Was one of 2 people inside and waited 15 minutes for a sandwich while they pumped through about 8 drive through cars. Unacceptable, your drive through time is not that important to ignore other customers.

Let's get right into it. The staff here I have to say are the best. I haven't had this deliciousness in a couple years. Tried there Deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese and sauce on the side. Had to pair it with there fries and a nice milkshake. This was there peppermint version and did it hit the spot perfectly. This sandwich had a hefty portion of chicken cooked well and the sauce is what does it for me. Now it's time for the rating yes I gave it 5 stars but my personal rating. For the review I would give it a 4.5 out of 10. To me the sauce it was gives it that delicious aspect. The sandwich alone isn't that fried to perfection I was looking for. Always a pleasure to stop at Chick-fil-A here in Enid. Granted it's the only CFA in Enid, OK but they have not let me down. Other locations in larger markets offer freebies and do special things for their top tier app customers but this location never has in the 2 years I've live here. I believe that is due to being the only CFA in town. Other than that, the crew has always been great. I've had a couple times over the couple years that something was missing from my order. However, with the number of times I've been to this CFA the % is extremely low compared to other fast food places in town that my family eats less frequently but always has our order wrong. Staff... A+ Food... A+ Perks for top tier customers... F

Changing my previous 5 star to 4. Here lately they have been slipping on service. And more than a couple times I've had to go back in to get my dressing for my salad

Connie (Owner) must use some kind of sorcery to make those long drive thru lines disappear in minutes! I honestly don't know how she does it. This place runs like a well oiled machine! Every other drive thru restaurant (wink wink Taco Bell) should literally take lessons from Chick-fil-A!! Can't go wrong with a chicken sandwich or some nuggets, fries and a large ice cold lemonade! I love that they give their employees Sundays off, but why do I always crave Chick-fil-A the most on Sundays?? LOL 🤣 Fabulous little place Connie has here!!

Came threw the drive threw tonight. Sat in the left stall for about 15min watching 4 cars come threw the right stall. Then someone came on the intercom seemed to be the same voice I heard on the stall to my right. Placed my order then no response. Waited on a response with 2 more cars passing threw the other lane. Proceeded to pull around where I asked if they had gotten my order in which the lady did not place it. Was told that they could place it at the window. Where the girl that took my order tried to gaslight me, by telling me her battery died and by time she got it replaced that i was yelling at her and so she didn't place the order. I sat in this drivethrew for 30 MINUTES and watched 6 cars get served. In which I had to cut in. Hands down WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. HAVE HAD BETTER SERVICE AT MCDONALD'S. *The food was cold.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and chicken nuggets to go and when I got in the car there was only one sandwiches. I paid for 2 and only got one. This makes me very mad 😡. My kids said it was good but I wouldn't no cause I did get to eat.

I'm only giving them a 3 due to the fact that they couldn't thank the customer. Even after I thanked them they still couldn't thank me or even acknowledge that I had thanked them. Definitely not my Kansas Chick-fil-a.

I've never been a fan of this fast food chain, but my fiance loves it. I ordered a chicken club and was surprised that there wasn't any dressing on it. So it was dry. I ordered my fries without salt, no can do. I also ordered my fries extra crispy, again no can do. Any other fast food chain will special order my fries. My fiance can eat there, I'll go down the road to Sonic.

Not the best chickfila (often something will be missing from pick up or delivery) but seems tp be getting better each time we go.

I'm not mad that my order took longer than usual, but if you don't remember the sauce I asked for, don't be afraid to ask. Id prefer you ask me than to assume and drop in a random sauce.

Probably the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. There were 3 seated tables, and no one in drive- thru. Dirty tables. Dirty floor. Employees not making efficient use of their time. Three employees at registers and only one taking orders. Finally one girl asked if she could help us. Served us drinks with drink spilled all down the sides. Took several napkins to wipe them up. I asked for extra crispy fries and they were served soggy. We ordered the honey Pepper pimento sandwich, and it was served with LESS than a tablespoon of pimento on it. Truthfully only about a half tablespoon. It was tasty, though.

