The crew are great and food is always fresh. This review is based solely on the stalls that either the screen doesn’t work, the touch screen doesn’t register, the card reader won’t work, or the generally in disrepair stalls. Get this stuff fixed it’s highly annoying. You might get lucky and you pull into one that works perfectly but the majority are trash and need to be repaired.

I just sat at sonic for an hour to get 2 milkshakes 40 mins before they even took my order. And the young man that tried to help that worked there got in trouble by management for trying to answer the question why no one had asked for an order in the 40 mins.i had sat there waiting.

The Sonic in Enterprise is well located. The prices are reasonable. The service was prompt and the wait staff was friendly and polite. My wife and i had not been to a Sonic in a long while and we are happy we reacquainted ourselves with Sonic.

One of the worst experiences in my life, at this particular location. I won’t be back. Such rude, condescending, night-shift employees (Chris B, for example). Fast food is extremely unhealthy anyway….

Excellent place 👌 hot food down side there grilled cheese taste like a microwaved one unless u tell them yes yes I know they will say they already do but just do have had some pretzels come out hardish and some with just no pretzel salt. But they do exceptionally good service and will replace

Paid for bacon did not get it. Asked for no onions *came with onions* Sausage was burnt and they left out 2 orders of fries. Then when you try and call them they have the phone turned off. Will not be back

Other than the nostalgic feel of the good old days of drive ups. Sonics has always fallen short to me. Food is ehhhhh service seems to be ok big selection of below avg fast food and you'd think they'd have more desert selections like ice cream. If beverage selection is your desire well they got you covered on that 100% and definitely over priced

Service was slow. Polite young lady. I ordered 2 shakes a strawberry cheesecake and chocolate. They where terrible. Didn't taste cold and very soupy. The worst I ever had.

The young man on the speaker had to send someone out to take my order for 1 sonic blast. After waiting 10 minutes, I just ending up leaving and going to dairy queen. Worst service & poor attitudes. I refuse to go to this particular sonic but it was my granddaughter's birthday and she wanted ice cream with cherries in it. I was quickly reminded why I never go to this one!

My husband and I went to sonic the other night and had the worst customer service experience you could imagine. We waited well over 30 mins for our food and it was cold. Ice cream blast running all on the sides of the cup and slushy was more like juice with no ice. We asked for napkins because ice cream running everywhere. When we asked our server to give some he never came back. I then realized how cold the food was. So I Press the order button again to notify someone that our food was extremely cold you can tell it had been sitting. The manager promised fresh French fry’s. So we waited…. Everyone so busy playing around they forgot about serving us. Long story short the manager ended up telling me they were closed after we had already been there 35 minutes prior to them closing. I explained to him that he told me they were going to fix us fresh fries then he says oh I forgot. Everyone was so busy Fixing food for themselves to take home. All we received was over cooked fries and no napkins. now this is 15 minutes after they closed and we were there 35 minutes prior to them closing. We get played everytime by night shift so don’t go..

It’s a Sonic, so you know what you’re getting. I got a foot long chili cheese dog and the chili was a little cold (got delivered). The loaded tots had chili on them and were perfect. So it was 50/50 for hot or cold chili. The fried pickles were really good.

Women carrying food out was on the phone crying the whole time. The women on the mic was rude, rushed, and of course couldn’t get 2 sonic blast and 2 milkshakes correct. Ended up paying for something I didn’t ask for. And they ask for a tip before you even get the service. I hold that L. And give you a big F for everything else.

Every time I order a large milkshake the bottom 1/4 is nothing but nasty syrup even when I ask them to make sure it’s mixed good.

Ate from there Friday night 11.25.23. First my 20oz chocolate shake was just whipping cream with about 1/4 cup of some type of chocolate flavor. I ordered a footlong chilli dog but recieved one totally different with piles of relish and onions and the meat was dry and tough. Tartar tarts were ok. No sauce. Cost 12$. I would have demanded a refund if I had not made it home with the food, living 10 miles from Sonic. Then I remember why it's been about 20 years since I last ate from there also disappointing. Not anymore.

