Food was good. Kitchen staff works hard. As a franchisee you need to be aware that your manager has an attitude that will make your potential customers take their dollar to another establishment. As a business you have exactly one time to show me you don’t want my dollar. The lackluster experience I had here today was that one time for me.

I really like McDonald's food, but today their customer service was awful. A couple workers were nice but the manager was not being very understanding. We had a coupon and at the bottom of it, it said any size drink but she came over and changed them all to medium so when we realized that, we told her what the coupon says and she basically told us we were wrong because she said it probably says medium drinks. Then we said that it said any size and she said "well it's our policy." Also we tried to get a military discount and she said we couldn't because of the promo even though we had stuff that wasn't on the coupon. Overall it was not a good experience and I don't know if we'll be going back to that one any time soon.

I usually wait a few months before going to this McDonald's to see if there's any improvement. For the last 2 years or so that I have gone to this McDonald's they always forget at least one item... every. single. time. Worst McDonald's ever in our town, wish they could get staff that knew how to count and verify orders.

Did an online order pulled out to give them my code after being charged and was told they closed early. Should really work on their systems if they not even going to be serving. Or maybe update their hours since they don’t want to work after 10.

Me and my friends went into this McDonald’s and lemme telll you THIS DUDE WAS SO HOT I CANT EVEN. My friend is trying to find him. He had dirty blonde hair, wearing a gray McDonald’s sweatshirt, he had pale skin, and wearing a chain. MY FRIEND IF TRYING TO FIND HIM!!! We think he is new, but please someone tell me his name!!

McDonald's on Owen k garriot rd is the best one in this town by far, quick service and food is always fresh at this one.

Ordered a hot and spicy McChicken when I got it it was spit on no lettuce no mayo what I hope was ketchup was all over it I couldn't be more disgusted and if this is how a business chooses to represent itself in its establishment and serve food to the public as it is this than they deserve to be shut down

Went to get food, chicken on my sandwich was burned, the fries were hard and stale tasting, the woman who made the drinks had rubbed something nasty on the lids of the cups, the pie was old and had a date and time stamp from hours before...tried to call and didn't get an answer...id add pictures to prove it, but I dont know how...

We either get low quality chicken nuggets with a ton of gristle, or they forget our sauce, or the ice cream machine is being cleaned at the exact time we come in, or they completely give us the wrong order. The playplace is much appreciated though!

The main eating area was dirty. There were sandwich wrappers and straw cover scattered about. The soft drink area needed a wiped down.

There was the dirtiest man ive ever seen working here, in more ways than one. Skrungy beardjust dirty clothes, mouth guy put down the mop bucket and made someone else's food thank goodnes. I truly did not think he was a food handler, not even a uniform, which idc but did you grab the first homeless guy you saw mickey d's? Its the dirty, full long beard for me. I just got a drink but my last order they gave me 2 large orders of rock hard fries. I let that go but It's shocking what people do at work here. I came here from a lovely place, lots of murders but fast food wasn't traumatic and i didn't need to take bond money to go to the store. Maybe retail workers are people who used to stamp license plates before Biden. Or cartel. Mickey d's, get rid of the front and i bet you make a ton of money and avoid a ton of lawsuits. Thanks for helping me eat better. I eat way less fast food here. Get your receipts too. I never have here but i use the app. If i go back ill have a cam. You going to pay me next time. It's on.

They were unusually busy but they still got orders out in a timely manner and the food did not suffer quality because of it. Good food. Good service 👍👍

I went to eat and the place was nasty. Almost all the tables needed wiped down. Food on most all. And the bathroom was just as bad if not worse.

This place is very dirty and disgusting. Needs a update badly. Chose to deliver to the table and they just yelled so my food sat and got cold. Don't bother. Go to the one on Willow.

Giving this store 0 stars in reality but it won’t let me post without giving at least 1.They’ll never have my business again! So stinking ridiculous and unprofessional! I walked in store to order breakfast and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and not 1 single person would take my order or even acknowledge that I was even standing there waiting patiently. They weren’t even busy! The whole time I’m standing there watching a woman wiping the counter making eye contact with her and yet she just continues to look down and not acknowledge that there’s a customer standing right in front of her. I can’t say that’s ever happened to me and it was very rude and awkward to say the least. There were 2 other people that came up to the counter as well, but they just pretended I wasn’t standing there. I made eye contact with 3 different people and not a single one greeted me or asked if they could help me, so it’s ok I guess. I’ll take my money elsewhere to someone that will actually take my order. So unprofessional and really frustrating and you lost a customer that’s been coming there for 30 years. In all the years I’ve been coming there, I’ve never just been straight up ignored,especially by 3 different people at that! Never again! I know that much. So rude

I got 2 cheese burgers, 20 nuggets and 2 large fries, and all they gave me was 3 sauces! Not only that but the customer service was horrible and the food is super cold.

Service was fast and efficient. My order was correct. Although it's a small issue, it's irritating when you are not automatically given napkins. I never seem to notice until my hands are already covered with ketchup.

Once again I ordered through D.T and had to go in anyways because they forgot to put something in the bag. Sorry but I'll have to start holding up the line and check my order before leaving the window here on out.

I've had bacon egg & cheese mcgriddles before but this morning they were so fresh they were amazing.

Forgot to check bag one time and of course didn't get all the food I paid for.. tried to call to let them know and of course they won't answer the phone

They messed up the order and then wanted my receipt to prove they messed up. So typical.

The drive through worker never repeated my order back to me so it was wrong and my receipt doesn't show the mess up and now I can't do anything about it. Terrible service from the drive through staff

Paid for cheese on two sandwiches and they didn't even put the cheese on them. Bunch of rude immature teenagers working goofing off on there phones and wouldn't even answer the phone when I tried to call them and tell them they messed up my order but they couldnt even answer the phone either. All employees were to busy jacking around. I will NEVER return to this trashy employed McDonald's

Went to drive thru.. They didn't sound too happy to be there over the speaker.. But some people have bad days.. The orders were just as we asked for.. To tell ya the truth.. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese.. It was probably one of the best ones I've had from a McDonald's in a while!
