It's a great place to shop. Outdoor vendors are also good. The toy section isn't that big, they run out of advertised products too quickly. I feel like they should have more check outs because the lines tend to get long and holiday shopping makes it even worse.

Getting on base lately has been a big challenge, even during the week. But, once you get through the gate I'm grateful for this place. I am able to complete most of my family shopping needs here. Looking at new furniture for our home. There are also great entertainment choices of TV, computer and stereo equipment. Best part is NO taxes and you don't get asked about paying for the bags to carry out your purchases in.

Highly recommended for shopping; there were great deals at this store! We came and visited at this location in July, and we came back twice because we liked the shopping experience. Shout out to Imelda and Alicia for being rockstars! They treated us nicely and made sure that we were very well taken care of!

USELESS Employees have no customer service skills, more worried about if i payed for a water bottle i brought in, rather than provide good customer service. More worried about chit chatting to eachother and talking about customers. Not a friendly face in sight, seemed rushed to get to the next customer before they are even finished with you. Unprepared, unfriendly, ignorant and rude. I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here. Worst exchange I have been to. Of all the times I have shopped here not a single one was even close to good.

The employees are friendly, location is well maintained, choices are abundant and we enjoy our visits to this installation. Even the MP’s at the front gate are very respectful and professional. My family enjoys our trips to this base.

Busy shopping area. Lots of traffic coming in & out. Store has a huge selection of items. Sales Clerks are busy helping customers. Many vendors setup outside the store too and a big food court area.

I feel like this store only serves retired dependent wives that have lame taste in clothes and jewelry. Also they have a charge point charger but it is in the back and half the time it is broken.

The staff here were very helpful and friendly. Was able to find the TP Link wifi extender for a reasonable price and the checkout counter. I was given a five percent discount for using the military star card there for the first time. The store was very clean and very well stocked.

Navy Exchange main San Diego, CA. On 10/12/22, around 1300, I met with manager Steve. I had made purchases that I found out had some discrepancies in advertised prices. He was extremely helpful, patient, kind and willing to take the time to explain what happen. He represented excellent customer service and knew the store policies and procedures. Rieshone also assisted me. She was efficient, smiles, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you both.