We waiting a min. which was ok. But thinking they would have fresh fries done as it was packed! We got sum stale fries seemed like they where just reheated and I got regular size strawberry milkshake and literally almost half of it was whip cream and there was no strawberry I mixed it thinking maybe it will change it didn’t. So i don’t usually do this but I was pretty disappointed😏

I got to sonic ordered a milk shake. I sat there 25min .and it hadn't came out so I ask if they had forgotten about me. They had not Seen my order. The lady ran in and made it and to me it was free and apologized. I told her it was OK I wasn't in a hurry. Then as I was leaving a little guy came out and gave me a free meal coupon. And once again I told him it was OK. I will definitely go back this is the kind I place I will support. One that makes mistakes and fixes it .I would have been.Great job 👏👏And there was only 2 spots open when I got there so I would say they where very busy.

Got our food and took 2 bites when I noticed hair in my food… absolutely disgusting. Date: 8/15 @9:06pm

I have a surprisingly positive experience each time I come here! The carhop Lane is very courteous and professional.

The tots or fries always taste like old grease. I always get sour tomatoes. The burgers are always sloppy wrapped.

Just got corn dogs. Service was excellent. What can you expect for the atmosphere, it's a drive up, no thrills or frills. 👍

Love their menu. Love the mozzarella sticks. Love the grape nerds slushy, everything is just so much better then the regular fast food joints. Love the concept of the layout too. Reminds me of the old places where they come out on skates :)

Worst experience I have had. The lady that took our order was so rushed she didn’t get the complete order, ask me if that completed my order or repeat it back to me. Nothing ever showed up on the screen so I wasn’t able to verify it o pay. When the 1st server came out she only had the 1st item. As I was informing her my order was incomplete, another server came out with the same 1 item. He told her to go back inside with that item I had to inform him of the same missing items. He said he would correct it and took my card saying he would run it inside. He came back with the wrong size items. For a 3rd time he went back. We paid cash for 2 cups of ice since they couldn’t sale bags. When he came back with the correct size of drink & cups of ice he didn’t give us our change. Worst experience

Did not get my burger right and the chili cheese coney tasted like it had been setting and they warmed it up. Tots where great though.

Love this place ! I usually have a larger type order and always get my food quick and they've not messed any part of my order up !

What a let down... ordered ice cream, something that is only hard to mess up if you try... well this Sonic delivered. We had a medium oreo sonic blast, added reese's peanut butter cups and whipped cream.... failed. Ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge... recieved ice cream and chocolate sauce... not the same, no cherry or whipped cream either. The manager this evening seemed like he didn't have a clue on what he was doing. But on a good note the only thing they didn't mess up was the wag cup for my pooch. Stay away from this Sonic.

This location needs a remodeling and FAST! They are amazing workers with the limited resources they have. The general manager needs to give them new screens, payment readers, the works!

usually never have an issue with orders, however none of their ordering kiosks work. It is extremely rare to pull in to a slot that doesn't have one of the following: - microphone/speaker issues - black screen - broken credit card reader

I love the diet cherry coke. (Adding real cherries). I pay extra for the real cherries. But when I get the drink, most of the time there’s no cherries. I asked if they are in there, and I’m told their in the bottom. But when I finish my drink there isn’t in cherries. I have complained several times, but they don’t care!

Order was wrong BUT, the manager on duty was Uber professional and. Kind and quick to correct it- especially during a busy time when they were hustling. Good job.

Enterprise location is in need of repairs. Several order screens don't work. The handicap space has been broke for several months now. I observed a non-handicap FJ one night while eating. Eventually, an employee came out, counting his $ and drove it away. Guess he figured he could park there since it doesn't work. 😶

I asked my kids friend what is the best food and they said Sonic. They ordered a grilled cheese with tomato kids meal. My kid got a corndog or burger. They forgot her tomato. The microphone was broken so that mist have caused the miscommunication. My delivery person was rushed but efficient.

First off let me state 99.999999% of the time we ONLY get milkshakes here but they are really hit or miss on the quality... some times they are SOOOOOOO good!.. but the next time you could swear the entire staff started the day before and had no training then the next time AWESOME sooo a little consistency would be nice

Just like the lady earlier tonight. I ordered on the app arrived and waited for 30 minutes for 3 cones. Never got them. I called and the manager answered and said that they wee short handed and said some other stuff that I couldn’t understand. He said that he will refund the money and hung up on me. I did not get a chance to say who I was or anything. He was rude and this is the second time. Will not be back.
