Great service, great coffee & great food! When I have a craving for breakfast IHOP is the best place.

I will never go to this IHOP again the waitress was slow, she got the same order wrong twice, biscuits were hard, the pancakes were cold, my breakfast was cold so I asked them to reheat. We were all hungry. So we ate what tasted good. Yes we did talk to manager but not to much was done. The only good thing was that we were seated right when we walked in.

Clean and modern design. The food is good and reasonably priced. Great place for kids. The people are nice, but service was a bit slow.

My family took my husband out for birthday lunch. The waitress took our order and disappeared. We sat for over an hour. I asked the host to find out if our food was being made or if they didn't get our order. She went right to them, they talked and pointed and yet Noone approached us to inform us about our order. Sat awhile longer. I called the restaurant from my booth to get some answers. A few minutes later, a different waitress and the cook delivered our food. The cook was absolutely gross in his tone and address to my husband, who sat there patiently and quietly. How kind of them to give us $4.00 off due to our wait. This is not the first time this has happened to my family at IHOP. Train your waitresses better, learn some manners, and be nice when you address customers who have waited for you to do your job!!!!! Will not return and will be sure to spread the word. 0 stars

It took 45 minutes for us to get our food. The waiter refused to add cheese to our order and the food was cold when they finally brought it out. I would not recommend this location.

I ordered through Door Dash and I checked my order to find I didn't get my hash browns or pancakes with my meal, but I did get my country fried steak with gravy and scramble eggs. Just got in a dang rush and should of checked to make sure the order got every food item. Won't be ordering from here again.

The food was not only cold but actually tasted nasty. Told the waitress and she said " oh I will tell the cook". We got up left money and our food sitting on the table. It was breakfast food and they were not busy so how hard could it be? Did not even offer to warm our meals up let along remake them as should of been.

We were completely surprised that we were the only customers there that day. The food is excellent, our server was excellent, prices are reasonable and the restaurant is very clean. Most IHOP's are packed with families, seniors and just a single person. Enid you are missing out on a superb meal.

Every time and I mean "EVERY TIME" without exaggeration. I order food there with my family, I am the only one who gets my orders all messed up everyone else in my family gets theirs fine, and I don't order anything special other than what's the menu.. whether they have a full house, or just my family and I 😤.. I continue going there because I happen to like ihop food, and hope that one day they will get my order correct...

Yummy food at a great price. The staff was super friendly, especially with the kids. Quick service. Update: The food is still great. Pancakes are a classic favorite of mine, but this time I had the cheese steak sandwich. It was really good.

Usually its pretty decent. The last visit eas great. Great waitress, food was the usual. However, the time before that, the waiter seemed a bit out of sorts; best way I can put it. Kept forgetting things, refills, syrup, etc. Actually brought the hot sauce to the table then walked away with it. When we asked for another slice of ham, he stood there with a blank look on his face, then asked who is it for. Does it matter who?

Honestly, I am glad with the remodeling job and the new management! The food was great! Shae was my best friend Vanessa and I's waitress today and she was phenomenal! Give that woman a raise because she deserves it in my opinion! :))) She went above and beyond to attend us and I will definitely be coming back and requesting her from now on. I like her. She's cool. I left her more than a 10% tip because 10% was not enough for her service. We love you Shae! Thank you for serving us!

Went in almost nobody was there. I waited 20 minutes just to get seated. And then another 20 minutes just to get take my order. I understand it's not fast food, but it just really sucks that as soon as someone else comes in. They get seated right away and they get their order taken before me.

I ordered online. I was supposed to have NY cheesecake pancakes and the little carafes of blueberry and strawberry syrup. The pancakes were plain and no carafes. When I got there it took them forever to acknowledge me and then when one did he asked if I was waiting on a Togo order when I said yes he walked off. Another girl from door dash showed up and they brought out both then and I finally got mine but it wasn't what I ordered. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience there. I don't think I'll be going back.

Friendly service. They ran out of the soup i ordered and the cook didn't tell my server until the rest of the tables food was ready. The waiter was very pleasant to deal with. Still good pancakes.

Terrible wait time on food, one meal cold by the time it came out. Sweet tea was spoiled would avoid. IHOP is a never again for me. Can’t tell if those are pancakes or shoe leather.Overall terrible experience 0 stars not allowed terrible shame.

They left a barely trained server with and another new server that was stoned out of her mind and bran new cooks. Our order was a total disaster. How ever that server that was some what trained keep it together and did a dam good job under the circumstances and deserves a big raise.

HOPEFULLY, this was an "off day" at this restaurant. The waiter forgot to turn-in our or. When he did, the machine tore it apart. We got our breakfast an hour and a half after we ordered ... and the place was practically empty!

Sometimes it will be almost empty and still take 15min+ to be seated or even greeted, other times I'll have my food in 15 min. You just never know. But the food is consistently good.

