Food is good every time, honestly 5 * worthy as far as fast food goes. What makes this a 4 * is the drive thru. Everytime I come here I need to get here before I'm hungry. Line of cars wrapped around the parking lot and blocking traffic. So I know your not hurting for business. I mean come on Taco Bell, weed is legal here. You need more than one lane. You can't make some of the best munchies and then restrict your drive thru in the same manner as my arteries after a Double XL Chalupa craving. I'm not asking for you to launch a Beefy 5 Layer Burrito at me from an improvised potato canon as I drive past, though one can dream. I just think that a second lane would be great. Before I step down from my $5 Box I ask, bring back the Cap'n Crunch Delights.

Food was good the landscaping was dying. Whoever takes care of it isn't doing there job. Dead trees around drive-thru made me wonder if they were safe

Taco Bell. I've ordered from you twice through door dash and both times you forgot my fire sauce. What's the point of making me order it if you aren't going to bother putting it in the bag. That's not door dash's job. It's yours. When I order from you again and you remember my taco sauce...I will give you 5 stars. If you forget again you go down to 1-star. Bad bad. Shame on you.

I just don't understand what the point is in placing a mobil order if they don't even start making your food until you check in at the drive thru! There is no skipping any wait when you have to wait to get to the order post, then you wait more to get to the window, and even still your food isn't ready because they didn't start it until after they checked you in! Had to wait 20 minutes for them to make our food and we placed our order 10-15 mins before we even got there, we only ordered 6 items!

Ordered online. Picked up order which was packaged and sealed. When we got home with the order, it was the wrong order, nothing near what we ordered, even though our name was written on the bag. Manager was apologetic when we called about the mix-up. We had to make a second trip back to get what we ordered originally.

Could not get the order right and we had to ask multiple times for the right drinks and forks to eat with. Also observed a hair taken out of a drink with bare hands and lid put back on drink

This is, without a doubt, the best Taco Bell I have ever had the pleasure of eating at -- anywhere in the country. The fella that works the register is legit. Pure hustle. We've been here three times and every time he is spot on. He comes to check on you multiple times and even offers to clean your tray for you. You just don't see that anymore. He greets you as a friend and makes you feel at home. The food is really good, too. They always execute it well, which is hard for Taco Bell's forever revolving menu options. Great food. Great people. Great spot. Enid -- you are lucky.

The two lady's working this morning. I absolutely love you! They went way beyond to help me carry a door dash order out to my car because my thumb is bruised. I really appreciate the love and kindness from them. That really made my day. Thank you.

The workers are super slow, they are usually talking or smoking outside. Take 45 minutes just to get an order! Needs a new staff and new leadership. Disgraceful

My lady ordered me a Dorito Taco Supreme and a bean burrito so that I could make my own DoubleDeckerDoritoTacoSupreme but they rudely corrected my lady giving the abbreviation for the Doritos Crunchy Taco Supreme and then didn’t give me any sour cream, no tomatoes no nothing.. where was the supremacy? Dissatisfied Customers

The food was simply taco bell food but other then the older gentleman working the front the front needs some work. 2 female workers where either in the lobby chatting to each other or on there phones when the womens room needed attention. The gentleman and and kitchen deserves 5 stars while the 2 womens get nothing.

The male manager is rude. To the point where he said his boss had no day what she was talking about. I specifically called and told them not to put chicken on my order for my meal and the lady got it right but he made my door dasher come back and put it back to chicken. Which I had an allergic reaction too. The other manager specifically said to give me a free delux box and he said she had no idea what she was talk about. Not even my drink was correct. And they didn’t even have additional taco that I ordered. Than he continued to argue with me instead of trying to fix the issue and got super paranoid when I said I called corporate so it’s obvious it’s not the first time the store has had issues with his behavior. Not one order in the last 30 days has been correct in the evening. The morning staff is great including the manager above him. He’s terrible. How hard is it to get an order right? Todays my bday. Ty to the manager for ruining it. 😡🤬

Food was decent and didn't have any stomach problems but you didn't get my order right... still ate it cuz I was hungry. Online app wouldn't work and charged my card 3 times but canceled thankfully.

The taco bell is nice enough and they don't mess up orders that often. There are all too often huge and very slowwww moving lines! I hate it and Enid needs a 2nd location!

  • 3/5 Patsy C. 7 months ago on Google
There were 2 cars ahead of me. The line moved slow. It was around 3pm. The checkout female seemed pleasant but tired. Saw a taller male with tattoos on back of his neck prepping. Food was good except the chicken quesadilla had hot sauce on one side. I had requested no hot sauce. Took off two stars for that and due to the fact there were no additional cars. On the bright side, service was relatively quick, food hot and delish. Could have been an off time.

