Okay overcooked fries and hamburger was not good and they are still out of 44oz cups seriously they been out now for 8mths does any one in fast food care. Rude employees typical enid restaurants. Learn to greet customers

Who doesn't love crinkle cut fries?!? And the ice cream? Some of the best I've ever had! The Mother's Circus Animal Cookies ice cream is delicious. Gingerbread ice cream was unique and awesome, too. Great prices on dairy items in the store. Perfect for a quick bite or to stock up your fridge.

I can't say enough good things about Braum's, but then again, I am an Okie. Wonderful flavor of beef and the ice-cream is incredible. Their market holds some gems as well, i.e. sweet-cream cultured butter, milk, OJ, fresh fruit and vegetables, wonderful coffee beans, and on and on...

I thought this was a neat local place. The food looked and tasted decent for a burger joint, but I was most impressed with the grocery store within the restaurant. For such a small space they had quite a variety of grocery items, most made by the same company which I believe is a dairy and meat producer. The staff were friendly and helpful but the restaurant's seating area needed attention badly when we were there. Otherwise a neat place to stop in if you're driving by and either need groceries or a burger!

Braum's serves one of the best burgers ever devised - the bacon double cheeseburger! Mine was loaded and came with fries and a drink! Excellent burger! Also enjoyed a rocky road shake! Braums does all their food and deserts really well! Very consistent and always a must when we come through Enid to visit family. You can't go wrong at Braums! Local favorite with locally produced beef and dairy! Can't beat it! My wife and I love spoiling the grandchild and you can't beat their prices either!

My wife and I and a friend stopped in after a rough day. The manager waited on us and anticipated our needs. When we asked for further things he was quick to accommodate. Excellent service!!

Cleanest Braums in Enid! Hubby and I go for ice cream every Sunday evening. The staff recognizes us! The staff is fast, clean, and accommodating. The managers actively work alongside the other employees. Appears to be a great team!

We picked up Blast Shakes through drive thru. Excellent service and fresh made Shakes. Strawberry and Chocolate Pecan, Yummy 😋

They were pretty fast, the store was clean like always at a braum's, and everybody was pretty nice too!

Extremely disappointed won’t be going back for a while. The staff was rude , and burgers barely had any condiments on them.

The location is absolutely "BETTER" of the two locations in Enid the other location has problems staying clean during rush hours .... I love buying and drinking their A2 milk wich is occasionally on sale recently @ 2 gallons for 6$ feel comfortable eating at this fast food establishment The Braums family is quite remarkable and have sourced ingredients from their impressive family farm ( wich offers tours I went and enjoyed it very much) and also trusted vendors and their Ice cream is some of the best I've had and their rotating choice of flavors to choose from is always fun to choose from .and don't forget they have groceries and produce

This was our first time since the remodel, so I do hope to come back on a better day for the staff. There was a younger, new person at the main register and they were having a really tough time. That didn’t bother me; what bothered me was the older and more experienced staff was being inconsiderate and not taking the time to show the new person correctly or even meeting customers in the middle. The register at the very front for groceries was great and was trying her best to stay positive, which is important since she’s the first person you see. Unfortunately, there was quite a few people coming in and everyone seemed to have a mistake or problem with their order. Was not the best experience, but I do plan on coming back and maybe sharing information and concerns if there is time!

I love to go in to Braums. I love their ice cream. I love their breakfast, been eating a lot of bananas lately. Trying to be healthy, and they've got the best bananas in town go Braums!

Braum's is just getting worse and worse I order a grilled chicken salad I don't think that's chicken on there it's so freaking hard you can't eat it and most of the lettuce on the bottom of the salad was black from being spoiled and I have got an braum's sauce from there before when we order to go it still had french fries in it from somebody else using it

I went in about 10 min ago and drove home I only live about 5 min away. This is the third time in the last month that the food has been just barely warm. The fries were stale and the chicken tenders were rubbery and all dried out. I called and told the manager about it last 2 times and didn't want my money back they just needed to be aware that theg were serving old food . This time you've just lost my business. The other 2 braums are so much better then this location

No joke... Braum's ice cream is absolutely the the best in Oklahoma and in my opinion the best nationally. Braum's hamburgers and other food choices are amazing. No thin slices of meat patties here. And then, they have superb cookies, dairy products and more to take with you. Sooooooo good 👍

My wife and I took our grandsons there after a basketball game and there was one person that made our experience absolutely outstanding. Our server Isabella was the very epitome of customer service, she was so patient with my grandsons and gave them samples of the ice cream to pick just the right one. She went out of her way to ensure that we were satisfied with our order and was a true pleasure. I'm not certain if she is in a Management position but if she isn't she certainly needs to be. Hopefully she is indicative of the quality service that is provided by Braums.

One of the thing I love about being in Oklahoma. The ice cream is the best. However, it's past time for a building update. The seats, windows etc..need to be replaced and updated.

Went here the evening of 8/14/22 to get two banana splits and a chocolate malt. The banana splits were premade and already melted when they were handed to us, and the malt not mixed. Sad that they hire losers like this. Lay off the weed and maybe youll be able to do your jobs better. Better yet if you werent such low lifes you may have had better jobs than working at braums.

Best ice cream I've ever had amazing service the employees there felt like real people and a very clean store and hot fresh food. One of the best fast food stores I've been in honestly.

Sure would be nice if the staff paid some attention to people who come into the store to be served. On 2 August 2022 I walked in a little after 8:00 am. The drive through line was obviously the priority. But I don't do the drive through as it is a waste of expensive fuel sitting in that line. No one even came to the counter to take my order. I left.

The food is good but if you go you are probably going for ice cream. The staff is incredible, some of the best staff I have ever encountered, hard working, despite being understaffed the food comes out fairly quickly. All the goods are locally sourced, which means everything is fresh. However 3 stars seems fair, due to the ice cream section overshadowing the food section
