    The food was bland, the service was slow, and the atmosphere was unpleasant. The worst part was when I saw the manager yelling at one of the employees in front of everyone. It was very unprofessional and rude. I felt sorry for the poor worker, who looked embarrassed and scared. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this place again. It was a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

    Seriously the very worst mcDonalds I have ever been to .waited 20minutes for two McChicken and a mcdouble,two small fries and three cokes. The mcdouble was so hard it wasn't edible and the McChicken had to be from the day before it was so dry there was nomeat inside the crust shell.took the mcdouble back and they brought a new one out.

    For Willow not being busy I sure had to wait a long time for old cold food. The only thing edible was the fish sandwich. The cheeseburgers had rock-hard buns, the fries were old and can somebody please explain to me how you mess up a chicken nugget? It was like biting into rubber.

    There were employees cussing loud enough to be heard in the lobby. The Special Needs employee wasn't listened to when he was trying to talk about a job he hadn't gotten to. The manager, physically turned the employee around by shoving on his back and, instead of asking nicely, and pointed at what he wanted done in an extremely gruff voice. There is no need to talk to a high functioning special needs employee in that manner. My husband over heard the same employee saying "he wouldn't ever do any of that stuff, it would probably get him eight years and he wasn't going to put one toe out of line.". A little disappointed as this McDonald's is not a very conscious restaurant about how their sound, eating out of the main french fry station with no gloves on and do not wash their hands after touching their face, nose, hair, etc. before touching freshly cooked food again. We will not go into the Willow Rd McDonald's again!

    Consistently the worst possible place to attempt purchasing food. *IF* you ever receive your order or is guaranteed to be wrong, stale, undercooked, two days old, and possibly all of the above. The staff absolutely does not care. Management should be drawn and quartered. The entire facility should be razed and a monument to incompetence erected in its place. Go to Braum’s.

    The manager and assistant manager are really nice! We’re doing the electrical for the remodel and they are easy to work with. Dining room is closed for a few weeks but the drive thru is still open.

    Sat at the speaker for 3 mins, at least! Finally said hello and got a person to take my order. Then I had to pull forward and wait for my cold French fries. They tasted like they were made 5 hours ago.

    We were the only ones in the place, and service was extremely slow. They saw us and didn't even acknowledge us for about 5-10 minutes. If my grandson wasn't insistent on a happy meal, we would have left!

    The absolute worse McDonald’s in Enid! Rude staff, if you don’t like your job don’t work there simple. No need to be rude to customers. Very lazy workers didn’t want to sell me a McFlurry bc their machine closed down in “5 minutes” not a big deal but the guy was super rude about it! Happed Thursday night 04/13 right before 12am that boy at the drive through was RUDE!

    Extremely slow, took almost 15 minutes to get through the drive thru only to have order missing items. When asked for missing items I was talked to like I don’t know what I ordered and paid for.

    If you use the app like I do, you can earn free food items or a discount off an item or your entire purchase. I have a guilty please of caramel frappe's and they're even better when they're $1-2 off or free! Usually only eat breakfast here or grab a frappe on the run. Breakfast has a variety of menu items from the traditional McMuffin to the new blueberry muffin. Biscuits & gravy is good here as well as the hotcakes. McDonald's coffee is my favorite fast food coffee, however I bring my own french vanilla creamer! (LOL) The iced coffees aren't too bad either. Breakfast staff has always been pleasant.

    The food is pretty good. The one complaint I have with all Sonic drive-ins is no trash receptacles. You have to take it with you or exit your vehicle and find one on the property, if there is one.

    I think the food was delicious good , and the price was unbeatable cheap. And the Service was really super fast. It didn't take them but 5 minutes and I was Served. Thank you sincerely Daniel Shutler

    Order has been messed up 2 times in a row and there’s never any napkins in the bag.. they need to slow down a tad and get orders correct and be consistent then they would realize all that hustle is just causing chaos

    Was just passing through from vacation and stopped here to get something to eat. We ordered two meals yet we didn’t get any fries. I went inside to get my fries and the guy told me “oh yea meals don’t come with fries” the manager was really sweet and gave me a refund but it was pretty upsetting

    They forgot to add my other mcdouble. I tried to call the willow store to inform them of the mistake and they disconnected the phone line. Will drive there tomorrow morning to talk to a manger about this issue.

    Just came thru the drive thru. Some old man with a dirty mustache handed me my Carmel frappe. It was disgusting. Very little Carmel after I ordered extra. Sat at the window and argued with this man on howuch Carmel in my cup. It was all on the outside of the cup. You can see his fingerprints on the cup. The whip cream had was inside the coffee instead of on top. He wouldn't give me my money back or call a manager to the window. I will be calling cooperate. He is very rude and refuses my service. Perfect example of how companies get sued.

    Edit 6/21/22: Visit this McDonald's at least once a week and they have been doing a LOT better since my last review. Moving back to 5 stars again. :) Edit: I want to say as of late I have had issues with time. I ordered yesterday (10/1/2021) on the app for curbside pickup and waited almost 30 minutes for my food and I had to go inside myself. Even after all that I got home and they missed my son's chicken nuggets and got my mom's burger order wrong. I understand a lot of places are understaffed, but I don't think anyone is over the age of 20 that works here and a lot of them just stand around talking with each other and ignoring customers. I am really disappointed lately with the customer service aspect of this location. My review has been changed from 4 stars to 2 and will stay this way until they improve. Ordered via the app. Good was fine as well as drinks. Only complaint is for pickup they don’t have parking really. The signs are sideways in front of the building and no parking lines. So that was confusing.

    Was clean and had very fast and friendly service. I didn't get the young man's name in front but he was doing the jobs of 3 people. Wasn't upset, smiled at every customer. Made the experience quiet worth it.

    I'm 52 years of age and I've been eating at McDonald's my whole life, in different states. One thing I can say is they are pretty consistent with their food. Their fries have gotten salter, and getting a pie is pretty hard.

    So sorry but our experience this morning was not great. Our order was not correct, one of the mcgriddle sandwiches was not cooked so that the mcgriddle was not done all the way through and my niece could not finish her breakfast! And on top of that the server was rude!!

    There was a long wait in the drive thru, so we went inside. We see high school aged kids behind the counter, in street clothing and short shorts, making themselves flurries, and eating fries out of the fry warmer. No management in place. It looked like a bunch of kids doing whatever they wanted. No sense of urgency. Wait time was ridiculous. Completely unprofessional and tacky. We live close to this store, but we'll never be back.

    Just got home with a quarter pounder. Ask for extra pickles, which I guess translates to NO pickles!! Then after biting into it, it was completely raw in the middle!! So I try to call and the phone is constantly busy and cuts off after 2-3 seconds, so that means off the hook!! How fricken busy are you at 11:00 pm!! So driving back!! Better be compensated!! They want to be paid $15+ an hour ?!!!! For what?!!!!!compensated with old cld fries and my once deluxe burger with everything on it is now a burnt patty with pickles only!! Yeah now it's all good!!!!!🤬

👍👍 This place is so beautiful and has pretty good food. It’s not super authentic, but definitely tasty and well cooked. My dad’s steak was great. We also really liked the chorizo con queso dip. My street tacos were also really good. The atmosphere inside was so inviting and our server was very kind.