All of the tables were dirty and they weren’t very busy in the lobby. The man at the register was wearing gloves and constantly picking at his face, touching his hair, scratching his arms, and then turning around and touching the cups and trays. The food was dry, we asked for sauce in our nitrites and they put a tiny about of sauce at the ends of the burritos.

Ordered over $40 worth of food and they only got half the order correct. Causing myself not to be able to eat due to what was put on my plain Taco. Then had to fix my kids food so she would eat it. The drinks tasted awful.

The food was typical Taco Bell food, but the staff provided excellent service. I have eaten at this Taco Bell before and the service has always been good, but this last experience was the best experience I have ever excountered at any Taco Bell!!

  • 5/5 Gina C. 1 year ago on Google
My kids are sort of obsessed with the nacho fries & we've had lunch here about once a week for around a month. The food is good enough but my 5 stars are really more about Kent K who works the front counter. Both of my kids are autistic and he has been incredibly kind and patient with them. That made me watch his interactions with others and he really is a rarity among customer service workers. He's the star of the show at Taco Bell

  • 4/5 Dustin R. 1 year ago on Google
Food was hot and tasted good. Why can't they give me napkins? That and wait time in drive thru loses a star.

  • 1/5 wildcountry72 1 year ago on Google
I went to order a deluxe cravings box as their menu said, the person told me that's only on the app. It doesn't say it on the sign, then she deleted my order and told me have a nice day. Complete false advertisement. If it's only on the app it should never be on the main sign. Total bs. Well never visit there again.

Missing 2 hard tacos, and no seasoning on the "nacho" fries, which were also soggy. I ordered a box, and other tacos. I realized I was missing a taco, went back got it. Then when I made it home and realized they hadn't put a taco in the box either. They need to pay attention when getting orders together. Really frustrating!!

I’m not sure the name of the guy running the drive-thru window right now, wish I would have asked. He was the absolute sweetest guy! My order was quick and correct.

When you know what to expect, it helps you give a fair rating. By no means does this make Taco Bell a 4 star restaurant among other restaurants I’ve eaten at, but as far as what is advertised, what is delivered and the current staff at this particular joint, it is a solid 3.5 I came on a late Thursday night and the line of cars went down the street. The inside as just as busy. The restrooms weren’t very clean, but the seating area was decent. The staff was clear, although they were young and avoided eye contact. The food was hot, all there, and wrapped okay. Can’t complain since I knew what to expect.

Ordered Uber eats and didn’t wanna leave the review for the driver because he was great. But I ordered $20 worth of food and not a SINGLE sauce packet was in my bag. And I ordered 10…sad day.

Hit or miss, when the manager isn't there, or at least when she isn't noticable. The employees are happy, chatty, and knock orders out. When she is there, she'll come up in front of customers and repremand workers, if a customer tells her to cool it, she threatens to kick them out. Fire that hag and have happy employees.

Seems that portion sizes have gone down, and prices up. Also, there was a huge puddle of water on the floor with a mop bucket, and tables were dirty; though they weren't busy. But food quality is still good.

This location has gone downhill over the last couple of months. I eat here almost everyday as I am working away from home, and I prefer the food over fast food hamburgers. There are a few really friendly and helpful employees; however they have a bad habit of putting my food on a table behind the counter and not calling out a name. Nobody works the front counter, so it takes a while to get someone's attention to get the food. Today I finally gave up and walked behind the counter to get the food myself. The bag was taped up so much I just had to tear the bag to get my food, and my bag of nachos was upside down l, so they spilled out. Also the wifi almost never works anymore.

The food is always really good and super fresh . The employees that worked the day we went were very friendly and polite. Just throwing it out there they do need change js. I'm sure any change would be helpful to them as alot of other places right now .

Didn't get all of order. I suggest you check your order before you leave parking lot. We ordered a total of 8 items and when we checked at home only had six. Food was good and properly made.

They have the nicest people working at this Taco Bell! I honestly was surprised how genuinely nice and helpful the employees were at this restaurant. The food is just fine as all Taco Bells tend to be similar in food preparation and quality, they are fine, nothing to rave about but a decent fast food chain.

The last time I went there. It took over an hour and a half to get through the drive-thru. There food quality has gone down hill for sure.

  • 2/5 Chantay S. 1 year ago on Google
I got no sauce even though they asked if I wanted it, and no napkins. I ordered a number 6 both my Chicken Chalupas and taco were cold. Normally there food is good but not tonight.

Either expect your food to be wrong or prepare to sit in line for 45 min to an hour. Never a good experience. I live in OKC with much longer lines than this location and I never have to wait more than 25-30 min at most. Really not sure why it takes as long as it does but I hope in the future you guys are able to have proper staff to keep up with those 1:00am munchies.

👍👍 This place is so beautiful and has pretty good food. It’s not super authentic, but definitely tasty and well cooked. My dad’s steak was great. We also really liked the chorizo con queso dip. My street tacos were also really good. The atmosphere inside was so inviting and our server was very kind.
