Tried to redeem my birthday drink after getting several emails and app alerts. When I got to the window to pay, the staff member told me it had already be redeemed. And then got very dismissive and acted like I was trying to scam a drink. It still showed as active on my app and I had not redeemed it already. The staff worker was a bit rude and dismissive and just shrugged it off. So I left and grabbed a great ice coffee next door at Da Vinci’s. Thanks for that signature stellar service, Starbs.

I have loved Starbucks since I visited the first ever location in Seattle Washington. This location has it rough due to being the only one around for 60 miles so they're always busy but most of them are doing their best. The manager is very nice and accommodating and there's a girl with a long blonde ponytail who should be bumped up to assistant manager because she always makes the drinks correctly(matcha tea-shaken) and even under pressure shows composure to upset customers and quickly gets to work on making them happy.

This location is very bad. The poorly designed drive thru causes traffic blocks in the parking lot from all directions. The drive thru itself is designed unintelligently where full sized trucks barely can even make the turns in the drive thru. The wait to get a drink is absurdly long and if you go walk inside to make an order it is equally if not slower. The most frustrating part is it is an hour and a half to the nearest Starbucks so you can’t go anywhere else. Every time I go here I become angry.

Very unimpressed with the service. I displayed my 50% off coupon to the barista as instructed by the app and the barista said he could not use it without a code. A code is not provided on the app. It simply says to show the barista to redeem. The employee seems uneducated on his job.

Employees busted around for drive through but I sat inside for 35 minutes waiting for 2 coffees. Should be warnings or notifications for extended waits.

Drive thru employee was not having a good day...they were out of most every sweet snack items...and the cheese Danish I had was so-so. I don't frequent them, but my daughters do. I just happened to be with one of them this time.

The coffee was fine but the drive thru worker was rude.They also could not find my pickup order and I had to park and go in to find it myself.

Very poor service and drink was terrible. I always get the same thing and for what ever reason it was just not good.

This Starbucks is always friendly and quick, and they get the order right! This is a good place to sit and relax with a drink and friends or grab a quick drink.

I love this store, everyone is usually pretty nice and it's always clean. My only issue is that 50% of the time, they always make my order with regular espresso, when I specifically ask for blonde. They're always happy to remake it, but I wish I didn't have to ask in the first place.

They were all friendly, and were very helpful with everything.

When I placed my order today I was treated rudely by a barista and the. When I drove up to get my order while the window was opened I could hear her talking bad about me! Right in front of me! And then on top of it she made my drinks wrong ! So I told the nice guy at the window to let her know I heard her talking about me , he replied “ yeah she knows” I felt bad for him because he was so nice and probably felt embarrassed for her! She should be ashamed and if the manager was working with them , the manager surely heard her bashing and did nothing to stop it. If she does it to me , I’m sure she does it to everyone and gets away with it! Way to go Enid Starbucks! Way to go!

My first cinnamon nitro blend with cold foam, it was lovely and now my favorite drink. It was perfect not bitter but not too sweet. Thanks Starbucks

Usually we love it but this time the got the order wrong. They acted put out because it happened. We paid for what we ordered but not what we got. They did not insist on getting us the right order. Not sure about going back to that one

It's good but the service is slooooow. We need another one in this town to help these poor guys out because I can see the whole town gets drinks there judging by the line always being out to the street.

The staff are always so friendly and make the best drinks in Enid !! 🤤🤩