The worst Chick I’ve been to. Every single time I order for delivery, something is wrong. Missing meals, no sauce after requesting a LOT, the wrong drink, or no drink at all, the wrong side, the wrong salad topping, the wrong dressing. It’s sad that this is all we have to choose from. As a working, single mom, at the end of a very long day, my kids are not understanding of their mistakes. They have caused me more pain than anything. Won’t be back.

Food great as always but the drive thru was the slowest one I've ever seen. Very unusual for a Chick fil a.

I use the drive thru frequently. I always receive hot food and friendly service, and they don't mess around when checking out. It's a speedy process.

We ordered 3 kids meals, 2 chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, and drinks. One of which was a water. The water was listed on the receipt, but didn't come with all the other items. I went up to the counter to ask for it and had to wait approximately 10 minutes to get someone to get it. Meanwhile my other food was getting cold. Also the play area states it is for small children, but nobody was monitoring it because there was many older very aggressive & loud kids in there so my young grandchildren couldn't enjoy. We had to cut our visit short due to this situation.

Place was super packed, however, got my takeout order super quick. Food was hot and fresh. Even had the right amount and correct dipping sauces

Clean and friendly, very speedy service even during lunch time! Our food was fresh and hot, fries were crispy, everything was great! Staff was very helpful and we appreciated their attention to detail and customer service! Teresa and Neil were great!

Literally the worst Chick Fil A in the US. They literally have the slowest drive thru and they always mess up your order. Forgetting fries, sauce, straws, you name it and they'll messed it up. 4 out of 5 of my last orders have had an issue. One thing they're really good at is filling your cup with ice to the rim. So, bring a cooler because you'll have enough to fill that too. Simply put, their customer service is subpar.

Anytime after 4 dont go here!!! High school window workers are too caught up playing around. ordered 2 chick sandwiches and 12 piece was only given 1 sandwhich and 9 nuggets also almost didn't get shakes until it was pointed out!! One of many bad experiences. Again after 4 don't here!

Went in drive thru… you have a state of the art drive-through with two lanes both protected from the weather with cooling fans & a perfect ordering system. You have 2 guys standing out in the 95 degree heat, sweating their butts off trying to take orders from cars as they drive up. You can’t look at a menu the only thing they have is a card to look at that everyone else in front of you for the last three hours has touched to order from. When you finally do get up to the window they have no clue who you are without asking your name. The chicken sandwich, The macaroni and cheese and the nuggets were good. The five piece nuggets grilled nuggets were $.65 per bite… A little pricey. it always cost me at least $15 per person to eat there. And by the way the dog treats that you hand out at the window…. nine out of 10 dogs won’t even touch them. I just throw them in the Oakwood mall parking lot and the birds eat them.

All Chick-fil-A restaurants I have ever visited in three different states have the absolute best staff who go above and beyond to make sure the food and experience is always A+!

I have just simply not had good costumer service at this chick-fil-a. Multiple times I have had missing items from orders. Sometimes making it impossible to eat my meal. Each and every time I have reached out i have not received good costumer support or service, which is quite disappointing.

I've eaten here many times. Their waffle fries, chicken sandwiches are very good, so is their spicy chicken sandwiches, their nuggets are just as good their moist delicious chicken. They even haven have grilled nuggets that are just plain non breaded. Their breakfast is great, but tends to change. Their sweet tea is great and lemonade. They have great milk shakes, cookies.

They have great chicken, great waffle fries and great service. I have never been here where the staff were not competent and friendly. They chicken is always cooked well and to order. You know what you are getting when you go to Chickfila and this one does not disappoint. I would defiantly recommend patronizing this place over many others in this town.

Absolutely phenomenal service! The restaurant has recently been renovated and is and was always super clean. The drive-thru service is the benchmark in the industry. They have weekly and monthly specials for kids and the entire family. Be sure to check them out! You will not be disappointed! Five stars! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Never had it before, figured I'd see what all the fuss is about. Man was I happy with my chicken sandwich. Really juicy and filling. Just wish it was bigger. Clean establishment WITH a kids play place. Was a nice break to our trip with the kids.