Alarm going off the whole time. Took 45 minutes to get our food. We are the only ones there. A cockroach came walking out of my daughter salad. Yes a cockroach. Paid and walked out. Never again... worst IHop ever. Disgusting..

This place was absolutely horrible for the fact that the eggs were served cold. Ordered off the senior menu and still paid over $10 per person. The persons were so small. The waitress was friendly, and I still gave her a tip, but it was disappointing that she wanted to grab the plate from me before I even took my last bite, and they were not very busy. There was only about 10 people in there so I don’t know what the big hurry was. But I still give people credit for showing up for work.

My experience at this location was not that great. The restaurant had only 10 people in it and there was adequate amount of people working but we had to wait at least 10 minutes just for a coffee and then remind them that we asked for water and then, when the food was served to us, the eggs were cold, which also made us sick. One row ages took our order and then someone different brought the food out and didn’t even know who’s food was who’s and then before I even got the last bite off of my plate. The waitress was already there trying to grab my plate from me I will never return to this location again and neither will my friend from Enid Oklahoma.

OK, it's 2:45 AM and you have munchies commensurate with your evening and night, and it is time for some good food. Need I say more? Their selection is awesome, their food is fresh to the order, their drinks are bottomless, and the place is subdued. Wonderful.

We went tonight after my daughter's 8th grade graduation. The waiter not only got the order wrong but completely missed two whole meals. He brought my son turkey bacon (was not even discussed) so had him fix that, my waffle and my kid's aunt's waffle was forgotten completely, my youngest daughter didn't get her food because he didn't put it in, my ex mother in law's food was burnt, the coffee was cold.... I could literally keep going. Then we had told them it would be two separate orders and they brought it all on one. We had them fix that, instead of listening they tried to split it up their way and we denied that and tried to get them to fix it. The manager was brought in on this as well and he was not any help. He just kept getting frustrated. I have never had such horrible service in my life. Then we were waiting to pay and notice that the manager decided to go outside and chit chat instead of helping the one and only waiter inside! Horrible all the way around. I hope the district manager or corporate look into this branch in Enid, it needs A LOT of help!

To the Florida woman, we wish you the best. We hope the $2 bill brings you good luck! Ihop, everytime we come to your establishments, we love the wait staff. Never change your wait staff. They are amazing people and bring the best vibe. We had chicken and waffles. It was delicious!

This was the worst experience I ever had here. We got here at 10:30pm and 3 tables got seated after us. It took literally AN HOUR to get out food. The food was cold. Rotten bananas. Not the correct cheeseburger. The 3 tables that were seated after us literally had received their food and left before we even got our food!!!! Cook doesn’t know how to do her jobThe staff just kept saying sorry but nothing was compensated. My friend had to ask 5 times for sauce. We barely checked out 12am. Time was wasted. I wasted my money. I worked in the service industry and never would i have treated my customers this unfairly!!

Service was very poor. Waited for 10 minutes before we were seated and another 30 minutes before our order was placed. Not busy at all. Employees would rather visit with one another than take care of the customers.

Probably the best IHOP in the nation. When I mentioned I went to IHOP for dinner everyone had the same face till they tried it. Great service, went there every night while visiting Oklahoma. Definitely wished I could get that same quality where I'm from.

Decent food. Waitress could have been a bit more attentive or at least checked on us. Kitchen did a great job. Orange juice was watered down. Do not recommend drinking the OJ here.

Very friendly employees. Service was fine once we got waited on. Had to wait for a table. I think they must have been short staffed because customers had to wait to be seated. The restaurant was not crowded but the employees were slow about cleaning the tables -thus my remark about being short staffed. Food was good except I couldn't eat the bacon because it was undercooked. I would like to return to see if perhaps I went on an off day.

The Establishment itself was okay. But the wait staff needed more training to be a better server. No coffee refills and they forgot my hash browns. It could be that the young gentleman was just breaking in. Food was very good though

I was in IHOP last night let me say my server Joshua is super awesome it's been a long time since I had service that good he even ran after my truck to return my glasses I forgot. How this guy isn't a manager I don't know. The manager is an okay dude but he didn't know Jack. The other overnight female server was just smoking outside while this man was taking 6 tables. So kudos Joshua you definitely have a regular and thank you for taking the time to clean up the spilt milkshake off my daughter. You are great.

Absolutely never going here again. Four tables with customers, we ordered, waited over an hour, never got our food. Asked the waitress how much longer it would be, she said they would start on our order in 4 minutes. It was taking a long time because online orders go out first! We left and went somewhere that puts customers in the restaurant ahead of online ones. We will never go back.

Although they are fixing to remodel, the place looked like it usually does. Food was good as usual. All 5 of us enjoyed our meals. Waitress was friendly and helpful even after we sent her on multiple trips to get the rest of our food or condiments. She was a real trooper. Price was a bit steep but then again most decent eating places that aren't fast food would be
