    Ruby Tuesday has always been our "Go To" for a wonderful salad. Unfortunately they've closed so many... the only time we get to enjoy it is when we're visiting family in Enterprise, AL or Bowling Green, KY.

    About the only place you can find a good salad bar anymore. Very clean and not crowded at all. Service was excellent. My only complaint would be the carpet trim was loose along the bottom of the booth seat and was hitting my leg. I forgot to even mention it to the server. All the carpet needs to be cleaned. The hot brownie and ice cream with cookies is delicious also. 😍 We love the grilled Salmon! But without the sauce on it.

    The hostess was no where to be found after 5 min of waiting to be seated. Finally another worker walked up and said he would go find her for us. She finally came from the kitchen area, not very friendly and seated us. Our waitress though was very personable and pleasant to deal with. And the food also came out in a reasonable amount of time and was very good.

    Food was great but hardly worth it. Took forever to even see a waitress, waited forever for drinks, waited forever to order, never got any drink refills, never got any wet wipes like we were told and could of been asleep 45 minutes later when the waitress finally showed up with the check. Now I know why NO ONE eats here because I never will again.

    It wasn't the worst, there were a few technical errors that could have made a tremendous improvement on my impression. My daughter was in town and just super starving for a comforting ribeye and veggies. The waitress was a little distant in her interaction with us , didn't seem excited to have us in her section even though we spent $120.00 . The food looked awesome we had to ask for tableware, and plates for appetizers long wait timr between our appetizers cocktails until our steaks came out and served without condiments, my daughter wasn't happy with her steak so we traded plates.. the food wasn't evenly cooked from what I could tell , like it was rushed.

    This place was great!!! Exempt for the parking and building conditions. The food and service was top notch!!! Our food was hot and delicious even the salad bar was very good today ( Sunday ). I tip by our experience with the staff and waiter or waitress, we left 10 dollars on a 50 ticket!!! Thanks Ruby Tuesday for your response! We had such a wonderful experience with the staff and food quality that our hour and 30 minute drive we will make on multiple occasions, good customer is all one wants sometime!!!!

    We went out for lunch today and Kristina (with a K) was our server. She was absolutely delightful and kind! We loved our Valentine’s Day lunch because she really worked hard to make sure we had a great experience. We’ll be back again!

    On Mother’s Day. I order a full Rack ribs plate for my mother to pick up. I was told to come in 20 minutes for the pick which I did. So when I get there, my order was giving to someone else and now I had to wait a little longer for them to make my mothers plate on Mother’s Day. So after 15 to 20 minutes of waiting my plate come out and I asked could I get some type compensation for the inconvenience the manager said no since I’m prior military and she can only give me 10% off for being military but nothing for the inconvenience they cause. I didn’t get the managers name but she was a heavy set Caucasian lady with glasses and short black hair and a nasty attitude to be management. This type of customer service should never be expected from a well known franchise Location Enterprise, Alabama

    The ribs were delicious. The baked potato was overcooked and when I said something to my server, he just shrugged and said well potatoes are either hit or miss. Didn't offer anything in exchange for it. He smelled strongly of Marijuana also.

    We ordered the Monday specials and what a joke it was. ^ oz ribeye and 1/2 rack ribs. The ribs were decent. The ribeye was a joke. It was about the thickness of the sole of a shoe. It was WAY overpriced at $17.99 We had ordered 3 of these. We also ordered one premium cut ribeye and that looked decent. I was compleatly disappointed in our meal. If we had dined in I would have sent it back. Save your money and don't order that special.

    Horrible experience. Was seated for a while before waitress showed up we asked what steak was better bc we didn't want fatty steaks she the New York strip steak was not fatty so me and my husband both ordered those she asked us if we wanted to make our potato loaded and we said yes she did not mention the up charge of $2 once we got our food we noticed that the steak was very fatty I mentioned it to the waitress and she didn't say anything and she walked off after waiting 20 more minutes for a drink refill I meant she did it again to the waitress my husband only ate half of his steak I ate about 3/4 of mine for $60 to pay for that food was ridiculous and that was with a coupon getting one entree for $3 so my order would have been about $80 for cheap fatty steaks and the loaded baked potato that they gave us was so shriveled up and dried we didn't even bother trying to eat those and again at the end of my meal I mentioned again to that waitress when she took the plate away how fatty the steak was and how my husband couldn't ate the rest of it because it was all fat and all she could say was I'm sorry and management wasn't there that day so I couldn't speak to them will not ever do business at that establishment again and I do business at Ruby Tuesday's all the time this Enterprise location needs a Total Recall even the salad was nasty

    I haven't had or seen a Ruby Tuesday in years. The customer service that Bo provided was beyond awesome, and the food was delicious and awesome as well. The salad bar was fresh and clean. Ruby Tuesday always had the best salad bar. The restaurant and bathroom were both cleaned and neat. The overall experience was great. I'm definitely visiting again and highly recommend.

