all the staff. Their customer service is superb by ensuring customer’s satisfaction. A must-try restaurant and definitely a 10 out of 10.

The best kebab in Istanbul, Chef Ramo likes to host and you feel like home there, excellent and fresh food made on the spot with a lot of love and a taste that is second to none in Istanbul, we eat so fast i couldn't take a picture of the kebab😅 it was amazing!! Thank you chef Ramo!

We ate the best Turkish food ( breakfast and lunch, and the salad is great) at this restaurant, the food there is great and the stuff are the best, with a big smile all the time; chef Ramo is a very friendly, nice person and the Afghanis guy working there Islameddine I think is a very nice and helpful and very patient with me because I am in gluten free diet.I will definitely eat there in my next trip to Istanbul.

i been here twice first i ordered kebab was delightfull second time i ordered burger never eat such a tasty burger in my life thanks chef Ramo you are the best so far

Excellent food and unbelievable service. We even got to meet Chief Ramo (the one in the picture) in person, and take pictures with him. A definite 100%. Keep up the great work.