    First of all I had to stand and wait for nearly 10 minutes before a waitress finally came up front to work. After the wait the waitress asked what I'd like to drink which I told her and after close to another 10 minute wait my drink was brought by a different waitress, mind you it was just myself and one other family in the restaurant. After a 20 minute wait I was finally checked on by yet another waitress that took my order. I ordered what seemed like a simple hamburger but after a 35 minute wait i was finally brought my food which for the price I feel was undersized and the amount of fries was so minimal they might as well not put any on the plate at all. Unless you have a few spare hours to wait on service or food I wouldn't recommend going here

    The waitress was the only good thing in the whole restaurant. My husband ordered the 6oz. Steak. It was 1/8 of an inch thick (no kidding) & tough as leather. I think the waitress was imbaressed to bring it to our table. I had the trio ribs, shrimp & chicken tenders. The tenders (not tender at all) I could not eat they were so tough. The shrimp were not as tough but still not good. The ribs were the only thing good to eat. I don't recommend this place at all.

    The food was eh at best. Our server was courteous but that's about it. The two small child plates came out after about 20 minutes. The other 3 adults food came out about another 20 minutes after that. Even after service we had to remind the server we didn't even have silverware yet. We will not be coming back I think.

    Ruby Tuesday used to be our favorite place . We decided to eat there tonight ,worst service ever ,been here for well over a hour still no food .We finally got our food after waiting over an hour ,the steak was still raw which was very disgusting . I wish I could give them 0 stars. This is in Enterprise, Alabama. Update we went back today and everything was amazing .

    Service was good. But food was not as good as expected. Burger was beyond well done when asked for med well. Wife's zucchini side was stopped in grease and burnt. And fish on her plate was rubbery and over cooked. Sons crispy chicken sandwich was plain and too spicy so he turned it into boneless strips and dunked in ranch from salad bar. Shrimp fondu appetizer was delicious. Salad bar was good and offered plenty of selection. Thank you

    The blackened tilapia and shrimp were good and came out quickly. Our waitress was as good as any. Atmosphere is dated and our booth was extremely uncomfortable and seemed to be worn out. We will probably just do takeout next time.

    We had the salad bar. It has a great selection of veggies and other salad toppings. Service was spotty at best as it took quite a while to get drink refills. Waitress seemed preoccupied with to many other things and there were only 2 other tables that were busy in our section.

    This use to be the go to place on Sunday, not any longer. The burgers were burned so badly they were not edible, the sampler ordered was a huge disappointment at best there was maybe 20 chips, the chicken was more akin to a small nugget that was left under a heat lamp, dry and again not edible, the spinach dip was very watery. Always review your bill a side salad was posted at $11.00 - the service was okay but very slow and request for a simple lemon for water took a hot minute. I understand cutting corners due to cost but it was a train wreck for $60. The staff did agree at the condition of the food and offered to replace but you only get one shot.

    I am not the type of person to write a review because of something negative at all. However I browsed online to see if they still had the 2 for $22 deal for lunch today I could not find it, so I decided to give them a call and they told me yes they do have the deal still going on so I ordered. I get to the ruby Tuesdays and the lady tells me the total is $37.06 and I immediately knew that wasn't what I was told. She said there's a 5 dollar up charge for each of the HALF slab ribs, so if that is the case I would not advertise that under a 2 for $22. She gets the manager and she immediately looks at me with an attitude and states before anything she cant "give any type of discount" which I did not ask for one in the first place so I took offense to her comment. By the time I paid for everything the lady who checked me out makes a smart comment and says "have a better day". All I wanted was for them to understand that they need to be more clear because like me there's a lot of people who have a budget and there's a reason we take advantage of these "deals". I felt like they did not care about helping me and I was mistreated and I will never go back to that location in Enterprise, Al. It is sad because I have been eating there for a very long time. The service just isn't the same unfortunately. And to top it off the ribs were dry and the mashed potato's tasted like they had been in the refrigerator for 2 weeks or more. The manager and her worker were the worst employees I have ever seen Ruby Tuesday's hire so far. I have never been mistreated or felt steered in the wrong direction ever in that restaurant until today!

    Had a great dining experience with two exceptional servers. My wife and I were very tired and hungry while passing through Enterprise AL. We pulled into Ruby Tuesday and we're promptly seated. The first server was awesome and very attentive with our order, not forgetting a single thing. After serving our dinner, she came over with apparently her trainer. Turns out she was new. You couldn't have known that from her perfect service. Our steaks were cooked exactly to order. The rest of the dinner including the salad bar was excellent. Thank you RT. A breath of fresh air.

    It was really good and had a wonderful steak it was nicely seasoned me and my husbands waiter Spencer was great very nice gentlemen. The only thing that was odd was the front of the restaurant the table thing to be waited at use to be different but it feels like I’m in the way. But for sure would come every week!!!😁
